To the Editor:A 13-year-old girl with Crohn disease(CD)from Shandong Province transferred to our inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)center during April *** months previously,the patient presented with hematochezia and fever,but antibiotic treatment was *** admission,a colonoscopy indicated manifestations of segmental lesions,cobble stoning,and stricture[Figure 1 A].Cytomegalovirus,Epstein-Barr virus,Clostridium difficile^and amoebae were excluded as possible *** were also no indications of Behcet disease,systemic vasculitis,or other autoimmune *** initial diagnosis was active severe CD(Vienna typing,A1L3B2).This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of First Hospital of Peking University(No.2019153).An appropriate signed patient consent form was obtained.

Dense network coding(NC) is widely used in wireless cooperative downloading systems. Wireless devices have limited computing resources. Researchers have recently found that dense NC is not suitable because of its high coding complexity, and it is necessary to use chunked NC in wireless environments. However, chunked NC can cause more communications, and the amount of communications is affected by the chunk size. Therefore, setting a suitable chunk size to improve the overall performance of chunked NC is a prerequisite for applying it in wireless cooperative downloading systems. Most of the existing studies on chunked NC focus on centralized wireless broadcasting systems, which are different from wireless cooperative downloading systems with distributed features. Accordingly, we study the performance of chunked NC based wireless cooperative downloading systems. First, an analysis model is established using a Markov process taking the distributed features into consideration, and then the block collection completion time of encoded blocks for cooperative downloading is optimized based on the analysis model. Furthermore, queuing theory is used to model the decoding process of the chunked NC. Combining queuing theory with the analysis model, the decoding completion time for cooperative downloading is optimized, and the optimal chunk size is derived. Numerical simulation shows that the block collection completion time and the decode completion time can be largely reduced after optimization.

In the context of the highly desirable design and preparation of smart materials with adjustable properties based on photoreactive compounds,we report two unique photoreactive coordination polymers(CPs),{[Zn(4-Iba)_(2)(4-tkpvb)]·H_()2O}_(n)(1,4-HIba=4-iodobenzoic acid,4-tkpvb=1,2,4,5-tetrakis(4-pyridylvinyl)benzene)and[Cd(1,4-bdc)(4-tkpvb)]_(n)(2,1,4-H_(2)bdc=1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid).Depending on the metal ions and auxiliary carboxylate ligands used,the 4-tkpvb ligands in 1 and 2 adopt different mutual arrangements,which facilitate the photodimerization and photopolymerization reactions in single crystal to single crystal(SCSC)*** UV light irradiation which results in the dimerization of the 4-tkpvb ligands,the one-dimensional(1D)zigzag chainsof 1 are transformed into a two-dimensional(2D)network of{[Zn(4-Iba)_(2)(bpbtpvcb)_(0.5)]·H_(2)O}_(n)(1a,bpbtpvcb=1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,4-bis(2,4,5-tri(2-(4-pyridyl)vinyl)phenylcyclobutane).Similarly,in the crystals of 2,all 4-tkpvb ligands experience a photopolymerization reaction to form an unprecedented 1D linear organic polymer,poly-1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,5-bis(2-(4-pyridyl)-vinyl)phenyl)cyclobutane(poly-bpbpvpcb).Furthermore,the 2D network of 2 is converted into a three-dimensional(3D)framework of[Cd_(n)(1,4-bdc)_(n)(poly-bpbpvpcb)](2a).This work not only offers a new protocol to selectively synthesize new supramolecular cyclic compounds,but also expands the application of photopolymerization to the synthesis of macromolecules.

Photocatalytic disinfection has long been used to combat pathogenic ***,the specific mechanism underlying photocatalytic disinfection and its corresponding targets remain *** this study,an analysis of the potential mechanism underlying photocatalytic disinfection was performed based on integrated metabolic networks and transcriptional *** sets of RNA-seq data(wild type and a photocatalysis-resistant mutant mediated by titanium dioxide(TiO2))were processed to constrain the genome scale metabolic models(GSMM)of *** analyzing the metabolic network,the differential metabolic flux of every reaction was computed in constrained GSMM,and several significantly differential metabolic fluxes in reactions were extracted and *** of these reactions were involved in the transmembrane transport of substances and occurred on the inner membrane or were an important component of the cell *** results,which are consistent with the reported information,validated our analysis *** addition,our work also identified other new and valuable metabolic pathways,such as the reaction ALCD2x,which has a great effect on the energy production process under bacterial anaerobic *** DHAK reaction is also related to the metabolic process of *** reactions with large differential metabolic fluxes merit further ***,to provide a strategy to address photocatalysis-resistant mutant bacteria,a metabolic compensation analysis was also *** metabolic compensation analysis results provided suggestions for a combined method that can effectively combat resistant *** method could also be used to explore the mechanisms of drug resistance in other microorganisms.

