Coprinus comatus polysaccharide(CCP)has significant hepatoprotective *** explore hepatoprotective mechanism of CCP,the study analyzed preventive effect of CCP on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice by histopathological examination and biochemical ***,hepatoprotective mechanism was also analyzed in conjunction with metabolomics and proliferation of gut *** results showed that CCP significantly decreased alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and triglyceride(TG)levels in serum of alcoholic liver disease(ALD)*** examination showed that CCP can significantly improve liver *** results showed that there were significant differences in the level of metabolites in liver tissue of control group,ALD group and CCP group,including taurine,xanthosine,fumaric acid and arachidonic acid,among *** pathways analysis showed that hepatoprotective effect of CCP was related to energy metabolism,biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids,amino acids metabolism and lipid ***,CCP inhibited an increase in the number of Clostridium perfringens,Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus,and a decrease in the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the gut of ALD *** these findings suggested that CCP treatment reversed the phenotype of ethanol-induced liver injury and the associated metabolites pathways.

Despite a specific data assimilation method,data assimilation(DA)in general can be decomposed into components of the prior information,observation forward operator that is given by the observation type,observation error covariances,and background error *** a classic Lorenz model,the influences of the DA components on the initial conditions(ICs)and subsequent forecasts are systematically investigated,which could provide a theoretical basis for the design of DA for different scales of *** forecast errors undergo three typical stages:a slow growth stage from 0 h to 5 d,a fast growth stage from 5 d to around 15 d with significantly different error growth rates for ensemble and deterministic forecasts,and a saturation stage after 15 *** strategies that provide more accurate ICs can improve the *** assimilation is superior to offline assimilation,and a flow-dependent background error covariance matrix(Pf)provides better analyses than a static background error covariance matrix(B)for instantaneous observations and frequent time-averaged observations;but the opposite is true for infrequent time-averaged observations,since cycling simulation cannot construct informative priors when the model lacks predictive skills and the flow-dependent Pf cannot effectively extract information from low-informative observations as the static *** observations contain more information than time-averaged observations,thus the former is preferred,especially for infrequent observing ***,ensemble forecasts have advantages over deterministic forecasts,and the advantages are enlarged with less informative observations and lower predictive-skill model priors.

At present,the research on highly active and stable nitrogen reduction reaction catalysts is still challenging work for the electrosynthesis of ammonia(NH_(3)).Herein,we synthesized atomically dispersed zinc active sites supported on N-doped carbon nanosheets(Zn/NC NSs)as an efficient nitrogen reduction reaction catalyst,which achieves a high ammonia yield of 46.62.g h^(-1)mg^(-1)_(cat).at-0.85 V(vs RHE)and Faradaic efficiency of 95.8%at-0.70 V(vs RHE).In addition,Zn/NC NSs present great stability and selectivity,and there is no significant change in NH_(3)rate and Faradaic efficiencies after multiple *** structural characterization shows that the active center in the nitrogen reduction reaction process is the Zn-N_(4)sites in the *** calculation confirms that Zn/NC with Zn-N_(4)configuration has a lower energy barrier for the formation of^(*)NNH intermediate compared with pure N-doped carbon nanosheets(N-C NSs),thus promoting the hydrogenation kinetics in the whole nitrogen reduction reaction process.

Ecological Footprint and Ecological Security Evaluation in the Upper min River Basin

On the basis of the ecological footprint (EF) model, this paper studied theecological security in the Upper min River Basin ecosystem. The result shows that with 2. 038 2.hm^2.er capita ecological capacity (0. 42. 2.hm^2.higher than per capita EF) ,and 165 82. hm^2.ecologysurplus , the ecosystem in Upper min River is generally secure at present. But the arable land isoverweighed and omens an eco-security crisis. Meanwhile, problems such as low forest coverage rate,severe loss of water and soil,enlargement of arid-valley area, frequent occurrence of mountainhazards and degradation of pastures have been major threats to the eco-security of this region. Thecalculation result of ten-thousand-yuan ( RMB) GDP shows that the use of natural resources isextensive, and there will be a rapid increase tendency of EF in the future. In order to maintain thepresent eco-security, the ways of use natural resources must be improved in the Upper min RiverBasin.

Service recommendation provides an effective solution to extract valuable information from the huge and ever-increasing volume of big data generated by the large cardinality of user ***,the distributed and rich multi-source big data resources raise challenges to the centralized cloud-based data storage and value mining approaches in terms of economic cost and effective service recommendation *** view of these challenges,we propose a deep neural collaborative filtering based service recommendation method with multi-source data(i.e.,NCF-MS)in this paper,which adopts the cloud-edge collaboration computing paradigm to build recommendation *** specifically,the Stacked Denoising Auto Encoder(SDAE)module is adopted to extract user/service features from auxiliary user profiles and service *** Multiple Layer Perceptron(MLP)module is adopted to integrate the auxiliary user/service features to train the recommendation ***,we evaluate the effectiveness of the NCF-MS method on three public *** experimental results show that our proposed method achieves better performance than existing methods.

The earth-abundant and robust aluminum ferrite,AlFeO_(3)(AFO),is mainly studied in the context of ***,we demonstrate that AFO can be used as a stable solar absorber in photoelectrochemical cells for solar water splitting,exhibiting attractive *** is the first report on the photoelectrochemical activity of *** thin-film photoelectrodes prepared by solution-processing methods are composed of vertically oriented thin nanosheets,featuring the rhombohedral symmetry(R3c)and n-type *** as-prepared AFO photoanodes generate a photocurrent density of+0.78 mA·cm^(-2. at 1.2. V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)with the photocurrent _(onset) potential(U_(onset))close to the flat band potential of 0.5 V *** in the presence of hole ***,the U_(onset) of AFO for solar water splitting coincides with the flat band potential as well,which is rare in n-type inorganic *** also report other properties of AFO associated with photoelectrochemical *** films exhibit a band gap energy of 2.31 eV and positive band edges with low ***,the carrier lifetimes in AFO films are up to millisecond timescales under the mediation of defect *** on the photoelectrochemical behavior and optoelectronic properties,we believe that AFO has great potential for application in photoelectrochemical cells.
