针对自有共享储能的售电公司的经济运行优化问题,从产消者共享售电公司所投资共享储能的角度,研究了一种售电公司的新型商业模式。考虑源侧与荷侧的不确定性因素,建立了售电公司共享储能服务运营策略的主从博弈模型,其上层负责求解售电公司最优共享储能服务定价和购售电策略问题,下层负责求解产消者最优运行策略问题,并基于机会约束模型描述源、荷不确定性。根据下层的KKT条件将下层模型转化为上层模型的约束条件,并利用大M法对非线性约束进行线性化。基于3个典型场景算例验证所提新型交互模式的可行性,分析售电公司共享储能服务定价方法和不确定性因素对收益的影响。

Tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum)and tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)are two major economic crops in *** mosaic virus(TMV;genus Tobamovirus)is the most prevalent virus infecting both ***,some widely cultivated tobacco and tomato cultivars are susceptible to TMV and there is no effective strategy to control this ***-protection can be a safe and environmentally friendly strategy to prevent viral ***,stable attenuated TMV mutants are *** this study,we found that the substitutions in the replicase p126,arginine at position 196(R^(196))with aspartic acid(D),glutamic acid at position 614(E^(614))with glycine(G),serine at position 643(S^(643))with phenylalanine(F),or D at position 730(D^(730))with S,significantly reduced the virulence and replication of ***,only the mutation of S^(643) to F reduced the RNA silencing suppression activity of TMV p126.A double-mutant TMV-E614G-S643F induced no visible symptom and was genetically stable through six successive passages in tobacco ***,our results showed that TMV-E614G-S643F double-mutant could provide effective protection against the wild-type TMV infection in tobacco and tomato *** study reports a promising mild mutant for cross-protection to control TMV in tobacco and tomato plants.

目的探讨产程饮食管理对妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩结局的影响。方法回顾性分析温州市人民医院2022年1—12月住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病产妇122例的临床资料,根据饮食管理方法分为观察组、对照组各61例,对照组采用常规饮食管理,观察组采用产程饮食管理。比较两组产程指标和分娩结局。结果观察组产程中摄入能量[(75.36±9.54)kcal/h]显著高于对照组[(57.23±8.12)kcal/h],产程中最高血糖[(6.74±0.99)mmol/L]、高血糖比例[4.92%(3/61)]及胰岛素使用比例[3.28%(2/61)]显著低于对照组[(7.72±1.05)mmol/L,40.98%(25/61),21.31%(13/61)]差异均有统计学意义(t=-11.30、5.30,χ^(2)=22.43、9.20,均P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间[(418.66±114.26)min]、活跃期时间[(281.37±129.65)min]、第二产程时间[(38.14±17.25)min]均显著短于对照组[(519.93±132.45)min、(358.69±153.26)min、(51.37±18.62)min](t=4.52、3.00、4.07,均P<0.05);观察组新生儿低血糖发生率为1.64%(1/61),显著低于对照组的16.39%(10/61)(χ^(2)=6.39,P<0.05)。结论产程饮食管理可有效改善妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖水平及母儿分娩结局。

The emergence of SARS-Co V-2 variant of concern omicron BA.2 led to high infection incidence rates as well as reduced severity of COVID-19 during the Shanghai Spring epidemic of 2022 [1]. We assessed the role of viral pathogenicity and the effectiveness of inactivated vaccines in a retrospective observational study including 10 258 confirmed COVID-19cases identified between April and June of 2022, from four COVID-19 designated hospitals located in two areas of Shanghai, namely the West Bund and the East Bund, where the populations’ demographic characteristics varied significantly (Table S1, Fig. S1).

Although various anti-osteoporosis drugs are available,the limitations of these therapies,including drug resistance and collateral responses,require the development of novel anti-osteoporosis *** Drynariae displays a promising anti-osteoporosis effect,while the effective component and mechanism remain ***,we revealed the therapeutic potential of Rhizoma Drynariae-derived nanovesicles(RDNVs)for postmenopausal osteoporosis and demonstrated that RDNVs potentiated osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs)by targeting estrogen receptor-alpha(ERα).RDNVs,a natural product isolated from fresh Rhizoma Drynariae root juice by differential ultracentrifugation,exhibited potent bone tissue-targeting activity and anti-osteoporosis efficacy in an ovariectomized mouse ***,effectively internalized by hBMSCs,enhanced proliferation and ERαexpression levels of hBMSC,and promoted osteogenic differentiation and bone ***,via the ERαsignaling pathway,RDNVs facilitated mRNA and protein expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2 and runt-related transcription factor 2 in hBMSCs,which are involved in regulating osteogenic *** analysis revealed that naringin,existing in RDNVs,was the active component targeting ERαin the osteogenic *** together,our study identified that naringin in RDNVs displays exciting bone tissue-targeting activity to reverse osteoporosis by promoting hBMSCs proliferation and osteogenic differentiation through estrogen-like effects.

