Profile grinding is the most crucial method for the ultra-precision machining of special-shaped ***,profile grinding produces a unique machining profile,and many random factors in the machining process lead to complex surface *** this study,the structural and probabilistic characteristics of the profile grinding of a special-shaped surface were analyzed,and a probabilistic algorithm for the forming and 3D characterization of special-shaped surfaces under profile grinding was *** forming process of a GH738 blade tenon tooth surface was considered as an example to demonstrate the *** comparison results showed that the simulation results had similar surface characteristics to the measurement results,and the relative error range of the 3D roughness parameter was 0.21%–19.76%,indicating an accurate prediction and characterization of the complex special-shaped surface under the action of multiple factors.

Based on local Taylor expansions on the complex plane, a method for fast locating all modes （FLAM） of spectral-domain Green＇s Functions in a planar layered medium is developed in this paper. SDP-FLAM, a combination of FLAM with the steepest descent path algorithm （SDP）, is employed to accurately evaluate the spatial-domain Green＇s functions in a layered medium. According to the theory of complex analysis, the relationship among the poles, branch points and Riemann sheets is also analyzed rigorously. To inverse the Green＇s functions from spectral to spatial domain, SDP-FLAM method and discrete complex image method （DCIM） are applied to the non-near field region and the near filed region, respectively. The significant advantage of SDP-FLAM lies in its capability of calculating Green＇s functions in a layered medium of moderate thickness with loss or without loss. Some numerical examples are presented to validate SDP-FLAM method.

针对中国海上石油钻井监测控制与风险防控技术实现智能化面临的诸如海上钻井参数实时监测评价能力差等难题,根据中国海域特点改进相关理论计算模型,研发具有自主知识产权的应用软件和应用工具对海洋钻井参数进行精确预测、对海洋钻井风险进行评估、对海上员工进行操作监控培训等;同时引入Optidrill数据采集分析系统等国外成熟商业钻井监控软件去解决海洋钻井参数实时监控难的问题。上述技术体系应用后,中国渤海海域部分区块单井复杂工况时间降低30%以上,复杂事故处理时间减少20%以上,钻井周期减少20%以上,培训效率提升40%,最终形成了钻井工程设计可视化模拟评估技术、钻井实时监测与控制优化技术、复杂工况多方决策技术和钻井工程仿真模拟培训技术等四大关键技术。本项研究的海洋钻井参数监测控制与钻井风险防控技术体系取得了良好的应用效果,可为实现海上安全高效钻井作业目标提供理论和技术支撑。

目的:基于德尔菲法结合腹腔镜肝癌切除术后胃肠功能恢复的特点,利用环形肌肉运动原理,构建腹腔镜肝癌切除术后病人胃肠恢复功能锻炼方案。方法:经过文献检索及研究小组头脑风暴初步构建腹腔镜肝癌切除术后病人胃肠恢复功能锻炼方案初稿,通过2轮德尔菲专家函询形成终稿。结果:共咨询15名专家,2轮专家咨询的积极性分别为93.75%、100.00%,专家权威系数均为0.87,2轮咨询变异系数分别为0.00~0.43、0.00~0.12,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.528,0.534(P<0.001)。最终形成的干预方案包括定义、胃肠功能恢复评估指标(工具)、宝拉运动方法、时间频次、宣教方法及提高依从性的方法6个一级指标、25个二级指标、4个三级指标。结论:构建的腹腔镜肝癌切除术后病人胃肠恢复功能锻炼方案具有科学性,可为腹腔镜肝癌切除术后病人胃肠功能恢复提供指导。

In this paper, the electrochendcal behavior of bavistin (MBC) on glassy carbon electrode is reported. In a base solution of pH=9.0 NH3-NH4Cl, a sensitive anodic peak was found by cyclic voltammetry. Differential pulse stripping voltanunetry was applied for determing MBC in grains. The detection limit is 4×10-8mo/*** recovery is from 91.3% to 95.7%. The method has advantages of simplicity and high sensitivity.

