Objective:The quality of professional life has attracted the attention of many managers owing to its importance,and organizational commitment differs according to work conditions in an *** the largest professional group in the healthcare system,nurses face many stressful factors that can endanger their quality of professional life and organizational *** their huge importance,these 2 variables have rarely been addressed or evaluated in the nursing *** present study was conducted to determine the relationship between quality of professional life and organizational commitment in nurses working in the intensive care units(ICUs)and critical care units(CCUs).Methods:The present descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 221 nurses working in the ICUs of hospitals affiliated to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and selected through proportional stratified *** data collection tools comprised demographic questionnaires,the quality of work-life questionnaire by Walton with 8 dimensions,and the valid and reliable organizational commitment scale by Meyer and *** data were analyzed in SPSS,version 23(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,United States),using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques,including Spearman correlation,Pearson correlation,the Kruskal-Wallis test,the Mann-Whitney U test,the c2 test,and the independent t test.P<0.050 was set as the level of statistical ***:The mean scores of quality of professional life and organizational commitment were 58.996±14.427 and 93.840±13.900,respectively,in the ICU *** Pearson test showed positive and significant relationships between quality of professional life and organizational commitment(r=0.392,P<0.001).Conclusions:Given the positive relationship found in the present study between organizational commitment and quality of professional life,it is recommended that organizational commitment be modified to improve the quality of profession

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)strains are the essential cause of infections in communities and *** present study was conducted to determine the molecular typing of MRSA,isolated from hospitalized patients,using the double-locus sequence typing(DLST).In total,280 *** isolated from clinical specimens by phenotypic(catalase,coagulase,DNase,oxacillin,vancomycin screening agar and antibiotic disk diffusion),and molecular methods(PCR for determining the mecA,vanA and nuc genes).The DLST and sequencing was performed for MRSA containing *** of 280 specimens,confirmed as Staphylococcus aureus(***),123(43.9%)strains were *** highest resistance toward the erythromycin(15μg),followed by ciprofloxacin(5μg),clindamycin(2μg),tetracycline(30μg),gentamicin(10μg)and rifampicin(5μg),was 98.3%,97.5%,94.3%,90.2%,83.7%and 41.4%,***,the least resistance(0%)was observed in each of teicoplanin(30μg),linzolide(30μg),and vancomycin(30μg).All(100%)of MRSA strains had the mecA,and none of them have had the *** results of DLST showed that the most common sequence types were BPH 2003 and *** DLST type 18-32 was a significant cluster of *** sequencing MRSA and comparing the dominant types via the DLST,it is possible to establish the etiology of the disease in a much shorter time,and prevent the complications of the ***,the combination of partial sequences of clfB and spa can serve as useful genetic markers for MRSA *** concluded that the MRSA in our region was relatively high,but no vancomycin resistance was *** majority of the MRSA DLST type was 18–32.

Concentrations of nitrate and trace elements such as arsenic,cadmium,chromium,copper,manganese,nickel,lead,selenium,antimony and mercury in 18 different brands of bottled water were *** comparison,samples of tap and well water from three different places of Tehran were also ***/VIS spectrophotometer and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer were used for the analysis of nitrate and trace elements,*** obtained were compared to Iranian,World Health Organization(WHO)and Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)guideline for drinking *** concentration in bottled,tap and well water samples were in maximum safe nitrate concentration of Iranian and WHO ***,70%of bottled water samples and one sample of tap water were below the standard level proposed by EPA and probably remedial action should be *** levels of all analyzed elements investigated in all examined water samples were below the maximum contaminant level prescribed by Iranian,WHO and EPA regulations.

The behavior of the Goos–H¨anchen(GH) shifts of the reflected and transmitted probe light beams is theoretically investigated. In a fixed geometrical configuration, the effect of quantum interference induced by spontaneous emission on the phase control of the GH shifts is analyzed in this paper. It is found that in a four-level N-type atomic system as an intracavity medium, the GH shifts of the reflected and transmitted probe light beam are completely phase dependent.

Background： Reducing labor pain and anxiety is one of the most important goals of maternity care. Objective： This study aimed to assess the effects of aromatherapy with Rosa damascena on pain and anxiety in the first stage of labor among nulliparous women. Design, setting, participants and interventions： This was a randomized clinical trial of 110 nulliparous women. The eligible participants were randomly assigned to two groups of aromatherapy and control in an Iranian maternity hospital. The participants received 0.08 mL of Rosa damascena essence in the aro- matherapy group and 0.08 mL of normal saline in the control group, every 30 min. Pain was measured 3 times, once each at three stages of cervical dilation （4-5, 6-7, and 8-10 cm）. Anxiety was measured twice, once each at two stages of cervical dilation （4-7 and 8-10 cm）. The tools for data collection were the Spielberger anxiety questionnaire, numerical pain rating scale, demographic and obstetric questionnaire, and an observational checklist. Data analyses included the t-test, Mann-Whitney U test and Chi-square test. Main outcome measures： Severity of labor pain and severity of anxiety were used as primary outcome measures. Labor and delivery characteristics （including number of contractions, duration of contractions in second stage, Bishop score, augmentation by oxytocin, Apgar score, and mode of delivery）, demographic characteristics, and fertility information were used as secondary outcome measures. Results： Pain severity in the group receiving aromatherapy with R. damoscena was significantly lower than in the control group after treatment at each pain assessment （cervical dilation of 4-5, 6-7, and 8-10 cm; P 〈 0.05）. Anxiety levels were also significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment at each time of measurement （cervical dilation of 4-7 and 8-10 cm; P 〈 0.05）. In this article, we introduce and investigate the concept of multivalued hybrid mappings in C AT（0） spaces by using the concept of quasilinearization. Also, we present a new iterative algorithm involving products of Moreau-Yosida resolvents for finding a common element of the set of minimizers of a finite family of convex functions and a common fixed point of two multivalued hybrid mappings in C AT（0） spaces.
