SARS-CoV-2 infection causes complicated clinical manifestations with variable multi-organ injuries,how-ever,the underlying mechanism,in particular immune responses in different organs,remains *** this study,comprehensive transcriptomic alterations of 14 tissues from rhesus macaque infected with SARS-CoV-2 were *** to normal controls,SARS-CoV-2 infection resulted in dysregulation of genes involving diverse functions in various examined tissues/organs,with drastic transcriptomic changes in cerebral cortex and right ***,cerebral cortex exhibited a hyperinflammatory state evidenced by sig-nificant upregulation of inflammation response-related ***,expressions of coagulation,angio-genesis and fibrosis factors were also up-regulated in cerebral *** on our findings,neuropilin 1(NRP1),a receptor of SARS-CoV-2,was significantly elevated in cerebral cortex post infection,accompanied by active immune response releasing inflammatory factors and signal transmission among tissues,which enhanced infection of the central nervous system(CNS)in a positive feedback way,leading to viral ***,our study depicts a multi-tissue/organ tran-scriptomic landscapes of rhesus macaque with early infection of SARS-CoV-2,and provides important insights into the mechanistic basis for COVID-19-asso-ciated clinical complications.

目的观察长期应用小剂量性激素替代疗法对绝经后妇女骨密度及骨关节痛发生的影响。方法选择北京协和医院141名绝经后医护人员，分为性激素替代治疗（HRT）组（n=63）和对照组（n=78）。HRT组接受小剂量HRT 5～32年，对照组年龄与HRT组匹配，未接受HRT。比较两组治疗后腰椎、WARD三角、股骨颈、股骨粗隆和全髋总骨密度及骨关节痛的发生率。结果HRT组L2-4的骨密度比对照组高9．1％（P〈0．05）。HRT组和对照组骨关节痛的发生率分别为71．4％和89．7％，两组相比差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论长期小剂量HRT可减少绝经后妇女骨量丢失，降低骨关节痛发生。

Objective The relationship between serum uric acid(SUA)levels and glycemic indices,including plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postload glucose(2 h-PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),remains *** aimed to explore the associations between glycemic indices and SUA levels in the general Chinese *** The current study was a cross-sectional analysis using the first follow-up survey data from The China Cardiometabolic Disease and Cancer Cohort Study.A total of 105,922 community-dwelling adults aged≥40 years underwent the oral glucose tolerance test and uric acid *** nonlinear relationships between glycemic indices and SUA levels were explored using generalized additive *** A total of 30,941 men and 62,361 women were eligible for the current *** additive models verified the inverted U-shaped association between glycemic indices and SUA levels,but with different inflection points in men and *** thresholds for FPG,2 h-PG,and HbA1 c for men and women were 6.5/8.0 mmol/L,11.0/14.0 mmol/L,and 6.1/6.5,respectively(SUA levels increased with increasing glycemic indices before the inflection points and then eventually decreased with further increases in the glycemic indices).Conclusion An inverted U-shaped association was observed between major glycemic indices and uric acid levels in both sexes,while the inflection points were reached earlier in men than in women.

As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on june 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Finding the electromagnetic （EM） counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star （BNS） merger, is critically important for gravitational wave （GW） astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017, Advanced liGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart, GRB 170817A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope （HE） onboard Insight-HXMT （Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope） is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart （SSS17a/AT2017gfo） with very large collection area （M000 cm2） and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition, Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity （TOO） observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy （0.2-5 MeV） radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817A. Meanwhile, Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints （-10-7 to 104 erg/cm2/s） for both GRB170817A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event.

目的观察绝经后妇女长期用小剂量性激素替代疗法（HRT）后,其血清炎性因子C反应蛋白（CRP）及同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的改变.方法选择北京协和医院的141例绝经后女医护人员,其中63例经小剂量性激素替代疗法5～32年,作为HRT组,78例年龄匹配的未经性激素替代疗法者,作为对照组,分别取血测血清雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、CRP和Hcy水平.结果 HRT组E2水平（中位数,四分位间距;33.8 ng/L,30.9）明显高于对照组的（21.3 ng/L,33.2）（P＜0.05）,然而,两组的血清FSH[（54.4±18.9）U/L比较（60.4±24.4）U/L]、Hcy[（10.6±2.5）μmol/L比较（11.4±4.3）μmol/L]和CRP（中位数,四分位数间距;12.6 mg/L,11.0比较12.2 mg/L,9.0）水平无明显差异,CRP及Hcy的血清浓度分别与血清E2及FSH水平均无明显相关关系.结论绝经后妇女经长期小剂量性激素替代治疗,未见与发生心血管疾病密切相关的因子CRP及Hcy水平升高,显示绝经后妇女长期应用小剂量HRT可能是安全的.

苯硫酚(Thiophenol,PhSH)是一种剧毒物质,对环境和健康危害极大,因此,对环境中PhSH的快速检测具有重要意义。本工作中,碳点基纳米探针(CD-DNS)以2,4-二硝基苯磺酰胺为识别基团,实现了环境样品中PhSH的高选择性检测。探针CD-DNS溶液本身的荧光强度较弱,加入PhSH后,CD-DNS与其发生亲核取代反应,2,4-二硝基苯磺酰胺键断裂,释放出荧光团,导致探针的荧光强度和吸光度显著增强。进一步研究表明,CD-DNS在520 nm处的荧光强度和440 nm处的吸光度随着PhSH浓度的增加呈线性增加,线性范围为0~5μmol/L。该探针对PhSH的检测具有反应速度快(4 min)、选择性好等特点。此外,CD-DNS可用于环境水样中PhSH的检测,且可制备成试纸条实现PhSH的半定量可视化检测。实验结果表明,碳点基纳米探针CD-DNS在环境领域具有广阔的潜在应用前景。

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.
