Study on Chlorophyll a （Chl. a） distribution and bloom patterns is essential in the upwelling areas that constitute the main fishery grounds of Vietnam. Based on high resolution satellite imagery and monthly in-situ data in period from 2007 to 2008, the spatial and temporal variations ofChl, a in the upwelling region including algal blooms have been detected. Anomalies of higher Chl. a concentration and bloom patterns occurred at different periods, locations, and bloom shapes in coastal waters of Southern Center of Vietnam. The appearances of these bloom are related to four difference reasons, such as：（i） Their locations coincided to main center of upwelling phenomena that usually occur during southwest monsoon （SWM）; （ii） Effect of northeast monsoon （NEM） that brings and attaches the nutrient into the coast and created ＂floating＂ algae bloom patches in coastal zones; （iii） The algae blooms can be potentially associated with Harmful Algae Bloom （HAB） during the SWM or local eddies during NEM and （iv） Their appearances are also as a result of distinctive nutrient inflow fi＇om Mekong delta and pumping of nutrients by internal waves in coastal shallow waters.

This paper aimed at developing a simple and fast approach using chemometrics processing for direct assay of acyclovir in tablets by NIR （near infrared） spectroscopy in diffuse reflectance mode. In making trials with 5 different tablet matrices, the experimental results showed that regardless the matrix variation, it was always possible to construct a quantitative model with suitable linear range, accuracy and precision for direct assay of acyclovir in tablet from NIR spectra. Therefore, the approach used in this study was suitable for on-site fast assay of APIs in tablets during manufacturing process or in post-marketing surveillance of drug quality.

Minimizing water loss in water supply networks is one of the objectives for protecting water resources. Currently, the large amount of water loss is mainly due to leakage of the pipeline network. The leaking of pipe can be caused by incorrect construction, impacted by external forces, or corroded pipe material and aging. Therefore, to control and predict the cracking area on pipe, it is necessary to collect data about pipe conditions, approve the solution of technology improvement and define the ability of pipe capacity from setting up to the first preparing time. This paper will demonstrate how to evaluate corrosion pipe under the age of pipe and the impact level of internal pressure pipe at different times, and will put forward solution of effective leaking management on water supply network.

In this paper we investigate the existence and stability of periodic solutions(on a half-line R_(+))and almost periodic solutions on the whole line time-axis R to the Boussinesq system on several classes of unbounded domains of R^(n) in the framework of interpolation *** the linear Boussinesq system we combine the L^(p)—L^(q)-smoothing estimates and interpolation functors to prove the existence of bounded mild ***,we prove the existence of periodic solutions by invoking Massera’s *** also prove the existence of almost periodic *** we use the results of the linear Boussinesq system to establish the existence,uniqueness and stability of the small periodic and almost periodic solutions to the Boussinesq system using fixed point arguments and interpolation *** results cover and extend the previous ones obtained in[13,34,38].

以废弃酒瓶软木塞为原料,采用低成本、简单的水热方法合成碳量子点。通过TEM、FTIR、Raman、UV-Vis、PL光谱对碳量子点的结构和光学性能进行分析表征。结果表明,碳量子点的平均直径为6.2±2.7 nm,PL激发谱和碳量子点表面的官能团有关。用硫酸奎宁作为参考,碳量子点的量子效率为1.54%。将获得的碳量子点应用在骨髓间充质干细胞的细胞生物成像上,发现用碳量子点处理后,骨髓间充质干细胞分别在320~380 nm、450~490 nm和450~490 nm范围显示绿色、黄色和红色荧光,表明了碳量子点在荧光成像领域具有潜在的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Solanum procumbens on complete Freund’s adjuvantinduced arthritis rat ***:We isolated and identified five compounds in the ethanolsoluble Solanum procumbens extract(SP)with anti-inflammatory effects,including ursolic acid,β-sitosterol,hexadecanoic acid,cisvaccenic acid,and vanillic ***,we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of SP on rheumatoid arthritis symptoms,including paw volumes,local temperatures,withdrawal latency,and mechanical withdrawal threshold at the hind paw and white blood cell(WBC)number from complete Freund’s adjuvant-induced arthritis rat ***:We have successfully established a complete Freund’s adjuvant-induced arthritis rat model at a low dose(1 mg/mL).SP extract significantly reduced paw volumes(P<0.05),prolonged withdrawal latencies(P<0.05),decreased local temperature,and increased the mechanical withdrawal threshold(P<0.05),but only SP extract at the dose of 300 mg/kg significantly decreased WBC ***:SP extract could be a potential medication candidate with anti-inflammatory effects for arthritis,but it requires further investigation into the mechanism of the SP and its effectiveness on other models as well as clinical trials.