目的:深入探讨人才流失对组织凝聚力的影响机制,以期破解东北地区人才流失导致的问题,消除影响公共卫生机构核心凝聚力的不利因素。方法:采用方便抽样与滚雪球抽样相结合的方式,调查有效问卷11912份,并运用描述性统计、回归分析以及有调节的中介效应分析等方法对数据进行系统分析。结果:人才流失对组织凝聚力具有显著的负向影响(β=-1.29,P<0.001);而角色超载在两者之间起部分中介作用,中介效应显著(效应值=-0.56,95%CI=-0.67~-0.46),中介效应占总效应的43.4%;月收入能够显著调节角色超载对组织凝聚力的影响(β=1.00,P<0.001)。结论:建议通过调整薪资待遇水平来缓解公共卫生人员角色超载感,采取长效激励机制等策略来降低人才流失的负面影响,进而增强组织凝聚力,为相关机构提供理论和实践指导。

In this study,the neutral gas distribution and steady-state discharge under different discharge channel lengths were studied via numerical *** results show that the channel with a length of 22 mm has the advantage of comprehensive discharge *** this time,the magnetic field intensity at the anode surface is 10%of the peak magnetic field *** analysis shows that the high-gas-density zone moves outward due to the shortening of the channel length,which optimizes the matching between the gas flow field and the magnetic field,and thus increases the ionization *** outward movement of the main ionization zone also reduces the ion loss on the wall ***,the propellant utilization efficiency can reach a maximum of 96.8%.Moreover,the plasma potential in the main ionization zone will decrease with the shortening of the *** excessively short-channel will greatly reduce the voltage utilization *** thrust is reduced to a minimum of 46.1 m ***,because the anode surface is excessively close to the main ionization zone,the discharge reliability is also difficult to *** was proved that the performance of Hall thrusters can be optimized by shortening the discharge channel appropriately,and the specific design scheme of short-channel of HEP-1350 PM was defined,which serves as a reference for the optimization design of Hall thruster with large height–radius *** shortchannel design also helps to reduce the thruster axial dimension,further consolidating the advantages of lightweight and large thrust-to-weight ratio of the Hall thruster with large height–radius ratio.

Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy experience debilitating pain that significantly affects their quality of life(Abbott et al.,2011),by causing sleeping disorders,anxiety,and depression(Dermanovic Dobrota et al.,2014).The primary clinical manifestation of painful diabetic neuropathy(PDN)is mechanical hypersensitivity,also known as mechanical allodynia(MA)(Callaghan et al.,2012).MA’s underlying mechanism remains poorly understood,and so far,based on symptomatic treatment,it has no effective therapy(Moore et al.,2014).

In this current study,nanocrystalline Dy powders were prepared by melt-spinning and subsequent highenergy *** effect of ball-milling time on the structure and magnetic properties of the powders was *** crystal structure and microstructure of the melt-spun ribbons and ball-milled powders were observed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Magnetic measurement of all samples was performed with vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).XRD results indicate that the average crystal grain size of the powders decreases from 90.09 nm of the ribbons to 10.42 nm of the4-h ball-milled *** TEM observation shows that the grains are fine and *** Neel temperature(TN)decreases from 182 K of the ribbons to 172 K of the powders,while the Curie temperature(TC)increases from100 to 130 K,demonstrating that the grain size has substantial influence on the magnetic transition ***,at 60 K,as the ball-milling time increases,the coercivity of the powders increases first,peaking at 0.48 T for 2-h milling,then drops again,while the remanence of the powders decreases monotonic *** a result,the powders milled for 2 h exhibit an optimal maximum energy product of 64.0 kJ·m-3,demonstrating the good potential of these powders as a permanent magnet at low temperatures.

Background and Aims:Drug-resistant DNA mutations of the hepatitis B virus(HBV)affect treatment response in chronic hepatitis B *** have established a new,sensitive,specific,accurate and convenient real-time PCR method to detect HBV mutations ***:Blood samples were collected from patients showing viral breakthrough,primary nonresponse,or poor response during treatment,and mutations were detected via direct sequencing to assess our method.A plasmid containing the M204V mutation was synthesized and standard curves ***:The determination coefficient for linear correlation between Ct and log plasmid copy numbers was 0.996,where Ct value was−3.723log(DNA concentration)+*** of variation indicated good *** was within tolerable *** of detection was 103 copies/***,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 92.86%,100%,96.88%,100%and 94.74%,***:These results show that our method can be used to detect HBV M204V mutations with the advantages of sensitivity,specificity and efficiency,providing a new choice for monitoring drug resistance.