目的:比较Ⅲ期牙周炎患者与牙周健康者炎症性贫血相关指标的异同,探究牙周基础治疗对Ⅲ期牙周炎患者炎症性贫血指标的影响。方法:纳入2020年2月至2023年2月于北京大学口腔医院牙周科就诊的Ⅲ期牙周炎患者25名,招募牙周健康者25名,记录人口学信息并进行牙周检查(探诊深度、临床附着丧失、出血指数),采集空腹静脉血。Ⅲ期牙周炎患者经牙周基础治疗后3个月再次行牙周检查并采血。血液分析包括全血细胞分析以及用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测铁调素、铁蛋白、促红细胞生成素(erythro-poietin,EPO)。统计分析由SPSS 21.0统计软件完成,使用独立样本t检验、配对t检验及协方差分析进行组间比较。结果:Ⅲ期牙周炎患者的年龄显著大于牙周健康者[(36.72±7.64)岁vs.(31.44±7.52)岁,P=0.017],血红蛋白显著低于牙周健康者[(134.92±12.71)g/L vs.(146.52±12.51)g/L,P=0.002],铁调素[(48.03±34.44)μg/L vs.(27.42±15.00)μg/L,P=0.009]、铁蛋白[(225.08±103.36)μg/L vs.(155.19±115.38)μg/L,P=0.029]、EPO[(41.28±12.58)IU/L vs.(28.38±10.52)IU/L,P<0.001]显著高于牙周健康者。用协方差分析校正年龄后,以上趋势维持不变且差异均有统计学意义。经牙周基础治疗后,Ⅲ期牙周炎患者所有牙周指标均有明显改善,血红蛋白[(146.05±15.48)g/L vs.(133.77±13.15)g/L,P<0.001]显著升高,铁调素[(32.54±18.67)μg/L vs.(48.18±36.74)μg/L,P=0.033]、铁蛋白[(128.52±90.95)μg/L vs.(221.22±102.15)μg/L,P<0.001]、EPO显著降低[(27.66±19.67)IU/L vs.(39.63±12.48)IU/L,P=0.004]。结论:Ⅲ期牙周炎患者具有炎症性贫血及铁代谢紊乱的倾向,牙周基础治疗可改善这种状况。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

随着人工智能技术的不断发展,无人机蜂群在现代化战争中展现出巨大的作战效能和应用潜力。围绕无人机蜂群技术研究,介绍了国内外无人机蜂群的研究现状,从战略决策和战术执行两个角度构建海陆空无人机蜂群作战体系;同时,分析在该体系下无人机蜂群遂行的侦察监视、通信中继、信息对抗等6种职能任务。基于此,进一步深度剖析支撑三域作战的蜂群控制、网络通信等关键技术,对我国无人机蜂群在抗干扰、无人机反制等技术上的不足之处进行探讨,为未来无人机蜂群技术发展指明研究方向。

BACKGROUND The obesity rate of adolescents is gradually increasing,which seriously affects their mental health,and sleep plays an important role in adolescent *** To investigate the relationship between sleep rhythm and obesity among adolescents and further explores the interactive effect of sleep rhythm and gender on adolescent obesity,providing a theoretical basis for developing interventions for adolescent *** Research data source Tianjin Mental Health Promotion Program for *** April to June 2022,this study selected 14201 students from 13 middle schools in a certain district of Tianjin as the research subject using the convenient cluster sampling *** these students,13374 accepted and completed the survey,with an effective rate of 94.2%.The demographic data and basic information of adolescents,such as height and weight,were collected through a general situation *** sleep rhythm of adolescents was evaluated using the reduced version of the morningness-eveningness *** A total of 13374 participants(6629 females,accounting for 49.56%;the average age is 15.21±1.433 years)were *** them,the survey showed that 2942 adolescent were obesity,accounting for 22%and 2104 adolescent were overweight,accounting for 15.7%.Among them,1692 male adolescents are obese,with an obesity rate of 25.1%,higher than 18.9%of female *** is a statistically significant difference between the three groups(χ2=231.522,Pyears),and there is a statistical difference in age among the three groups(F=69.996,Peconomic poverty,and have evening-type sleep(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis shows a correlation between sleep rhythm and adolescent ***-type sleep rhythm can increase the risk of obesity in male adoles
