以压电驱动器为代表的智能材料驱动器,以其能实现微纳米级精密驱动的优势逐步在精密装备中得以应用,但其内部的回滞非线性在微纳米级驱动性能要求下成为限制精度提升的瓶颈.文中以压电驱动器为研究对象,在不同输入信号频率的条件下研究其带载输出特性,结合压电驱动器的机电特性,提出了一种压电驱动系统带载环境下的建模方法.该方法基于率相关Prandtl-Ishlinskii(RDPI)回滞模型,同时考虑工作频率增加时载荷对系统输出所造成的影响,以克服常规RDPI回滞模型无法表征带载条件下输出特性的局限.结合压电驱动系统带载2. 94 n工作条件,完成1～80 Hz驱动频率范围的实验验证.结果表明,文中提出的建模方法能有效地反映压电驱动器在带载环境下的输入-输出特性.

The discovery of efficient,selective,and stable electrocatalysts can be a key point to produce the largescale chemical fuels via electrochemical CO_(2) reduction(ECR).In this study,an earth-abundant and nontoxic ZnO-based electrocatalyst was developed for use in gas-diffusion electrodes(GDE),and the effect of nitrogen(n)doping on the ECR activity of ZnO electrocatalysts was ***,a ZnO nanosheet was prepared via the hydrothermal method,and nitridation was performed at different times to control the n-doping *** an increase in the n-doping content,the morphological properties of the nanosheet changed significantly,namely,the 2D nanosheets transformed into irregularly shaped ***,the ECR performance of Zn O electrocatalysts with different n-doping content was assessed in 1.0 M KHCO_(3) electrolyte using a gas-diffusion electrode-based ECR *** the ECR activity increased after a small amount of n doping,it decreased for higher n doping *** them,the n:ZnO-1 h electrocatalysts showed the best CO selectivity,with a faradaic efficiency(FE_(CO))of 92.7%at-0.73 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),which was greater than that of an undoped Zn O electrocatalyst(FE_(CO)of 63.4%at-0.78 V_(RHE)).Also,the n:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst exhibited outstanding durability for 16 h,with a partial current density of-92.1 mA cm^(-2).This improvement of n:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst can be explained by density functional theory calculations,demonstrating that this improvement of n:ZnO-1 h electrocatalyst comes from(ⅰ)the optimized active sites lowering the free energy barrier for the rate-determining step(RDS),and(ⅱ)the modification of electronic structure enhancing the electron transfer rate by n doping.

The sustainability of prevailing maize-fallow system in rainfed ecosystems of the Eastern Himalayan region(EHR)of India is often questioned due to poor economic return and negative impact on soil ***,the six cropping systems,maize-fallow(M-F),maize t cowpea-rapeseed(M t C-Rs),maize t cowpea-buckwheat(M t C-Bw),maize t cowpea-barley(M t CeB),maize t cowpea-garden pea(M t C-GP)and maize t cowpeaerajmash(M t C-R)in the main plot and three soil moisture conservation measures,no-mulch(nM),maize stover mulch(MSM)and maize stover t weed biomass mulch(MSM t WBM)in sub-plot were evaluated for four consecutive years(2014-18)at a Research Farm in fixed plot *** indicated that cowpea co-culture with maize and inclusion of winter crop increased maize yield by 6.2e23.5%over *** the systems,the M t C-GP recorded the highest crop *** residual effect of MSM t WBM increased maize grain yield by 19.1%over *** of maize t cowpea-winter crops significantly improved the available n(3.2e12.9%),P(3.6 e12.7%),K(1.9e26.3%),organic carbon(9.2e16.8%),microbial biomass carbon-MBC(15.2e43.9%)and dehydrogenases-DHA(17.2e42.3%)in soil at 0e15 cm depth as compared to *** M t C-GP also recorded maximum net return(US$2460 ha1),benefit:cost(B:C)ratio(2.86)and energy use efficiency(7.9%).The MSM t WBM recorded higher net return(US$1680 ha1)and B:C ratio(2.46)over ***,cowpea t maize-garden pea(M t C-GP)along with the application of MSM t WBM is a sustainable production practice to intensify the organically managed maize-fallow system in rainfed regions of the EHR of India and other similar ecosystems.

