By adding thirty-one markers in the pre- vious linkage map, a new genetic linkage map con- taining 205 markers was constructed, spanning a total of 2305.4 cM with an average interval of 11.2 cM. The genotypic errors in the whole genome were de- tected by the statistical method and removed manu- ally. The precision of the linkage map was improved significantly. Main and epistatic QTL were detected by R/qtl, and main QTL were confirmed and refined by multiple interval mapping (MIM). Finally, MIM de- tected seven QTL for rows number, and five QTL for each grain yield, kernels per row and 100-kernel weight. The contribution to genetic variations of QTL varied from 35.3% for grain yield to 61.5% for rows number. Only kernels per row exhibited significant epistatic interactions between QTL. Twenty-four epistatic QTL were detected which distributed on almost all the ten chromosomes. About two-third epistatic QTL were observed between main QTL and another locus, which had no significant effects. These results indicate rather clearly that there are a number of QTL affecting trait expressions, not directly but indirectly through interactions with other loci. Thus, epistatic QTL effects may play a crucial role, if not more important than main QTL effects, in the genetic variation for the measured traits in present study.

BACKGROUND Cardiovascular outcome trials have demonstrated cardiovascular safety of glimepiride(a sulfonylureas) against dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor ***(another newer sulfonylureas) has shown similar glycemic efficacy and 50% decreased risk of hypoglycemia compared to *** Considering the absence of cardiovascular outcome trials for gliclazide, we decided to conduct a systematic review of the literature to assess the cardiovascular(CV) safety by assessing the risk for major adverse CV events and hypoglycemia risk of gliclazide vs linagliptin in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2D).METHODS This systematic review followed the current Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines to analyze all the clinical studies published from 2008 that compared the two drugs in patients with T2D with no risk of CV disease(CVD). We included only evidence designated high quality by the Oxford Center for Evidence-based Medicine-Levels of *** Eight clinical studies were included in the narrative descriptive analysis(gliclazide: 5 and linagliptin: 3). The CV safety of gliclazide in the Action in Diabetes and Vascular Disease: Preterax and Diamicron Modified Release Controlled Evaluation trial and of linagliptin in the Cardiovascular and Renal Microvascular Outcome Study With Linagliptin(CARMELINA) and CARdiovascular Outcome study of LINAgliptin vs glimepiride in patients with T2D(CAROLINA)trials were excluded from the comparative analysis as these trials demonstrated CV and hypoglycemia benefits in patients at high risk of CVD. However, since these are landmark trials,they were discussed in brief to show the CV benefits and low hypoglycemia risk of gliclazide and linagliptin. 建立了装备弹性扭转悬架的三维非公路车辆模型,研究了不同弹性扭转悬架布置方式下车辆的平顺性及侧倾稳定性。由后轴装备弹性扭转悬架的车辆试验验证了模型的准确性;通过对驾驶室座椅处的振动响应和车身侧倾角响应的分析可知,弹性扭转悬架不仅可提高车辆的平顺性,还能提高其侧倾稳定性;且具有前后弹性扭转悬架的车辆对座椅处各方向的振动抑制效果最好,而仅前轴装有弹性扭转悬架比仅后轴有弹性扭转悬架车辆具有更好的乘坐舒适性;最后对比了载荷变化对不同悬架布置方式下车辆振动响应的影响。结果表明,载荷变化对装备弹性扭转悬架的车辆影响较小。

Objective:To analyze the larvicidal activity of two plant leaf powder and leaf-extracts, Dregea volubilis and Bombax malabaricum against Culex ***:The larvicidal bioassay was done for powdered leaves of Dregea volubilis and Bombax malabaricum individually and their methanol extracts against first-,second-,third- and fourth-instar larval forms of Culex *** rate was recorded after 24,48 and 72 h of postexposure. LC50 and LG90 values were calculated at different time intervals for third instar larvae. 为了研究铰接式工程车辆侧倾稳定性及方向稳定性,基于某35吨铰接矿卡,在Adams/View中建立了铰接车辆模型,且车辆前、后轴都装备了弹性扭转悬架.模型考虑了液压转向系统的运动学及动力学特性对车辆稳定性的影响.此外,还在Matlab/Simulink中建立了液压转向系统模型.通过Adams及Matlab的联合仿真,分析了车辆侧倾及方向的稳定性.根据车辆直线行驶时的振动响应验证了Adams车辆模型,并通过车辆稳态及动态转向实验验证了液压转向系统模型的准确性.最后依照铰接车辆侧倾及方向的稳定性评价指标,对比分析了无悬架和具有前后扭转悬架车辆在空载和满载下侧倾及方向的稳定性.结果表明,具有弹性扭转悬架车辆侧倾及方向的稳定性有所降低,但可通过对悬架参数的优化来降低悬架对铰接工程车辆稳定性的影响.

Objective:The objective of the study was to identify musculoskeletal problems(MSPs)among nursing *** and Methods:A nonexperimental research design was *** hundred and seventy nursing officers were selected by purposive sampling *** standardized Nordic questionnaire was used to assess the MSPs and self-structured three-point rating scale was used to assess expressed practice of body mechanics of nursing ***:The study findings revealed that 64.4% of nursing officers suffered from MSP such as ache,pain,and discomfort during the past 12 months and 43.7% during the past 7 *** problem in the low back and the neck were highest 45.1% and 22.2%,*** was followed by MSP of the upper back(14.0%),ankles(13.7%),knees(10.7%),shoulder(10.3%),hip/thighs(5.9%),wrists(4.4%),and elbows(3.3%).Around 49.2%complained that MSPs limit their *** was significant association of MSP with selected personal variables like body mass index(P=0.001)and family history(P=0.02).There were also significant association of expressed practices of body mechanics with gender(P=0.01),area of current work(P=0.00),professional experience(P=0.03)and physical activity(P=0.00).Conclusion:The study indicates the large number of nursing officers had MSPs with the two most common sites being the lower back and the *** creates a need for prompt hospital education programs aimed to create awareness among nursing officers on the prevalence of MSPs.
