Posterior capsular opacification(PCO),the most common complication after cataract surgery,is caused by the proliferation,migration and differentiation of residual lens epithelial cells(LECs)on the surface of the intraocular lens(IOL).Although drug-loaded IOLs have been successfully developed,the PCO prevention efficacy is still limited due to the lack of targeting and low bioavailability.In this investigation,an exosome-functionalized drug-loaded IOL was successfully developed for effective PCO prevention utilizing the homologous targeting and high biocompatibility of exosome.The exosomes derived from LECs were collected to load the anti-proliferative drug doxorubicin(Dox)through electroporation and then immobilized on the aminated IOLs surface through electrostatic interaction.In vitro experiments showed that significantly improved cellular uptake of Dox@Exos by LECs was achieved due to the targeting ability of exosome,compared with free Dox,thus resulting in superior anti-proliferation effect.In vivo animal investigations indicated that Dox@Exos-IOLs effectively inhibited the development of PCO and showed excellent intraocular biocompatibility.We believe that this work will provide a targeting strategy for PCO prevention through exosome-functionalized IOL.

Systemic chemotherapy of breast cancer is commonly delivered as a large dose and has toxic side effects.Local chemotherapy would overcome the shortcomings of systemic reconstruction and could play an important role in breast cancer surgery according to personalized demand.The application of three-dimensional(3D)printing technology makes personalized customization possible.We designed and prepared a prosthesis containing paclitaxel(PTX)and doxorubicin(DOX)microspheres(PPDM)based on 3D printing to prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis after breast conserving surgery.Polydimethysiloxane has good biocompatibility and was used as a drug carrier in this study.The average particle size of the PTX and DOX microspheres were approximately 3.1μm and 2.2μm,respectively.The drug loading of PTX and DOX microspheres was 4.2% and 2.1%,respectively.In vitro drug release studies demonstrated that the 3D-printed prosthesis loaded with PTX and DOXmicrospheres could release the drugs continuously for more than 3 weeks and thereby suppress cancer recurrence with reduced side effects.The PTX and DOX microspheres not only exerted a synergistic effect,but also achieved a good sustained release effect.In vivo evaluation showed that the PPDM could effectively inhibit breast cancer recurrence andmetastasis inmice with breast cancer.PPDM are expected to achieve postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer and be highly efficient to prevent local breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.

Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a psychiatric disease that seriously affects brain function.Currently,selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)are used to treat PTSD clinically but have decreased efficiency and increased side effects.In this study,nasal cannabidiol inclusion complex temperature-sensitive hydrogels(CBD TSGs)were prepared and evaluated to treat PTSD.Mice model of PTSD was established with conditional fear box.CBD TSGs could significantly improve the spontaneous behavior,exploratory spirit and alleviate tension in open field box,relieve anxiety and tension in elevated plus maze,and reduce the freezing time.Hematoxylin and eosin and c-FOS immunohistochemistry slides showed that the main injured brain areas in PTSD were the prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and hippocampus CA1.CBD TSGs could reduce the level of tumor necrosis factor-a caused by PTSD.Western blot analysis showed that CBD TSGs increased the expression of the 5-HT1 A receptor.Intranasal administration of CBD TSGs was more efficient and had more obvious brain targeting effects than oral administration,as evidenced by the pharmacokinetics and brain tissue distribution of CBD TSGs.Overall,nasal CBD TSGs are safe and effective and have controlled release.There are a novel promising option for the clinical treatment of PTSD.

以高铁齿轮箱齿轮啮合处平均压力和输出端集油盒处润滑油平均体积分数为评价指标,通过流体仿真软件ANSYS CFX,采用浸入实体法,建立了高铁齿轮箱斜齿轮飞溅润滑的CFD数值仿真模型。运用响应面Box-Behnken实验研究得出了径向距离、轴向距离、导油筋宽度对集油盒处润滑油平均体积分数和齿轮啮合处平均压力的二次回归模型,并对设计参数进行了优化。结果显示,最优参数为径向距离22.92 mm、轴向距离50 mm、导油筋宽度14.02 mm时,集油盒处润滑油平均体积分数为0.547,齿轮啮合处平均压力为32.452 kPa。

研究以设计规模为80万t的竹园一厂、二厂提标改造(升级补量)工程为建模对象,在污水处理模拟软件WEST中建立了包含深度处理的污水处理厂全流程处理工艺模型,并用蒙特卡洛模拟法对模型参数进行校准。模拟结果表明,模型能较好地模拟污水处理厂的出水水质以及内外回流污泥浓度,总体相对误差<20%。研究所采用的建模过程、模型及参数校准方法能为同类型污水处理厂的建模模拟提供技术参考。

Hot dry rock(HDR)geothermal energy is a kind of widely distributed clean energy with huge reserves.However,its commercial development has been constrained by reservoir stimulation.In the early stage of HDR geothermal energy development,properly determining spatial distribution patterns of natural fractures in HDR reservoirs can effectively guide reservoir stimulation.This study analyzes the spatial distribution of natural fractures by using FracMan software based on the actual geological data and log data of well M-2 in the Matouying Uplift area,Hebei Province.The fracture parameters are counted and Monte Carlo simulation technique is introduced to optimize the parameters,which makes the natural fracture model more accurate and reliable.Furthermore,this study simulates hydraulic fracturing using the model combined with the actual in-situ stress parameters and the construction scheme.As verified by fitting the changes in simulated wellhead pressure during hydraulic fracturing with the actual wellhead pressure data detected during construction,the methods for natural fracture modeling used in this study are scientific and reasonable.The preliminary prediction results show that the displacement design scheme with a pump displacement of 2.0-3.0 m^(3)/min,4.0-5.5 m^(3)/min and 6-7 m^(3)/min in the early,middle and late stages,respectively,has good fracturing effect.The results of this study can be utilized as a reference for preparing development schemes for HDR reservoirs.

