Thin film transistors （TFTs） of microcrystalline silicon （μc-Si） can provide higher mobility and stability than that of a-Si and better uniformity than that of poly-Si TFTs, and it would be more suitable to be applied to larger-area AMOLEDs. By using 2coYAG laser ann. ealing, crystalline μc-Si thin film on plastic substrate has been investigated and the prope. laser energy needed for crystallization has been indicated. It has been found that the dehydrogenation process at 300-450℃ for a few of hours could be omitted by decreasing the H content in the crystallization precursor, which is suitable for laser crystallization on plastic substrates. The crystalline volume fraction （Xc） and the grain size of the resulted μc-Si could be adjusted by controlling the laser energy. By this method, the μc-Si on plastic substrate with Xc and grain size is respe.tively 85% （at the maximum） and 50 nm.

Wide-bandgap pe.ovskites are recently drawing tremendous attention in the community for high-efficiency all-pe.ovskite tandem solar ***,the formamidinium (FA^+) and methylammonium (MA^+) based wide-bandgap mixed halide pe.ovskites suffered from high density of traps and pin-holes,*** understanding on the crystallization and film formation processes are keys to overcome those challenges but not yet clearly *** this study,an in-situ photoluminescence technique was used to investigate the pe.ovskite crystallization during the thermal annealing *** is found that the crystallization of a mixed halide pe.ovskite with bromide (Br^-) and iodine (I^-) ions following the Ostward ripe.ing crystal ***,it is found that the initial nucleation reaction is quickly completed in the first few seconds,however,leaving the small crystals with inhomogeneous *** different aggregation affinities of such inhomogeneous small crystals provoke the formation of pin-holes during the thermal annealing *** engineering the precursor solution to control the nucleation rate,the chemical composition of the small crystals has become *** pin-hole free high Br-composited wide-bandgap MA0.9Cs0.1Pb(I0.6Br0.4)3 pe.ovskite films with bandgap energy of 1.8 eV have been *** corresponding photovoltaic devices have achieved an encouraging device efficiency of 15.1% with supe.b photostability.

Objective To decompose and reformulate Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction（BBT） in order to optimize its ratio for vasodilatory *** fingerprints of these six component herbs were also studied via Tri-step FTIR *** The herbal components of BBT were extracted separately with different solvents,such as 95%ethanol,50%ethanol,and distilled *** vasodilatory effect of the extracts was studied using the in vitro pre-contracted aortic ring *** these extracts,the water extracts of Pinellia ternata[PT（W）]and Citri reticulatae[CR（W）],50%ethanol extracts of Castrodia elata[GE（50）]and Clycyrrhiza uralensis[GU（50）],and 95%ethanol extracts of Atractylodes macrocephala[AM（E）],and Poria cocos[PC（E）]were selected for the orthogonal stimulus-response compatibility group study due to their high effectiveness in *** The best combination ratio（G2） was GE（50）,GU（50）,AM（E）,PC（E）,CR（W）,and PT（W） at EC0,EC5,EC5,EC5,EC5,and EC5,with EC50 of（0.06 ± 0.01） mg/*** between the vasodilatory effects of extracts derived from G2 and BBT were also *** the results,the 50%ethanol extract following G2 ratio was found to be most potent extract with the highest vasodilatory effect compared with other extracts derived from G2 or BBT,with EC50 of（0.05 ±0.005） mg/*** The optimum ratio and appropriate extraction method for the new BBT formulae are obtained.G2 is determined as the best formulae with the highest potency in producing the vasodilatory effect on isolated rat aortic *** results obtained suggest that 50%ethanol is found to be the best solvent to extract the vasoactive compounds of G2 in order to exhibit the highest efficacy of vasodilatory effect.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common type.of primary liver *** treatment options are available for managing HCC patients,classified roughly as local,local-regional,and systemic *** high postmonotherapy recurrence rate of HCC urges the need for the use of combined modalities to increase tumor control and patient *** international guidelines offer treatment recommendations based on different points of view and classification ***(RT)is a well-known local-regional treatment modality for managing many type. of cancers,including ***,only some of these treatment guidelines include RT,and the role of combined modalities is rarely ***,the present study reviewed clinical evidence for the use of different combined modalities in managing HCC,focusing on modern RT's *** RT has an increased utility in managing HCC patients,mainly due to two driving ***,technological advancement(e.g.,stereotactic body radiotherapy and advanced proton-beam therapy)enables precise delivery of radiation to increase tumor control and reduce side effects in the surrounding normal ***,the boom in developing target therapies and checkpoint-blockade immunotherapy prolongs overall survival in HCC patients,re-emphasizing the importance of local tumor ***,RT combines with systemic therapies to generate the systemic therapy augmented by radiotherapy effect,a benefit now being actively investigated.

AIM:To investigate the use of lipid emulsion substitutingfor glucose in postope.ative hypocaloric pe.ipheral parenteral nutrition (HPPN).METHODS:This prospe.tive, randomized study was conducted on 20 postope.ative gastrointestinal cancer patients. They were randomized and equally divided into interventional group and control group, and both were administered isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets with for lipid emulsion substituting for partial glucose loads in the interventional ***: Nutritional parameters and biochemical data were compared between the two groups before and after 6-d of HPPN. Most investigated variables showed no significant changes after administration of HPPN with lipid emulsion. However, the postope.ative triglyceride level was significantly lower in the interventional group than in the control group (P pe.ative prealbumin level (P pe.ative gastrointestinal cancer patients.

Listeria monocytogenes （Lm） is an intracellular bacterium with unique predisposition for systemic maternal infection during pregnancy and morbid consequences for the developing fetus. Given the high mortality associated with prenatal Lm infection, strategies for augmenting protective immunity during the exceedingly vulnerable pe.iod of pregnancy are urgently needed. Herein, protection conferred by attenuated Lm administered before pregnancy against subsequent virulent Lm prenatal infection was evaluated. We show that protection against secondary Lm infection in non-pregnant mice is sharply moderated during allogeneic pregnancy because significantly more bacteria are recovered from maternal tissues, despite the numerical and functional preservation of pathogen-spe.ific CD8^＋ T cells. More importantly, preconceptual priming does not protect against in utero invasion or fetal wastage because mice inoculated with attenuated Lm prior to pregnancy and naive pregnant controls each showed near complete fetal resorption and pathogen recovery from individual concepti after Lm infection during pregnancy. Remarkably, the lack of protection against prenatal Lm infection with preconceptual priming in allogeneic pregnancy is restored during syngeneic pregnancy. Thus, maternal-fetal antigen discordance dictates the ineffectiveness of preconceptual vaccination against fetal complications after prenatal Lm infection, despite the numerical and functional preservation of pathogen-snecific CD8^＋ T cells.