背景：这项研究对不稳定性桡骨远端骨折的患者应用手术外固定与内固定的临床数据进行回顾性研究目的：对比手术外固定与内固定治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折(A型)的结果：概括出治疗不稳定性桡骨远端骨折(A型)的最佳治疗方法,并在文献中寻找有效证据方法：临床数据采集自2014年2月1日至2016年1月31日被诊断为桡骨远端骨折(A型)的患者的回顾。如果患者满足以下标准即被纳入：1)以内固定方式治疗的患者(掌侧锁定板)及手术外固定方式治疗的患者(外固定支架)2)受伤后1周内进行手术的患者。所有患者被分为两组,A组使用内固定方式治疗,B组使用手术外固定方式治疗。记录每个纳入缓和随访记录并统计分析。包括术前、术后的x光片参数(桡骨长度、倾斜度、掌倾角、撕脱成交);手术时间;住院时间;随访DASH评分和腕关节活动度,包括屈曲,背伸,旋后、旋前、桡偏、尺偏。对比两组病例及术后x光片、术后随访功能结果并进行统计学分析差异有显著性。结果：30名患者被纳入本研究并分成A组(n=20)及B组(n=10)。A组包括7男(35%),13女(65%),平均年龄49±19.17岁。术后平均桡骨高度、桡偏、掌倾和撕裂角分别是13.5±1.5mm,20.7±3°,10.4±2.8°,65.3±4.40°,6个月后随访平均QD评分是10.1±3.3,平均腕关节活动度在屈曲64.5±8.9°,背伸69.4±5.7°之间,旋后66.2±6°,旋前73.3±5.4°,桡偏20.2±3.1°,尺倾33.4±3.9°。B组包括3(30%)男及7(70%)女。患者平均年龄为63±8.4岁。.术后平均桡骨高度、桡偏、掌倾和撕裂角分别是14.2±1.1mm,20.4±2.8°,6.2±3.9°,59.4±6.4°,6个月后随访平均QD得分是15.2±6.7,平均腕关节活动度(ROM)在屈曲56.5±8.8°与背伸58.5±10.8°之间,旋后58.5±4°,旋前559±8.40,桡偏19.7±2.50,尺倾27.2±40。涉及到术后桡骨高度、倾斜度、掌倾角测量、术后随访QD评分及腕关节活动度等方面有显著差异。涉及到术后并发症方面两者无统计学差异。结论：治疗涉及桡偏、掌倾角、功能结果、QD评分、腕关节活动度等方面内固定明显优于手术外固定,但没有明显证据区分二者在治疗不稳定性桡骨远端(A型)过程中产生的并发症。

Objective:To elucidate the ameliorative effect of liydrualcuholic extract of leaves of Hibiscus rosa sinensis(HRS) in acetic acid induced experimental colitis in male wistar ***: The animals were administered with 2 mL acetic acid(4%) via intra *** animals were divided into various treatment groups(n=6).Prednisolone was used as standard drug and HRS was administered at a dose of 50,100 and 200 mg/kg *** control group of animals received 1 mL of vehicle(distilled water).Ulcer area,ulcer index,spleen weight,colon weight to length ratio, macroscopic score,haemalological parameters,colonic superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH),myeloperoxidase(MPO),malondialdchyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TnK- α), nitric oxide(nO) and histological changes were recorded after the treatment regimen of 11 days. Results:Intrarectal instillation of acetic acid caused enhanced ulcer area,ulcer index,spleen weight,colon weight to length ratio,colonic MPO,MDA,nO and TnF-α It caused significant decreased level of SOD and *** with HRS for 7 days exhibited significant effect in lowering of oxidative stress,colonic nO,TnF- α and elevation of SOD and GSH at a dose of 100 and 200 mg/kg in acetic acid induced ***:The present investigation demonstrates HRS is of potent therapeutic value in the amelioration of expcrimenlal colilis in laboralory animals by inhibiting the proinflammatory mediator like nO and TnK-α.

