Background The role of type I interferon(IFN-I)signaling in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)has been well ***,unanswered questions remain regarding the applicability of these findings to pediatric-onset *** aim of this review is to provide an overview of the novel discoveries on IFN-I signaling in pediatric-onset *** sources A literature search was conducted in the PubMed database using the following keywords:“pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus”and“type I interferon”.Results IFN-I signaling is increased in pediatric SLE,largely due to the presence of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and pathways such as cyclic GMP-AMP synthase–stimulator of interferon genes–TANK-binding kinase 1 and Toll-like receptor(TLR)4/*** extracellular traps and oxidative DNA damage further stimulate IFN-I *** variants in IFN-I-related genes,such as IFN-regulatory factor 5 and tyrosine kinase 2,are linked to SLE susceptibility in pediatric *** addition,type I interferonopathies,characterized by sustained IFN-I activation,can mimic SLE symptoms and are thus important to *** on interferonopathies also contribute to exploring the pathogenesis of *** IFN-I activation is crucial for SLE diagnosis and *** IFNstimulated gene expression and serum IFN-α2 levels are common *** cytometry markers such as CD169 and galectin-9 are promising ***-IFN therapies,such as sifalimumab and anifrolumab,show promise in adult patients with SLE,but their efficacy in pediatric patients requires further *** kinase inhibitors are another treatment option for severe pediatric SLE *** This review presents an overview of the IFN-I pathway in pediatric *** the intricate relationship between IFN-I and pediatric SLE may help to identify potential diagnostic markers and targeted therapies,paving the way for improved patient care and outcomes.

Magnesium oxysulfate(MOS)whiskers are commonly synthesized through a dissolution-precipitation mechanism,wherein Mg(OH)_(2)dissolves to form Mg(OH)64−,followed by reactions with SO_(4)^(2−)and H_(2)O to yield MOS ***,the impact of Mg(OH)_(2)precursor properties on the formation process of MOS whiskers has been insufficiently explored,and sector-like and needle-like morphologies were both observed in previous *** this study,we systematically investigated how the properties of Mg(OH)_(2)precursors influenced the crystalline structure and morphology of MOS *** various experimental conditions,MgSO_(4)·5Mg(OH)_(2)·2H_(2)O(152MOS)whiskers were consistently obtained,regardless of Mg(OH)_(2)morphology and *** size of Mg(OH)_(2)emerged as a critical factor in shaping the morphology of 152MOS ***-sized Mg(OH)_(2)(≤106±37 nm)favored the formation of sector-like whiskers,while larger-sized Mg(OH)_(2)(≥206±98 nm)encouraged the development of needle-like *** distinction was attributed to the slower dissolution rate exhibited by larger-sized Mg(OH)_(2),maintaining a smaller number of 152MOS nuclei and promoting the growth of needle-like whiskers instead of the aggregation of 152MOS nuclei into sector-like *** addition,the effects of the molar ratio of Mg^(2+)to SO_(4)^(2−)and hydrothermal temperature were also *** average length and diameter of the needle-like whiskers prepared with Mg(OH)_(2)of 331±145 nm under optimized conditions were 77±32 and 0.39±0.10μm,*** study presented an effective strategy for controlling the morphology of 152MOS whiskers.

DD4hep serves as a generic detector description toolkit recommended for offline software development in next-generation high-energy physics(HEP)***,Filmbox(FBX)stands out as a widely used 3D modeling file format within the 3D software *** this paper,we introduce a novel method that can automatically convert complex HEP detector geometries from DD4hep description into 3D models in the FBX *** feasibility of this method was dem-onstrated by its application to the DD4hep description of the Compact Linear Collider detector and several sub-detectors of the super Tau-Charm facility and circular electron-positron collider *** automatic DD4hep–FBX detector conversion interface provides convenience for further development of applications,such as detector design,simulation,visualization,data monitoring,and outreach,in HEP experiments.

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.

X-ray excited photodynamic therapy(X-PDT)is the bravo answer of photodynamic therapy(PDT)for deep-seated tumors,as it employs X-ray as the irradiation source to overcome the limitation of light penetration ***,high X-ray irradiation dose caused organ lesions and side effects became the major barrier to X-PDT *** address this issue,this work employed a classic-al co-precipitation reaction to synthesize NaLuF_(4):15%Tb^(3+)(NLF)with an average particle size of(23.48±0.91)nm,which was then coupled with the photosensitizer merocyanine 540(MC540)to form the X-PDT system NLF-MC540 with high production of singlet *** system could induce antitumor efficacy to about 24%in relative low dose X-ray irradiation range(0.1-0.3 Gy).In vivo,when NLF-MC540 irradiated by 0.1 Gy X-ray,the tumor inhibition percentage reached 89.5%±5.7%.The therapeutic mechanism of low dose X-PDT was found.A significant increase of neutrophils in serum was found on the third day after *** immunohistochemical staining of tumor sections,the Ly6G^(+),CD8^(+),and CD11c^(+)cells infiltrated in the tumor microenvironment were *** the bilat-eral tumor model,the NLF-MC540 with 0.1 Gy X-ray irradiation could inhibit both the primary tumor and the distant tumor ***-tected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),two cytokines IFN-γand TNF-αin serum were upregulated 7 and 6 times than negative control,*** by enzyme linked immune spot assay(ELISPOT),the number of immune cells attributable to the IFN-γand TNF-αlevels in the group of low dose X-PDT were 14 and 6 times greater than that in the negative control group,***,it conclude that low dose X-PDT system could successfully upregulate the levels of immune cells,stimulate the secretion of cy-tokines(especially IFN-γand TNF-α),activate antitumor immunity,and finally inhibit colon tumor growth.

