上海原油期货价格成为亚太地区基准价了吗?——基于有效性、主导性和独立性的三维视角研判

我国在石油等大宗商品价格形成的影响力严重缺失,因“亚洲溢价”问题长期承受较高的贸易成本,影响我国能源安全及经济稳定。由此应运而生的上海原油期货,以期扭转我国在全球石油贸易中的被动局面,发挥在亚太地区基准价的作用。为此,从有效性、主导性、独立性三维视角,采用时变参数向量自回归模型(TVP-VAR-DY)、分位数向量自回归模型(QVAR-DY)及网络分析等方法,系统地对上海原油期货价格成为亚太地区基准价的进程进行了研判。研究发现:上海原油期货价格发挥出了引导区域原油现货价格和规避市场风险的功能,具备有效性;上海原油期货价格在极高分位数水平下对亚太地区原油现货价格的影响具备优势,但其还未体现出主导性;上海原油期货价格作为信息发出者,具有较强惯性和抗风险能力,具备相对独立性。由此判断,上海原油期货已初步成长为具有区域影响力的原油期货,虽然对现货价格的主导性上与Brent和WTI尚有差距,但在价格走势上保有较强的区域独立性,对中国和整个亚太地区的供需能够予以及时、有效反馈,作为全球原油消费重地,亚太地区缺乏自身定价基准的局面正在改变。

The main c.nter to prepare mining surveying spec.alists is the Sc.ool of Mining Engineering of the Mongolian State University of Sc.enc. and Tec.nology. This paper introduc.s the work that is being done today to prepare mining surveying spec.alists in Mongolia and its future purposes.

sugar beet root maggot （SBRM, Tetanops myopaeformis von R6der） is a major but poorly understood insec. pest of sugar beet （Beta vulgaris L.）. The molec.lar mec.a- nisms underlying plant defense responses are well doc.mented, however, little information is available about c.mplementary mec.anisms for insec. adaptive responses to overc.me host resistanc.. To date, no studies have been published on SBRM gene expression pro- filing. suppressive subtrac.ive hybridization （SSH） generated more than 300 SBRM ESTs differentially expressed in the interac.ion of the pest with a moderately resistant （F1016） and a susc.ptible （F1010） sugar beet line. Blast2GO v. 3.2 searc. indic.ted that over 40% of the differentially expressed genes had known func.ions, primarily driven by fruit fly D. melanogaster genes. Expression patterns of 18 selec.ed EST c.ones were c.nfirmed by RT-Pc. analysis. Gene Ontology （GO） analysis predic.ed a dominanc. of metabolic.and c.talytic.genes involved in the interac.ion of SBRM with its host. SBRM genes func.ion- ing during development, regulation, c.llular proc.ss, signaling and under stress c.nditions were annotated. SBRM genes that were c.mmon or unique in response to resistant or susc.ptible interac.ions with the host were identified and their possible roles in insec. responses to the host are disc.ssed.

Due to the public.s inc.eased interest in renewable energies and the “Erneuerbare Energien Gesetz” (EEG) from February 2000, geothermal energy and other alternative or renewable energies gain more and more importanc.. As far as Germany is c.nc.rned, geothermal energy and c.al bed/mine methane are c.nsidered as mineral resourc.s ac.ording to the German mining law. This demands the partic.pation of mine surveyors/mineral resourc.s managers from the planning to the produc.ion stage and even beyond it. The main tasks that have to be fulfilled are, among others, applic.tions for exploration and produc.ion lic.nc.s as well as the evaluation of the resourc.’s potential. This paper indic.tes the tasks of mine surveyors/mineral resourc.s managers in the wide area of the renewable energies in Germany, espec.ally c.nc.rning the use of geothermal energy and methane.

A novel c.ystal c.arac.erization instrument has been built up in whic. a c.mbination of X-ray multiple diffrac.ion and X-ray topography is applied to enabling the c.oss-c.rrelation between mic.o-c.ystallographic.symmetry and its spatial dependenc. in relation to lattic. defec.s. This fac.lity is used to examine, in a self-c.nsistent manner, growth sec.or-dependant c.anges to both the c.ystallographic.struc.ure and the lattic. defec.s assoc.ated with the ac.ion of habit-modifying additives in a number of representative c.ystal growth systems. In addition, the new instrument c.n be used to probe mic.o-c.ystallographic.aspec.s(suc. as distortion to c.ystal symmetry) and relate these in a spatially resolved manner to the c.ystal defec. struc.ure in c.ystals doped with known habit modifiers.

首先,运用贸易竞争指数、显性比较优势指数等指标测算中国文化产品的出口竞争力水平,研究结果发现,中国文化产品的出口竞争力在逐渐提高,但不同类别文化产品的出口竞争力差异较大,中国文化产品"物的类别"具有较高的出口竞争力,而"文化元素"的出口竞争力则较弱.其次,运用 2008-2022 年期间美、英、德等六个区域的引力模型研究中国文化产品出口竞争力的重要影响因素,结果表明高等教育入学率、文化产业的研发投入、知识产权发展水平等对中国文化产品的出口竞争力具有显著正的影响,而中国与这六个区域之间的文化距离则对我国文化产品的出口竞争力具有显著负的影响.

Double-diffusive stationary and osc.llatory instabilities at the marginal state in a saturated porous horizontal fluid layer heated and salted from above are investigated theoretic.lly under the Darc.＇s framework for a porous medium. The c.ntributions of Soret and Dufour c.effic.ents are taken into ac.ount in the analysis. Linear stability analysis shows that the c.itic.l value of the Darc.-Rayleigh number depends on c.oss-diffusive parameters at marginally stationary c.nvec. tion, while the marginal state c.arac.erized by osc.llatory c.nvec.ion does not depend on the c.oss-diffusion terms even if the c.ndition and frequenc. of osc.llatory c.nvec.ion depends on the c.oss-diffusive parameters. The c.itic.l value of the Darc.-Rayleigh number inc.eases with inc.easing value of the solutal Darc.-Rayleigh number in the absenc. of c.oss- diffusive parameters. The c.itic.l Darc.-Rayleigh number dec.eases with inc.easing Soret number, resulting in destabiliza- tion of the system, while its value inc.eases with inc.easing Dufour number, resulting in stabilization of the system at the marginal state c.arac.erized by stationary c.nvec.ion. The analysis reveals that the Dufour and Soret parameters as well as the porosity parameter play an important role in dec.ding the type of instability at the onset. This analysis also indic.tes that the stationary c.nvec.ion is followed by the osc.llatory c.nvec.ion for c.rtain fluid mixtures. It is interesting to note that the roles of c.oss-diffusive parameters on the double-diffusive system heated and salted from above are rec.proc.l to the double-diffusive system heated and salted from below.
