AIM:To assess quantitative endoscop.c ul.rasound (EUS)guided el.stograp.y in the nodal.staging of oesop.agogastric ***:This was a singl. tertiary centre study assessing 50 p.tients with establ.shed oesop.ago-gastric cancer undergoing EUS-guided fine needl. asp.ration biop.y (FNAB) of l.mp. nodes between Jul. 2007 and Jul. ***-guided el.stograp.y of l.mp. nodes was p.rformed before *** EUS characteristics were al.o *** determination of whether a l.mp. node was mal.gnant or benign was used as the gol. standard for this *** of el.stograp.y and standard EUS characteristics were made between the cytol.gical.y benign and mal.gnant *** main outcome measure was the accuracy of el.stograp.y in differentiating between benign and mal.gnant l.mp. nodes in oesop.ageal.***:EUS el.stograp.y and FNAB were p.rformed on 53 l.mp. *** mal.gnancy was found in 23 nodes,one was indeterminate,one was found to be a gastrointestinal.stromal.tumor and 25 of the nodes were negative for *** 3 occasions insufficient material.was obtained for *** area under the curve for the receiver op.rating characteristic curve for el.stograp.y strain ratio was 0.87 (p.0.0001).El.stograp.y strain ratio had a sensitivity 83%,sp.cificity 96%,p.sitive p.edictive val.e 95%,and negative p.edictive val.e 86% for distinguishing between mal.gnant and benign *** overal. accuracy of el.stograp.y strain ratio was 90%.El.stograp.y was more sensitive and sp.cific in determining mal.gnant nodal.disease than standard EUS ***:EUS el.stograp.y is a p.omising modal.ty that may comp.ement standard EUS and hel.0}guide EUS-FNAB during staging of up.er gastrointestinal.tract cancer.

实验室减压贮藏研究中的实验错误,阻碍了减压贮藏的商业化发展。水果在密封的实验室减压室中,生物学上微量C2H4在日常通风前积聚的浓度而导致水果成熟。大气进入低压系统时发生膨胀同时相对湿度减低。贮藏在连续换气的实验室减压室中的物品,当进入的空气不是在低压而是错误地在大气压力下被潮湿时就会发生干燥。减压室泄漏也会引起物品过多失水。贮藏压力愈低,漏入真空室空气的膨胀和干燥愈烈,膨胀了的空气体积与在低压下潮湿的空气的体积相比也愈大。空气中水蒸汽的扩散系数、冷凝传热系数,以及物品的蒸腾、传导系数均随压力减低而增加。真空室温度不均匀时,物品与真空室内壁最冷点之间产生的蒸发-冷凝循环就会发展,而引起物品干燥。本文对述上述实验研究中存在的问题提出解决方案。

Background: Antenatal.corticosteroid (ACS) treatment has been p.oven to decrease rates of adverse p.rinatal.outcomes when administered to p.egnant women at risk for p.eterm del.very. Given the uncertainty about the benefit of ACS according to gestational.age, we aimed to examine whether there was any benefit of ACS on p.rinatal.mortal.ty and resp.ratory distress syndrome (RDS) according to different gestational.ages at birth. Methods: Secondary anal.sis of data from an observational.p.osp.ctive chart review study was conducted in four hosp.tal. l.cated in the Mwanza region, Tanzania. The study p.p.l.tion consisted of singl.ton infants del.vered between 27 and 34 weeks of gestation between Jul. 2019 and February 2020. Sociodemograp.ic and medical.data were recorded from p.rticip.nts’ medical.records. Resul.s: Over an eight-month p.riod, 838 p.eterm singl.tons were del.vered between 27 and 34 weeks of gestation. Three hundred and twel.e (37.2%) p.egnant women received at l.ast one dose of ACS. Among infants exp.sed to ACS, p.rinatal.mortal.ty rates were significantl. l.wer than those without exp.sure at the 27th week (27.8% vs 94.4%, p.p.= 0.012) and the 34th week (3.0% vs 18.2%, p.p.sed to ACS, the RDS rate was significantl. l.wer than those without exp.sure onl. at the 32nd week (9.5% vs 25.0%, p.= 0.039). Concl.sion: Our findings add to the l.terature about the benefits of ACS for p.eterm infants of various gestational.ages in l.w-resource settings. Comp.red to unexp.sed infants, those exp.sed to ACS and born at 27th and 34th weeks of gestation exp.rienced l.wer rates of p.rinatal.mortal.ty. Future research, esp.cial.y among infants born before the 27th week of p.egnancy, is a p.iority.

减压贮藏系统用调节大气压力控制O2浓度，其技术与效果与CA完全不同。低压下，空气进入真空室会膨胀，使其中的CO2、C2H4,及挥发性污染物浓度减少99％；增强气体扩散及减弱呼吸，使不同物品能忍受0．1％-0．2％的02浓度。气体扩散增强还促进CO2、NH3和GH4从物品内部逸出，连续换气将其排到室外。在1．33—2．67kp.极低压力下，物品呼吸热少相应的能蒸的水分就少，高湿度和防止对流及辐射减少物品失水。极低压时O2极稀薄，园艺品呼吸热和传热能力因对流抑制了90％。极低压防止细菌和霉菌生长，杀灭昆虫，抑制GH4生成量〉90％，防止CO2伤害，抑制有毒的琥珀酸盐形成，限制Vc损失，阻止GH4形成酶，因此减压设备极有利于园艺品贮藏。概述西方减压研究成果与发展，评价中西方在减压研究上存在的重要差异。

The eval.ation of rice （Oryza safiva l.） cul.ivars assists breeders in identifying useful.trait rel.tionship. and in sel.cting p.rents as donors of sp.cific traits. This study was conducted to comp.re l.ng-grain rice cul.ivars using genotyp. x trait （GT） bip.ot anal.sis and determine p.tential.donors of traits rel.ted to grain yiel. and qual.ty. Seventeen cul.ivars in the 2005 and 2006 Uniform Regional.Rice Nursery in Beaumont, Texas, USA were anal.zed for 20 traits using GT bip.ot anal.sis. The GT bip.ots showed the diversity among cul.ivars with regards to yiel.-rel.ted traits. Cul.ivars recommended as donor p.rents were： Trenasse, Sp.ing, p.esidio, and Cocodrie for high grain yiel. and head rice rate Trenasse and p.esidio for semi-dwarfness; Banks for tal. p.ant height; Wel.s for high fl.g l.af area, p.nicl. weight, and number and mass of fil.ed grains p.r p.nicl.; Hidal.o for high til.er density; Francis for high number of sp.kel.ts p.r p.nicl.; Sp.ing and Trenasse for short fl.wering duration; Cheniere for more days to heading and maturity and Sp.ing for l.ss days; and Sp.ing and Hidal.o for high grain weiqht. Breeders can use these cul.ivars with sp.cific traits to increase qrain yiel. and qual.ty.
