Assessment of the triglyceride glucose index in adult patients with chronic diarrhea and constipation

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body *** studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum *** To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum *** Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September *** patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were *** No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

We present a novel learning method using a two-stream network to predict cloth deformation for skeleton-based *** characters processed in our approach are not limited to humans,and can be other targets with skeleton-based representations such asﬁsh or *** use a novel network architecture which consists of skeleton-based and mesh-based residual networks to learn the coarse features and wrinkle features forming the overall residual from the template cloth *** network may be used to predict the deformation for loose or tight-fitting *** memory footprint of our network is low,thereby resulting in reduced computational *** practice,a prediction for a single cloth mesh for a skeleton-based character takes about 7 ms on an nVidia GeForce RTX 3090 *** to prior methods,our network can generate finer deformation results with details and wrinkles.

Calcium-based polymers for suppression of soil acidification by improving acid-buffering capacity and inhibiting nitrification

soil acidification is a major threat to agricultural sustainability in tropical and subtropical *** and environmentally friendly materials,such as calcium lignosulfonate(CaLS),calcium poly(aspartic acid)(PASP-Ca),and calcium polyγ-glutamic acid(γ-PGA-Ca),are known to effectively ameliorate soil ***,their effectiveness in inhibiting soil acidification has not been *** study aimed to evaluate the effect of CaLS,PASP-Ca,andγ-PGA-Ca on the resistance of soil toward acidification as directly and indirectly(i.e.,via nitrification)caused by the application of HNO_(3)and urea,*** comparison,Ca(OH)_(2)and lignin were used as the inorganic and organic controls,*** the materials,γ-PGA-Ca drove the substantial improvements in the pH buffering capacity(pHBC)of the soil and exhibited the greatest potential in inhibiting HNO_(3)-induced soil acidification via protonation of carboxyl,complexing with Al~(3+),and cation exchange *** acidification induced by urea,CaLS was the optimal one in inhibiting acidification and increasing exchangeable acidity during ***,the sharp reduction in the population sizes of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)and ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA)confirmed the inhibition of nitrification via CaLS ***,compared to improving soil pHBC,CaLS may play a more important role in suppressing indirect ***,γ-PGA-Ca was superior to PASP-Ca and CaLS in enhancing the soil pHBC and the its resistance to acidification induced by HNO_(3) addition,whereas CaLS was the best at suppressing urea-driven soil acidification by inhibiting *** conclusion,these results provide a reference for inhibiting soil re-acidification in intensive agricultural systems.

Light-induced electron transfer can broaden the substrate range of ***,the efficiency of photo-enzyme coupling is limited by the poor combination of photosensitizer or photocatalyst with ***,we prepared the nano-photocatalyst MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)by in site embedding ruthenium pyridine-diimine complex[Ru(bpy)_(3)^(2+)into metal organic frameworks MIL-125-NH_(2)and associated it with multicopper oxidase(MCO)*** to[Ru(bpy)_(3)]^(2+),the coupling efficiency of MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)_(3)for enzymatic oxygen reduction increased by 35.7%.A series of characterizations confirmed that the amino group of laccase formed chemical bonds with the surface defects or hydrophobic groups of MIL-125-NH_(2)@Ru(bpy)_(3).Consequently,the tight binding accelerated the quenching process and electron transfer between laccase and the immobilized ruthenium pyridine-diimine *** work would open an avenue for the synthesis of MOFs photocatalyst towards photo-enzyme coupling.

Doping engineering of iron oxide nanoparticles towards high performance and biocompatible T_(1)-weighted MRI contrast agents

Extremely small-sized iron oxide nanoparticles(IONPs) are of great interest in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) due to their biosafety as an alternative to clinical gadolinium(Ⅲ) complexes-based contrast *** when the particle size is less than 10 nm,it has strong diffusion ability and deep penetration distance in tumor *** doping can significantly enhance the T_(1)contrast effect of nanoparticles by regulating the surface exposed ***,the nucleation and growth processes of multi-component synthesis systems are complex and difficult to be accurately controlled,leading to great challenges in the synthesis of ultra-small-sized nanoparticles with different components and ***,extremely smallsized superparamagnetic gadolinium-doped iron oxide nanoparticles(GdIONPs,Gd_(x)Fe_(3-x)O_(4) NPs) with adjustable doping amount and controllable size in the range of 3.5-7.5 nm were synthesized by thermal ***,as-synthesized GdIONPs were surface modified with a highly water-soluble and biocompatible carboxyl-polyethylene glycol-phosphoric acid ligand with high binding ***_(0.65)Fe_(2.35)O_(4) NPs exhibited very high r_(1) relaxivity of 10.6 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of all metal concentrations and 49.0 mmol^(-1)·L·s^(-1) in terms of gadolinium alone,respectively,3 and 14 times higher than clinical T_(1) contrast agents(Gd-DTPA).GdIONPs can continuously obtain high resolution images of blood vessels,and can be used as an efficient and multifunctional contrast agent for MR T_(1)*** stable and efficient doping strategy provides an easy and effective method to individually optimize the magnetic properties of complex oxides and their relaxation effects for a variety of biomedical applications.