Pure cobalt(Co)thin films were fabricated by direct current magnetron sputtering,and the effects of sputtering power and pres-sure on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of the films were *** the sputtering power increases from 15 to 60 W,the Co thin films transition from an amorphous to a polycrystalline state,accompanied by an increase in the intercrystal pore ***,the resistivity decreases from 276 to 99μΩ·cm,coercivity increases from 162 to 293 Oe,and in-plane magnetic aniso-tropy *** the sputtering pressure decreases from 1.6 to 0.2 Pa,grain size significantly increases,resistivity significantly de-creases,and the coercivity significantly increases(from 67 to 280 Oe),which can be attributed to the increase in defect ***-pondingly,a quantitative model for the coercivity of Co thin films was *** polycrystalline films sputtered under pressures of 0.2 and 0.4 Pa exhibit significant in-plane magnetic anisotropy,which is primarily attributable to increased microstress.

On a cold spouted fluidized bed,this study compares the characteristic differences in intrinsic mode function(IMF)energy and Hilbert–Huang spectrum between the spout zone and annulus zone under different combinations of spouted gas and fluidized gas flow rates for five typical flow *** energy distribution characteristics under different flow patterns are also *** Hilbert–Huang spectrum and IMF energy of pressure difference signals exhibit distinct variations in different zones as the flow pattern ***,there exists a correlation between the energy in the middle-frequency range and the flow *** the K-means algorithm,the middle-frequency range energy of IMFs in the spout zone and annulus zone is subjected to clustering analysis,leading to the identification of partition boundaries for each flow *** on this,a flow pattern identification method of spouted fluidized bed coupled with middle-frequency range energy in spout zone and annulus zone is proposed,which has very high identification accuracy.

It is common to observe the epidemic risk perception(ERP)and a decline in subjective well-being(SWB)in the context of public health events,such as Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).However,there have been few studies exploring the impact of individuals’ERP within living space on their SWB,especially from a geographical and daily activity perspective after the resumption of work and other activities following a wave of the *** this paper,we conducted a study with 789 participants in urban China,measuring their ERP within living space and examining its influence on their SWB using path *** results indicated that individuals’ERP within their living space had a significant negative effect on their *** density of certain types of facilities within their living space,such as bus stops,subway stations,restaurants,fast food shops,convenience shops,hospitals,and public toilets,had a significantly negative impact on their SWB,mediated by their ERP within living ***,participation in out-of-home work and other activities not only increased individuals’ERP within living space,but also strengthened its negative effect on their SWB.

In order to realize the efficient and high-quality mechanical picking for Chinese wolfberry,firstly,the forced reciprocating vibration picking principle of the Chinese wolfberry branch was studied,and the mechanical model of vibration picking was established based on the simplified cantilever model,and the response analysis and solution of all positions for the branch were carried *** the same time,the critical mechanical model of fruit detachment under the condition of fruit hanging on branches was established,and the theoretical values of inertia force for each component of the branch were ***,through actual measurement and finite element modeling,the natural frequency and forced vibration response simulation for each component of the branch of Chinese wolfberry terminal branch model were both studied,and the relationship between single-point periodic excitation force and high-quality fruit shedding parameters was ***,according to the conclusion of the picking model,a test bench with many groups of adjustable parameters was ***,the last branch of fruit-hanging Chinese wolf berry for Ningqi No.1 was taken as the experimental object,a four-level orthogonal experiment was designed with three factors:frequency,amplitude and entrance ***,the net picking rate,damage rate and false picking rate were taken as the evaluating indicators,referring to the comprehensive scores of the three *** was concluded that the primary and secondary relations of factors affecting the picking effect are frequency,amplitude and entrance angle,and the best operation parameters are frequency of 20 Hz,amplitude of 15 mm,and entrance angle of 45°,then,a hand-held vibration picker with setting parameters was trial-produced,and the optimal parameter combination was verified in the Chinese wolfberry planting base of the National Chinese wolfberry Engineering and Technology Research *** results showed that the net picking rate of rip
