Evaluation of operator visibility in three different cabins type Far-East combine harvesters

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a visibility evaluation system for the cabin type Far-East combine *** human field of view has been classified into five levels(perceptive,effective,stable gaze,induced,and auxiliary)depending on the rotation of the human head and *** divider,reaper lever,gearshift,dashboard,and conveying component were considered as major viewpoints of the cabin type Far-East combine *** visibility of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester was evaluated quantitatively using viewpoints and human field of view *** visibility evaluation system for the cabin type Far-East combine harvester consisted of a laser pointer,stepping motors to control the directions of the view,gyro sensors to measure horizontal and vertical angles,and I/o interface to acquire the *** visibility evaluation tests were conducted at different postures(‘sitting straight’,‘sitting with a 15°tilt’,‘standing straight’,and‘standing with a 15°tilt’)for three cabin type Far-East combine *** LSD(least significant difference)multiple comparison tests showed that the visibilities of viewpoints differed significantly as the operator's posture *** results showed that the posture while standing with a 15°tilt provided the best *** average visibility scores at sitting postures were 22.3(straight)and 24.4(15°tilt),and the scores at standing postures were 18.7(straight)and 29.5(15°tilt).Also,the average visibility scores were observed in order from highest to lowest as reaper lever(44.6),divider(28.7),dashboard(23.1),conveying part(12.2),and gearshift lever(10.1).Most viewpoints of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester were out of the stable gaze field of the view *** of the cabin type Far-East combine harvester design will be required to enhance the visibility during harvesting operation and to improve safety and convenience of farmers.

By modulating the crystalline properties of the active layer with dual donors, the efficiency of organic solar cells reaches 19.23%.The introduction of PTzBI-dF suppresses the accumulation of traps and charge recombination, allowing ternary devices to maintain 82% of their initial power conversion efficiency (PCE) after illumination for 800 *** dual-donor strategy for modulating the crystallinity of the active layer is applicable to a variety of Y6 derivatives, and the increase in PCE exceeds 1%. Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitations of restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectively reducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains challenging. Herein, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-dF is demonstrated as an effective modulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layers composed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and ordered molecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching properties. As a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombination losses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%. Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-dF as a third component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved charge carrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading to reduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dF and its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementary absorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance improvements. our findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providing guidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

Interaction Between 1,2,3-Trichloropropane and Haloalkane Dehalogenase LinB

The haloalkane dehalogenase LinB from Sphingomonas paucimobills UT26 was found to transform the 1,2,3-trichloropropane（TCP） into inorganic halide ions and 2,3-dichloro-1-propanol although the catalytic activity is very low（Kcat=0.005 s^-1）.In this study,molecular dynamics simulation and docking studies were performed to investigate the binding of TCP to *** docking results indicate that LinB does not restrict TCP to be bound productively in the active site and the water-mediated inhibition occurs in the process of TCP interacting with *** residues Ile134,Leu150,Phe154,Pro208,and Ile211 located on the cap domain are potential targets for mutagenesis researches.

Lithium Salt of NH_2-substituted Graphene Nanoribbon with Twofold Donor-acceptor Framework: Large Nonlinear optical Property

Based on graphene, a new class of second-order nonlinear optical（NLo） material, the lithium salt of NH2-substituted graphene nanoribbon with the twofold donor（D）/acceptor（A） mode, was reported. Eight stable 2Li-2NH2-GNR lithium salts, especially cis lithium salts, display considerably large β0 values. The combination of NH2-substituting and cis Li-doping makes β0 greatly increased from 0（GNR） to 1.2×105―2.9×105 a.u.（cis-2Li- 2NH2-GNRs）. our largest β0 value（2.9×105 a.u.） for cis-2Li-1,3-2NH2-AGNR is comparable to the record value of 1.7×105 a.u. for a long donor-acceptor polyene.