Edaravone combined with Schwann cell transplantation may repair spinal cord injury in rats

Edaravone has been shown to delay neuronal apoptosis, thereby improving nerve function and the microenvironment after spinal cord injury. Edaravone can provide a favorable environment for theAa：eatment of spinal cord injury using Schwann cell transplantation. This study used rat models of complete spinal cord transection at T9. Six hours later, Schwann cells were transplanted in the head and tail ends of the injury site. Simultaneously, edaravone was injected through the caudal vein. Eight weeks later, the PKH-26-1abeled Schwann cells had survived and migrated to the center of the spinal cord injury region in rats after combined treatment with edaravone and Schwann cells. Moreover, the number of PKH-26-1abeled Schwann cells in the rat spinal cord was more than that in rats undergoing Schwann cell transplantation alone or rats without any treatment. Horseradish peroxidase retrograde tracing revealed that the number of horserad- ish peroxidase-positive nerve fibers was greater in rats treated with edaravone combined with Schwann cells than in rats with Schwann cell transplantation alone. The results demonstrated that lower extremity motor function and neurophysiological function were better in rats treated with edaravone and Schwann cells than in rats with Schwann cell transplantation only. These data confirmed that Schwann cell transplantation combined with edaravone injection promoted the regeneration of nerve fibers of rats with spinal cord injury and improved neurological function.

MMDistill:Multi-Modal BEV Distillation Framework for Multi-View 3D Object Detection

Multi-modal 3D object detection has achieved remarkable progress,but it is often limited in practical industrial production because of its high cost and low *** multi-view camera-based method provides a feasible solution due to its low ***,camera data lacks geometric depth,and only using camera data to obtain high accuracy is *** paper proposes a multi-modal Bird-Eye-View(BEV)distillation framework(MMDistill)to make a trade-off between *** is a carefully crafted two-stage distillation framework based on teacher and student models for learning cross-modal knowledge and generating multi-modal *** can improve the performance of unimodal detectors without introducing additional costs during ***,our method can effectively solve the cross-gap caused by the heterogeneity between ***,we further propose a Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)-guided geometric compensation module,which can assist the student model in obtaining effective geometric features and reduce the gap between different *** proposed method generally requires fewer computational resources and faster inference speed than traditional multi-modal *** advancement enables multi-modal technology to be applied more widely in practical *** experiments,we validate the effectiveness and superiority of MMDistill on the nuScenes dataset,achieving an improvement of 4.1%mean Average Precision(mAP)and 4.6%NuScenes Detection Score(NDS)over the baseline *** addition,we also present detailed ablation studies to validate our method.

Vertical and temporal distributions of N and P in soil solution in aquatic-terrestrial ecotone （ATE） of Taihu Lake were investigated, and the relations among N, P, ORP （oxidation reduction potential）, TOC, root system biomass and microorganism were studied. As a whole, significant declines in TN, NO3^--N, DON （dissolved organic nitrogen） and TP concentration in soil solution have occurred with increase of the depth, and reached their minima at 60 cm depth, except for NH4^＋-N, which increased with depth. The concentration of TP increased gradually from spring to winter in the topsoil, the maximum 0.08 mg/L presented in the winter while the minimum 0.03 mg/L in spring. In the deeper layer, the concentration value of TP fluctuated little. As for the NO3^--N, its seasonal variation was significant at 20 cm depth, its concentration increased gradually from spring to autumn, and decreased markedly in winter. Vertical and temporal distribution of DON is contrary to that of NO3^--N. The results also show that the variation of N and P in the percolate between adjacent layers is obviously different. The vertical variation ofTN, TP, NO3^--N, NH4^＋-N and DON is significant, of which the variation coefficient of NO3^--N along the depth reaches 100.23%, the highest; while the variation coefficient of DON is 41.14%, the smallest. The results of correlation analysis show that the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus correlate significantly with TOC, ORP, root biomass and counts of nitrifying bacteria. Most nutrients altered much from 20 to 40 cm along the depth. However, DON changed more between 60 and 80 cm. Results show that soil of 0-60 cm depth is active rhizoplane, with strong capability to remove the nitrogen and phosphorus in ATE. It may suggest that there exists the optimum ecological efficiency in the depth of above 60 cm in reed wetland. This will be very significant for ecological restoration and reestablishment.

Three organic dyes XS17--19 based on N,N-dimethylaryl amine and rhodamine-3-acetic acid moieties are designed and synthesized. These dyes were applied into nanocrystalline TiOa dye-sensitized solar cells through standard operations, showing strong absorption bands at around 320--650 rim, and exhibiting broad IPCE responses. Cell based on XS17 gave a Jsc of 3.7 mA/cm2, an open circuit voltage of 550 mV, and a fill factor of 0.68, corresponding to an overall conversion efficiency of 1.4%. The low overall conversion efficiency is due to the modest IPCE and Voc values, which mainly stem from the acceptor of rhodanine-3-acetic acid.