[目的]①建立适合尿毒症维持性血液透析患者Triangle分层分级管理模型。②将Triangle分层分级管理模型应用于尿毒症血液透析门诊患者,探讨其对患者血压、透析充分性、钾磷代谢水平、焦虑抑郁情况、社会支持的影响。[方法]本研究分两个部分,第一部分为尿毒症血液透析门诊患者Triangle分层分级管理标准的编制：参考2002年美国加利福尼亚州的大型慢性病照看机构Kaiser Permanente的慢性病Triangle分层模型、国内外文献,咨询省内肾脏疾病医疗及护理专家的意见,应用德尔菲专家咨询法,编制尿毒症维持性血液透析患者Triangle分层分级管理标准。第二部分为临床随机对照实验设计：选取2014年9月1日-2015年9月1日在广西医科大学第一附属医院血液净化部就诊,符合纳入标准,签署知情同意书门诊血液透析患者,经样本含量估计,最终入选140例,按照计算机生成的随机数字表,分成实验组和对照组各70例。实验组：参照《血液净化标准操作规程(2010版)》进行常规透析外,责任护士根据制定的尿毒症维持性血液透析患者分层分级管理模型对门诊透析患者进行管理,首先将患者进行分层,分为高危层、中危层和平稳层3个层次,并提供相应的一级干预、二级干预及三级干预3个级别的护理;对照组：参照血液净化标准操作规程(2010版)进行常规透析,护士每月对患者进行1-2次电话随访,必要时家庭访视,并在其透析治疗期间进行评估及相应的健康教育;两组干预时间为6个月。比较两组在干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月患者的血压、透析充分性、钾磷代谢水平、焦虑抑郁评分及社会支持水平,所有数据采用SPSS22.0统计学软件进行分析与处理,计量资料用均数标准差表示,计数资料用中位数表示,两组间计量资料比较用t检验,计数资料用卡方检验,重复测量的计量资料用重复测量的方差分析等。[结果】①建立了尿毒症血液透析患者分层分级管理模型。②两组患者干预前后,实验组收缩压、舒张压下降更理想分别为134.51±7.35、85.63±8.04(P<0.05);钾、磷水平控制水平更优,分别为4.14±0.46、 1.10±0.32(P<0.05);透析充分性指标：尿素下降率(URR)、尿素清除指数(KT/V)下降更明显,分别为0.89±0.08、1.49±0.08(P<0.05);焦虑和抑郁发生率发生率更低(P<0.05),两组患者干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。[结论]①制定的尿毒症维持性血液透析患者分层分级管理模型是可行的;②尿毒症血液透析门诊患者分层分级管理模型提高了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者透析充分性;降低了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者钾磷水平;改善了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者高血压情况;降低了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者透析中症状性低血压的发生率;减少了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者焦虑和抑郁的发生率;提高了尿毒症血液透析门诊患者社会支持。本研究建立的Triangle慢性疾病分层分级管理模型具有科学、简单、安全、有效、实用、有效的特点,可适用于尿毒症血液透析门诊患者的推广和实施中。

Assessing the Vulnerability of Agricultural Production Activities in the Coastal Area of Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam by GIS Analysis Tools

Using Geography Information System (GIS) tools and remote sensing data in assessing the level of vulnerability of agricultural production activities in the coastal area has become more efficient in the recent years. This research has identified the sensitivity index (S) (including the traffic access index;the impact of residential areas;the impacts of industrial zones;the community dependence level), exposure index (E) (the sea level rises to 2100;the temperature change to 2100), the adaptable capacity index (AC) (slope;morphology), thereby synthesizing the vulnerability index (V). Based on the indexes to calculate vulnerability, the high to very high vulnerability area is 37,081.44 ha, accounting for 68.09%;the average vulnerability level is 15,286.49 ha, accounting for 28.07%;the low to very low vulnerability level with an area is 2087.82 ha, accounting for 3.84% of the total area. With a high and very high vulnerability accounting for 68.09%, there will be great influences on the lives of resident in the area, especially agricultural production.

Characteristics of Filtered Neutron Beam Energy Spectra at Dalat Reactor

Filtered neutron technique was applied for producing quasi-monoenergetic neutron beams of 24 keV, 54 keV, 133 keV and 148 keV at the horizontal neutron channel No. 4 of the Dalat Nuclear Research Reactor. The study on physical characteristics of these beam lines has been carried out for efficient applications in neutron capture experiments. The filtered neutron spectrum of each beam has been simulated by Monte-Carlo method and experimentally measured by a gas-filled protonrecoil spectrometer. The neutron fluxes of these filtered beams were measured by the activation technique with standard foils of 197Au, using a high efficient HPGe digital gamma-ray spectrometer.

The rate of textile waste generation worldwide has increased dramatically due to a rise in clothing consumption and ***,conversion of cotton-based,colored cotton-based,and blended cotton-polyethylene terephthalate(PET)textile waste materials into value-added chemicals(bioethanol,sorbitol,lactic acid,terephthalic acid(TPA),and ethylene glycol(EG))via enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation was *** order to enhance the efficiency of enzymatic saccharification,effective pretreatment methods for each type of textile waste were developed,respectively.A high glucose yield of 99.1%was obtained from white cotton-based textile waste after NaOH ***,the digestibility of the cellulose in colored cotton-based textile wastes was increased 1.38e1.75 times because of the removal of dye materials by HPAC-NaOH *** blended cottonPET samples showed good hydrolysis efficiency following PET removal via NaOHeethanol pretreatment,with a glucose yield of 92.49%.The sugar content produced via enzymatic hydrolysis was then converted into key platform chemicals(bioethanol,sorbitol,and lactic acid)via fermentation or *** maximum ethanol yield was achieved with the white T-shirt sample(537 mL/kg substrate),which was 3.2,2.1,and 2.6 times higher than those obtained with rice straw,pine wood,and oak wood,*** was selectively converted into sorbitol and LA at a yield of 70%and 83.67%,*** and EG were produced from blended cottonPET via NaOHeethanol *** integrated biorefinery process proposed here demonstrates significant potential for valorization of textile waste.