Nondriven Polymer Translocation Through a Nanopore: Scaling for Translocation Time with Chain Length

We investigated the dynamics of the passage for a polymer chain through a nanopore in the absence of any external driving force with Weeks-Chandler-Andersen potential in two-dimensional simulations, in particular, focused our attention on the scaling law of the mean translocation time. We found that the effect of hydrodynamic interactions is the major factor in determining the scaling exponents with increasing pore size. The scaling close to N1＋2v was observed when the hydrodynamic interactions were screened in the cases of small pore sizes, while the scaling close to N3v was obtained when the hydrodynamic interactions were present in the cases of large pore sizes.

Dissipative Particle Dynamics Simulations of Domain Growth and Phase Separation in Binary Immiscible Fluids

It was investigated that the domain growth processes of spinodal decomposition with different quenching depth in two and three dimensional binary immiscible fluids by using parallel dissipative particle dynamics simulations. In two dimensions, the dynamic scaling exponent 1/2 for coalescence and 2/3 for inertial regimes in the shallow quench and strong finite size effects in the cases of deep quenching were obtained. In three dimensions, it was used that the diffusive regime with exponent n=l/3 in the shallow quench and the inertial hydrodynamic regime with n=2/3 for different quenches. The viscous effects are not clearly reflected, showing n=1/2 in both shallow and deep quenches in this time period, due to the soft nature of interaction potential adopted in dissipative particle dynamics.

Applications of dynamical complexity theory in traditional Chinese medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has been gradually accepted by the world. Despite its widespread use in clinical settings, a major challenge in TCM is to study it scientifically. This difficulty arises from the fact that TCM views human body as a complex dynamical system, and focuses on the balance of the human body, both internally and with its external environment. As a result, conventional tools that are based on reductionist approach arc not adequate. Methods that can quantify the dynamics of complex integrative systems may bring new insights and utilities about the clinical practice and evaluation of efficacy of TCM. The dynamical complexity theory recently proposed and its computational algorithm, Multiscale Entropy （MSE） analysis, are consistent with TCM concepts. This new system level analysis has been successfully applied to many health and disease related topics in medicine. We believe that there could be many promising applications of this dynamical complexity concept in TCM. In this article, we propose some promising applications and research areas that TCM practitioners and researchers can pursue.

A novel coordinated control for NZEB clusters to minimize their connected grid overvoltage risks

The increasing applications of net-zero energy buildings (NZEBs) will lead to more frequent and larger energy interactions with the connected power grid, thereby being able to result in severe grid overvoltage risks. Control optimization has been proven effective to reduce such risks. Existing controls have oversimplified the overvoltage quantification by simply using the aggregated power exchanges to represent the connected grid overvoltages. Ignoring the complex voltage influences among the grid nodes, such oversimplification can easily result in low-accuracy impact evaluations of the NZEB-grid energy interactions, thereby causing non-optimal/unsatisfying overvoltage mitigations. Therefore, this study proposes a novel coordinated control method in which a power-distribution-network model has been adopted for more accurate overvoltage quantification. Meanwhile, the battery operations of individual NZEBs are iteratively coordinated using a sequential optimization approach for achieving the global optimum with substantially reduced computation complexity. For verifications, the proposed coordinated control has been systematically compared with an uncoordinated control and a conventional coordinated control in grid overvoltage minimization. The study results show that the overvoltage improvements can reach 23.5% and 12.3% compared with the uncoordinated control and the conventional coordinated control, respectively. The reasons behind the improvements have also been analyzed in detail. The proposed coordinated control can be used in practice to improve NZEB-clusters’ grid friendliness.

Kinetics study on photochemical oxidation of polyacrylamide by ozone combined with hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet radiation

An investigation on the process of ozone combined with hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet radiation has been carried out in order to establish the kinetics for photochemical oxidation of polyacrylamide （PAM） in aqueous solution. Effects of operating parameters, including initial PAM concentration, dosages of ozone and hydrogen peroxide, UV radiation and pH value on the photochemical oxidation of PAM, have been studied. There was an increase in photochemical oxidation rate of PAM with increasing of dosages of 03, H2o2 and ultraviolet radiation. Upon increasing of the initial PAM concentration, the photochemical oxidation rate of PAM decreased. Slight effect of pH value on the photochemical oxidation rate of PAM was observed in the experiments. The kinetics equation for the photochemical oxidation of PAM by the system has been established.
