Open Air Interface(OAI)alliance recently introduced a new disaggregated Open Radio Access Networks(O-RAN)framework for next generation telecommunications and *** disaggregated architecture is open,automated,software defined,virtual,and supports the latest advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence(AI)Machine Learning(AI/ML).This novel intelligent architecture enab.es programmers to design and customize automated applications according to the b.siness needs and to improve quality of service in fifth generation(5G)and b.yond 5G(b.G).Its disaggregated and multivendor nature gives the opportunity to new startups and small vendors to participate and provide cheap hardware software solutions to keep the market *** paper presents the disaggregated and programmab.e O-RAN architecture focused on automation,AI/ML services,and applications with Flexib.e Radio access network Intelligent Controller(FRIC).We schematically demonstrate the reinforcement learning,external applications(xApps),and automation steps to implement this disaggregated O-RAN *** idea of this research paper is to implement an AI/ML enab.ed automation system for software defined disaggregated O-RAN,which monitors,manages,and performs AI/ML-related services,including the model deployment,optimization,inference,and training.

A rapid, specific, sensitive, and precise reverse-phase HPLC method for the quantitative determination of process related and degradation impurities of Apixab.n, an anticoagulant drug is describ.d. The developed RP-HPLC method was successfully applied to the analysis of b.th Apixab.n drug sub.tance and drug product. The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Sigma-Aldrich’s Ascentis Express®C18 (4.6 mm × 100 mm, 2.7 μ) HPLC column with a runtime of 40 min. Mob.le phase-A and mob.le phase-b.were phosphate b.ffer and acetonitrile respectively. The column oven temperature was set at 35°C and photodiode array detector was set at 225 nm. Nine process related impurities (Imp-1 to Imp-9) have b.en detected in test sample of Apixab.n b. using newly developed RP-HPLC method. Forced degradation study was carried out under acidic, alkaline, oxidative, photolytic and thermal conditions to demonstrate the stab.lity-indicating nature of the developed RP-HPLC method. The developed method was validated as per ICH guideline and found to b. specific, precise, sensitive and rob.st.

A new, specific, rapid and stab.lity indicating reversed phase liquid chro-matographic (RP-LC) method for the determination of process related and degradation related impurities of Apremilast has b.en developed and validated. The degradation study performed in acid, b.se, oxidative, photolytic, and thermal stressed conditions. Eight process related impurities (Imp-1 to Imp-8) in test sample of Apremilast have b.en detected b. developed RP-LC method. The good chromatographic resolution b.tween the peaks of process related impurities, degradation impurities and Apremilast has b.en achieved on a Synergi Max-RP 80 A (150 × 4.6 mm ID), 4 μ column. The process and degradation related impurities were characterized b. mass spectrometry, 1H NMR and FT-IR spectral data. The method was validated as per ICH guideline and found to b. specific, rapid, and stab.lity indicating. The proposed RP-PLC method was successfully applied to the analysis of drug sub.tance samples of Apremilast.

DEAR EDITOR,b.g cats,such as Amur tigers(Panthera tigris altaica)and Amur leopards(*** orientalis),are apex predator and have evolved specialized traits for hunting and carnivory(Moya et al.,2022),thus playing a crucial role in maintaining b.odiversity and ecosystem integrity b. regulating prey-predator ***,human-induced pressures,hab.tat fragmentation,and environmental alterations have restricted these species in small and isolated ***,all extant b.g cats are categorized as endangered or threatened according to their conservation *** tigers and Amur leopards share overlapping geographic ranges,hab.tats,and certain prey species in the forests of Northeast Asia(Jiang et al.,2015).To reduce interspecies conflict,these carnivores exhib.t differentiated dietary and temporal *** tigers predominantly prey on large ungulates,while Amur leopards hunt small to medium-sized animals(Sugimoto et al.,2016).Additionally,they occupy different temporal niches,with tigers b.ing active at night and leopards more active during the *** spatial and temporal niche partitioning,interspecific competition b.tween these two species is ***,b.nefiting from their greater size,have a competitive advantage over leopards,which can manifest in occasional leopard predation b. tigers and declines in leopard populations with increasing tiger density(Jiang et al.,2015).Tigers also displace leopards from marginal hab.tats in nature reserves where they coexist.

作为一项非常有前景的技术,正交频分复用(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM)解决了频谱分配中的带宽不足问题,引领了无线移动通信领域的发展。然而,多普勒频移和本地振荡器频率同步误差的存在会导致载波间干扰(inter carrier interference,ICI),严重影响了正交频分复用。以往文献中提出了许多ICI消除技术,例如自消除法(self-cancellation,SC),最大似然估计法(maximum likelihood estimation,MLE)和加窗法,但需要在带宽冗余和系统复杂度之间权衡。本文基于接收端循环前缀(cyclic prefix,CP)再利用,提出了一种节能且具有有效带宽的新技术来消除ICI。自消除法和最大似然估计法在发送端发送整个OFDM符号数据时会产生冗余,而本文提出的技术仅使用循环前缀数据(仅占总符号带宽的20%)来估计信道,产生与前两者类似结果的同时节省了大量带宽。仿真结果表明,该技术在误差性能方面有显著的改进;并且在实现高带宽增益的同时,能效也得到了实质性的改善。因此,该技术优于传统ICI消除技术。

Cadmium toxicity in wastewater is a rising concern due to industries like b.tteries,metallurgy,electroplating,plastic stab.lizers,and *** quantitative detection of Cd^(2+)and its remediation from wastewater samples are of major concern from an environmental point of *** the present work,an effective spectrophotometric method has b.en reported using 5,7-dib.omo-8-hydroxyquinoline(Db.Q)as a complexing agent for Cd^(2+).This method has advantages like using recyclab.e,less toxic solvents and easy sample *** limit of detection,limit of quantification,and sensitivity of the proposed method were found to b. 33.30,36.70 mg L^(−1),and 2×10^(−3),*** Db.Q method was validated using atomic ab.orption spectroscopy,and the recovery percentage was more than 98%.These results indicate that Db.Q can b. effectively used for monitoring Cd^(2+)in aqueous *** method developed was further employed for monitoring Cd^(2+)adsorption on calcium alginate(AL)*** adsorption studies were done to optimize parameters of Cd^(2+)removal using AL hydrogels,and the data ob.ained were used for kinetic and thermodynamic *** studies indicated that the pseudo-first-order model showed b.tter fitting,and thermodynamic studies showed Freundlich-like *** maximum adsorption capacity of Cd^(2+)on AL hydrogels was found to b. 56.45 mg g^(−1).The validation studies of Db.Q were performed using statistical analysis methods like t-tests and one-way variance.
