In this research work,we proposed a medical image analysis framework with two separate releases whether or not Synovial Sarcoma(SS)is the cell structure for *** this framework the histopathology images are decomposed into a third-level sub-band using a two-dimensional Discrete Wavelet ***,the structure features(SFs)such as PrincipalComponentsAnalysis(PCA),Independent ComponentsAnalysis(ICA)and Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA)were extracted from this subband image representation with the distribution of wavelet *** SFs are used as inputs of the Support Vector Machine(SVM)***,classification of PCA+SVM,ICA+SVM,and LDA+SVM with Radial Basis Function(RBF)kernel the efficiency of the process is differentiated and compared with the best classification ***,data collected on the internet from various histopathological centres via the Internet of Things(IoT)are stored and shared on blockchain technology across a wide range of image distribution across secure data IoT *** to this,the minimum and maximum values of the kernel parameter are adjusted and updated periodically for the purpose of industrial application in device ***,these resolutions are presented with an excellent example of a technique for training and testing the cancer cell structure prognosis methods in spindle shaped cell(SSC)histopathological imaging *** performance characteristics of cross-validation are evaluated with the help of the receiver operating characteristics(ROC)curve,and significant differences in classification performance between the techniques are *** combination of LDA+SVM technique has been proven to be essential for intelligent SS cancer detection in the future,and it offers excellent classification accuracy,sensitivity,specificity.

Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) invasion impacts trophic position and resource use of commercially harvested piscivorous fishes in a large subtropical river

Background Although freshwater ecosystems cover less than 1% of the earth's surface, they support extremely high levels of biodiversity and provide vital ecosystem services. However, due to the introduction of non-native fishes, aquatic ecosystem functioning has been altered, and in some cases, declined sharply. Quantifying the impacts of invasive species has proven problematic. In this study, we examined the relative trophic position of native piscivorous fishes to estimate the effects of invasive Nile tilapia on food webs in the downstream sections of an invaded large subtropical river, the Pearl River, China. Furthermore, we quantified how native piscivorous fish diets changed as the Nile tilapia invasion *** The trophic position of the widely distributed and locally important economically harvested piscivorous culter fish(Culter recurviceps), mandarinfish(Siniperca kneri), and catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) lowered significantly in the invaded Dongjiang River compared to an uninvaded reference Beijiang River. The lower trophic position of these piscivorous fishes was reflected by a major reduction in the proportion of prey fish biomass in their diets following the Nile tilapia invasion. Small fishes in the diet of culter fish from the reference river(33% small fishes, 17% zooplankton) shifted to lower trophic level zooplankton prey in the invaded river(36% zooplankton, 25% small fish), possibly due to the presence of Nile tilapia. Additionally, small fishes in the diet of mandarinfish in the reference river(46% small fishes, 11% aquatic insects) declined in the invaded river(20% aquatic insects, 30% small fishes). Similarly, the diet of catfish from the reference river shifted from fish eggs(25% fish eggs, 25% aquatic insects) to aquatic insects in the invaded river(44% aquatic insects, 5% fish eggs).Conclusions The results of this study contributed to a growing body of evidence, suggesting that Nile tilapia can modify trophic interactions in in

Gross and Histopathological Changes in Gastrointestinal Tract in Cases of Acute Transoral Paraquat Poisoning

Background and Justification: Paraquat is one of the easily available household poisons and has become an easy source of committing suicide, especially in rural India including in West Bengal where it is used as a “weedkiller.” Out of the fatal 272 poisoning cases where autopsies were done at NRSMCH Morgue in the year 2019, 56.6% of cases died due to transoral paraquat poisoning. Though adequate literature is available showing gross and microscopic changes in lungs, liver, and kidneys following transoral paraquat poisoning, data showing the effect of the poison in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is limited though its detrimental effects on the GI tract are associated with increased morbidity. Objectives: The objectives of the study were to assess the gross and histopathological changes in different parts of the GI Tract involving lips, tongue, esophagus, and stomach in paraquat death cases brought for autopsy in NRSMCH Morgue, Kolkata, to fill the gap in the existing literature to a certain extent. Methods: The study was a descriptive, cross-sectional study that was done over 5 months and during which we got 38 cases based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Macroscopically Congestion with erosion and hemorrhage was seen mostly in the stomach followed by the esophagus. Histopathologically desquamation was the consistent finding in all organs attributed to the corrosive property of the paraquat solution. Chronic inflammatory cell infiltrations are predominantly seen in the tongue followed by the esophagus and lips. Hyperplasia of the surface epithelium was noticeable mostly in the esophagus followed by the tongue and lips but not in the stomach. Involvement of Distortion of glandular architecture in the stomach outnumbers the other organs, followed by the tongue. Necrotic changes were limited to the stomach and esophagus only. Method for identifying ageing in epoxy-mica composite insulation used in rotational machines through modelling of dielectric relaxation

The labile organic carbon(C)and C-related enzymes are sensitive indicators capturing alterations of soil organic matter(SOM),even in a short-time *** the effects of crop husbandry and land use change on these attributes have been well studied,there is no consensus about how plant phenology may impact *** study aimed to determine the short-term effect o f six distinct phenological stages(PS-1:full bloom;PS-2:fruit set;PS-3:pit hardening;PS-4:physiological maturity;PS-5:60 d after physiological maturity;and PS-6:fall)o f peach on the changes in soil organic carbon(SOC)fractions of different oxidizability,labile C pools,and C-cycle enzyme activities in soils,for two consecutive years(2015 and 2016)in the North-Western Himalayas(NWH).Peach rhizosphere soils were sampled at the topsoil(0-15 cm)and subsoil(16-30 cm)layers,along with rhizosphere soils from adjacent perennial grasses,which served as a *** for most of the assessed parameters,including very labile C,labile C,microbial biomass C,permanganate oxidizable C,dissolved organic C,mineralizable C,amylase activity,and carboxymethyl-cellulase activity,were significantly(P<0.05)higher at PS-3 than at other phenological stages of ***,a sudden decline in these soil variables was recorded at PS-5,followed by a slight buildup at PS-6,particularly in the topsoil of the peach ***-term changes in organic C fractions of different oxidizability,influenced by peach phenological stage,significantly(P<0.05)affected C management index,C pool index,and lability *** the C management index and lability index showed their highest values at PS-3 and their lowest values at PS-5,clearly indicating short-term accretion and depletion of SOC,in tandem with the peach phenological *** component analysis suggested that a composite of soil indicators,including microbial biomass C,dissolved organic C,amylase,and invertase,could help detect short-term changes in SOC *** i
