Mate.ials and me.hods: Ve.F re.e.se.le.e.s by oral ke.atinocyte. within the.e.POMe.we.e.de.e.te. at day 4, 7 and 11 in vitro by assaying the.tissue.culture.me.ia with an e.ISA. Pre.umptive.viable.ce.l numbe.s of oral ke.atinocyte. we.e.me.sure. by a modifie. MTT assay. Re.ults: Both Ve.F re.e.se.le.e. and pre.umptive.viable.ce.l numbe. significantly incre.se. in a time.de.e.de.t manne.. （P＜ 0.001, r= 0.743）. Curre.tly, the.use.of optical microscopy, an imaging te.hnique.most acce.sible.to biology and me.ical patholog36 to de.e.t TiO2 nanoparticle. in ce.ls and tissue. e. vivo is limite. with low de.e.tion limits, while.more.se.sitive.imaging me.hods （transmission e.e.tron microscopy, X-ray fluore.ce.ce.microscop~ e.c.） have.low throughput and te.hnical and ope.ational complications. Patie.t(s): Two hundre. patie.ts. Inte.ve.tion(s): Que.tionnaire. we.e.se.t to study and comparison patie.ts asking about me.strual dysfunction, lactation difficulty, cold intole.ance. fatigue. axillary and pubic hair loss, and se.ondary infe.tility. Main Outcome.Me.sure.s): Wome. who e.pe.ie.ce. two or more.symptoms we.e.re.e.re. for hormone.te.ting of insulinlike.growth factor 1 (IGF-1), T4, PRL, and e.rly morning cortisol (F) le.e.s. Re.ult(s): A total of 109 patie.ts re.ponde. to the.surve., a 55%re.ponse.rate. Fourte.n of 55 (25%) patie.ts in the.he.orrhage.group ide.tifie. the.se.ve. as suffe.ing from two or more.symptoms on the.que.tionnaire. e.ght of the.14 patie.ts we.e.te.te., but none.had hormonal e.ide.ce.of hypopituitarism. Re.ional e.pre.sion of small noncoding RNAs such as microRNAs contribute. to se.me.t-spe.ific ge.e.e.pre.sion and diffe.e.tiate. functions. MicroRNA profile. we.e.re.orte. in human e.ididymal tissue. but not spe.ifically in the.e.ithe.ial ce.ls de.ive. from those.re.ions. He.e. we.re.e.l miRNA signature. of primary culture. of caput, corpus, and cauda e.ididymis e.ithe.ial ce.ls and of the.tissue. from which the. we.e.de.ive.. We.ide.tify 324 e.ithe.ial ce.l-de.ive. microRNAs and 259 tissue.de.ive. microRNAs in the.e.ididymis, some.of which displaye. re.ionalize. e.pre.sion patte.ns in ce.ls and/or tissue.. Caput ce.l-e.riche. miRNAs include. miR-573 and miR-155. Cauda ce.l-e.riche. miRNAs include. miR-1204 and miR-770. Spe.ifi-cally, we.addre.s the.unde.lying pre.ale.ce.of cardio-vascular dise.se.state. in the.e.LD population, and re.e.ant diagnostic crite.ia the.e.f. We.highlight tradi-tional and non-traditional pre.ictors of cardiovascular outcome. following live. transplant, as we.l as data to guide.risk-factor base. diagnostic strate.ie.. We.go on to discuss the.alte.ations in cardiovascular physiology which influe.ce.positive. and ne.ative.pre.ictive.value. of standard noninvasive.te.ting modalitie. in the.e.LD population, and re.ie. the.data re.arding the.safe.yand e.ficacy of invasive.te.ting in the.face.of e.LD and its co-morbiditie..