目的:研究印度中部患者的特征和角膜屈光手术(KRS)实践。方法:回顾性研究2017-06/2022-04在印度中部某三级眼科护理中心行KRS的患者410例。记录患者的人口统计学资料,如年龄、性别、居住地(城市或农村)、屈光不正、手术原因、最佳矫正视力、手术类型、术后随访和并发症。结果:410例患者中,324例接受KRS(79.0%)。其中,200例(61.7%)行激光辅助原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK),124例(38.3%)行屈光性角膜切除术(PRK)。研究组最终由179名女性和145名男性组成。患者平均年龄为(25±3.5)岁。大多数患者来自城市地区(n=250,77.2%)。右眼和左眼的平均术前显性屈光度分别为-4.5±2.1和-4.9±2.0。LASIK患者双眼平均手术时间为(15±2)min,PRK患者双眼平均手术时间为(17±3)min。未出现上皮内向生长、皮瓣愈合并发症或感染,且无患者需行增强手术。角膜厚度不理想(n=28,32.6%)是排斥手术最常见的原因。随访1a,3名接受LASIK手术的患者出现回退(-0.5D±1D),屈光度校正分别为-6.75D,-8.5D,-7.0D。结论:LASIK是印度中部人群矫正屈光不正的主要手术。虽然PRK手术的数量很少,但LASIK和PRK都具有良好的视力预后。高度近视选择LASIK时应考虑近视消退。

Distally based peroneus brevis muscle flap: A single centre experience

Purpose: Defects aro und the distal one third of the leg and ankle are difficult to man age by con servative measures or simple split thickness skin graft. Distally based peroneus brevis muscle flap is a well described flap for such defects. Methods: This is a retrospective analysis conducted on 25 patients with soft tissue and bony defects of distal third of lower leg and an kle, which were treated using distally based per on eus brevis muscle flap from January 2013 to January 2018. Information regarding patient demographics, etiology, size and location of defects and complications were collected. All patients were followed up for at least 3 months after surgery. Results: There were 21 males and 4 females with the mean age of 39 (5-76) years. The most comm on cause of injuries was road traffic accident, followed by complicated open injury. The average size of defects was 20 (4—50) cm^2. The mean operating time was 75 (60-90) min for flap harvest and inset. We had no patient with complete loss of the flap. Five patients (20%) had marginal necrosis of the flap and two patie nts have graft loss due to un derlyi ng hematoma and required sec on dary split thickness skin grafting. Conclusion: The distally based peroneus brevis muscle flap is a safe optio n w 让h reliable an atomy for small to moderate sized defects following low velocity injury around the ankle. The commonest complication encountered is skin graft loss which can be reduced by primary delayed grafting.

【目的】植物可以通过降低叶片气孔蒸腾来达到控制失水和增强抗旱的目的。蒸腾强度的变化会引起植物叶片温度的变化,利用远红外热成像仪研究遭受干旱胁迫时玉米自交系苗期叶温的变化与生物量耐旱系数间的关系,为筛选鉴定玉米耐旱自交系提供依据。【方法】以83个优良玉米自交系为材料,利用远红外热成像仪检测干旱胁迫条件下苗期叶片温度的变化,叶片的气孔导度、蒸腾强度采用气孔计Li-1600测定,同时测定植株的生物量。【结果】遭受干旱胁迫时,玉米苗期叶片的相对生物量变异幅度为0.271～0.997(生物鲜重)、0.338～0.969(生物干重),叶温变异幅度为-0.1～+0.5℃,均存在显著变异。耐旱玉米自交系的叶片温度显著上升,而敏感玉米自交系的叶片温度变化不明显。干旱胁迫与正常灌水条件下叶温的差值即叶温差与相对生物鲜重(0.283*,0.288**,n=83)及相对生物干重(0.239*,0.273**,n=83)间存在极显著的相关性。此外,叶温差与叶片气孔导度、蒸腾强度间也存在着显著的相关性。【结论】遭受干旱胁迫时,玉米苗期叶片温度变化可以显著反映玉米苗期的耐旱性,叶温差可以作为玉米苗期耐旱性初步筛选的一个指标,将远红外热成像技术运用于玉米耐旱育种存在可行性。