本文研究了绿鳍马面鲀(Thamnaconus septentrionalis)胚后早期发育各阶段可观、可量和可数性状的变化。结果显示,在水温为(23.0±1.0)℃条件下,1 d出现胸鳍;4 d卵黄囊消失,鳔基和第1背鳍鳍基清晰可见;7 d油球消失,出现腹鳍;8 d第1背鳍鳍基和腹鳍出膜;9 d披透明圆形小鳞;12 d鳔和腹两侧后匙骨清晰可见;14 d出现第2背鳍支鳍骨和臀鳍支鳍骨;16 d披锥形小鳞,上、下颌出现锥形齿;19 d分化出第2背鳍鳍条和臀鳍鳍条;20 d尾柄下侧长出尾鳍鳍条;24 d时,第2背鳍、臀鳍和尾鳍的鳍条形态发育完全;27 d鳔大量充气。可量性状变化的曲线方程R2值均>0.90,第1背鳍鳍高,4~30 d呈指数递增;视囊0~11和11~20 d为线性递增,0~11 d递增程度<11~20d,21~30d为指数递增;口裂4~13和22~30d为线性递增,13~22d为线性递减;全长、体长、体高和矢耳石直径等拐点前为线性递增,拐点后为指数递增,拐点集中在19~23 d。初孵仔鱼共27对肌节,头部6对,躯体21对;仔鱼末期,第2背鳍支鳍骨数为31~36根,臀鳍支鳍骨数为33~35根;稚鱼末期,第2背鳍和臀鳍鳍条数与支鳍骨数相对应,胸鳍鳍条数为15~18根,尾鳍鳍条数为12根;早期幼鱼45 d时,鳍条分节明显,第2背鳍鳍条2节,臀鳍鳍条3节,尾鳍鳍条为7~10节,50 d躯体4~5条黑色条带。研究较详尽地描述了绿鳍马面鲀胚后早期发育各阶段的形态特征,丰富了绿鳍马面鲀胚后早期发育基础资料,可为其苗种繁育提供指导。

X油田长7致密油储层特征研究及有利区预测

X油田长7油藏是长庆油田第六采油厂的重点勘探区域,目前在该区域共完钻探井、开发井290余口。本文通过对该区探井的测井、录井、钻井以及试油等资料的系统整理,重点认识主要含油层系长7油层组的沉积微相及砂体展布特征,深入分析储层特征,明确油藏特征,开展有利区预测。研究结果表明:X油田长7岩性主要为灰色、灰绿色极细-细粒岩屑质长石砂岩,分选中等~好,次棱状磨圆;填隙物中黏土矿物以高岭石和绿泥石为主,碳酸盐矿物以铁方解石和铁白云石为主。研究区长7致密油储层非均质性为中等偏弱储层,整体以Ⅲ类储层分布为主,长7_(2)小层Ⅰ、Ⅱ类储层较为发育,为研究区优质储层。综合研究长7致密油储层优选建产有利区5个,新增地质储量1669.9×10^(4)t。为该区的整体规划、开发方案编制及区域探井部署提供了一定的地质依据。

A highly efficient on-chip acousto-optic modulator is as a key component and occupies an exceptional position in microwave-to-optical conversion.Homogeneous thin-film lithium niobate is preferentially employed to build the suspended configuration for the acoustic resonant cavity,with the aim of improving the modulation efficiency of the device.However,the limited cavity length and complex fabrication recipe of the suspended prototype restrain further breakthroughs in modulation efficiency and impose challenges for waveguide fabrication.In this work,based on a nonsuspended thin-film lithium niobate-chalcogenide glass hybrid Mach-Zehnder interferometer waveguide platform,we propose and demonstrate a built-in push-pull acousto-optic modulator with a half-wave-voltage-length product VnL as low as 0.03 V cm that presents a modulation efficiency comparable to that of a state-of-the-art suspended counterpart.A microwave modulation link is demonstrated using our developed built-in push-pull acousto-optic modulator,which has the advantage of low power consumption.The nontrivial acousto-optic modulation performance benefits from the superior photoelastic property of the chalcogenide membrane and the completely bidirectional participation of the antisymmetric Rayleigh surface acoustic wave mode excited by the impedance-matched interdigital transducer,overcoming the issue of low modulation efficiency induced by the incoordinate energy attenuation of acoustic waves applied to the Mach-Zehnder interferometer with two arms in traditional push-pull acousto-optic modulators.

目的探讨稳固性面瘫采用热敏灸联合针刀治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将新余市中医院2021年1月—2022年9月收治的顽固性面瘫患者80例分为2组,各40例。对照组采用针刀治疗,观察组采用热敏灸联合针刀治疗,均治疗4周,比较2组治疗效果、面神经功能及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后House-Brackmann(H-B)分级均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组患者均无不良反应。结论顽固性面瘫患者采用热敏灸联合针刀治疗效果显著,可改善面神经功能,且未增加不良反应,安全性好。
