The present study aims to establish a literature review on intervention programs for executive functions(EFs)through the use of fundamental motor skills,from a neuropsychopedagogical perspective in subjects with Developmental Coordination Disorder(DCD).An exploratory study was carried out through an integrative literature *** research was carried out in the Scientific databases Electronic Library Online(SciELO),Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences(LILACS),Virtual Health Library-Psychology Brazil(BVSPSI),Electronic Journals of Psychology(PePSIC),in the periodicals available in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations(BDTD)and on the website of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel(CAPES).The covering publications took place from 2018 to 2023,14 articles were selected for *** literature review made it possible to create strategies for stimulating EF and Visuomotor Functions so that educators and other professionals can better deal with students with *** was perceived the need to carry out and develop more empirical research regarding the intervention of EFs and Visuomotor Functions by educators and professionals,with a greater sampling amplitude,to increase the number of studies that enable interventions both in children and in teenagers with DCD.

The provision of care by health professionals seems to be related to cultural patterns in which these workers are inserted. The relationship between culture and care becomes a challenge for the provision of health care to homosexual and bisexual population. Thus, this study aimed to identify the perception of Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals and Transgenders in relation to the care received from health professionals, in the light of Cross-Cultural Theory. This is a qualitative, ethnographic study, conducted with 30 members of sexual minorities in Juazeiro do Norte, Brazil. The data analysis lead to the elaboration of five categories based on of the Theory of Cultural Care Diversity and Universality. The participants emphasized the constant violation of their rights to universal and equitable access to the National Health System, stating that they have suffered from prejudice and exclusion, as result of a heteronormative culture. They highlighted that homophobia and dehumanization of care have a strong relation to sexual orientation. The transvestites are the most prone to humiliation and pejorative attitudes of professionals and such condition is a barrier to accessing services.

Cecum Dieulafoy＇s Lesion Presenting with Recurrent Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding： Case Report

Introduction： Gastrointestinal Dieulafoy＇s lesion is a rare entity, of unknown etiology, and corresponds to an arterial malformation at the submucosal space that can be a source of life-threatening hemorrhage. We report a case of a Cecum Dieulafoy＇s bleeding lesion that was managed endoscopically with a favorable outcome. Case report： Female, 70-year-old, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and chronic heart failure associated with rheumatic mitral stenosis, submitted to biological valve replacement in 2006 and with permanent atrial fibrillation using vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant for thrombosis prophylaxis. Her background includes a stroke in 2004 without any permanent disability. In 2016, the patient experienced voluptuous and painless lower gastrointestinal bleeding with severe acute anemia, requiring hospital admission, fluid resuscitation and blood transfusion. Urgent colonoscopy revealed a small reddish vascular malformation at the cecum with oozing active bleeding, about 3 mm in size. Initially argon plasma coagulation was performed with satisfactory and immediate hemostasis. One week later, she recurred with hematochezia. The lesion at the cecum was reassessed and it was possible to notice a large caliber vessel surrounded by a normal appearance mucosa, compatible with Dieulafoy＇s lesion and it was treated with an endoscopic clip placement with a good long-term response. Conclusion： Endoscopy is the method of choice for diagnosis of Dieulafuy＇s lesion and may provide efficient treatment with mechanical hemostasis such as endoclip placement with a high success rate.

Studies about the parasite fauna of marine fish highlights as an important problem for public health with zoonotic parasites or affecting the fish ***,this study evaluated the parasite fauna of Lutjanus synagris commercialized in the fish market from Braganç*** laboratory,58 fish were measured,weighted and conducted to parasitological analysis to determine parasitological indexes and relative *** parasite was fixed and identified until to the lowest taxonomic *** the parasitological analysis,it found Cymothoidae,Digenea,Cucullanus *** Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus)sp.,with total prevalence 67.24%.Digenea showed the highest prevalence and mean intensity *** nematode,Cucullanus *** the greater prevalence and relative dominance,while Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus)*** the greater mean intensity and *** showed the lowest prevalence and mean intensity *** conclusion,the parasite fauna of *** has been noted with low diversity,reporting the nematode occurrence Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus).

Zika virus (ZIKV), a mosquito-borne flavivirus, has been associated with benign infections for decades. However, it has become a public health concern due to its association with severe fetal and neurological complications. Although many efforts have been made to control ZIKV infection, approved vaccines or antiviral drugs are still lacking. Consequently, the development of new effective anti-ZIKV agents is urgently needed. In this context, we investigated the antiviral potential of pyrazolone derivatives against ZIKV replication using in silico and in vitro methods. The four pyrazolone derivatives evaluated (1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d) inhibited over 50% of ZIKV replication with low cytotoxicity. Among them, compound 1b exhibited the most potent activity (EC50 = 4.3 μM) and the highest selectivity (SI = 342). Mechanism of action studies indicated that these compounds act at early stages of virus replication, and compound 1b can also directly inactivate ZIKV particles. Molecular docking studies suggested that these compounds can bind to and block the activity of ZIKV NS5 methyltransferase. Finally, pharmacokinetic and toxicological predictions have reinforced the safety and drug-like profiles of these derivatives. In conclusion, the pyrazolone scaffold proved to be valuable for anti-ZIKV drug development, and the derivatives studied deserve further investigation.

Despite the advances in the hematology field, blood transfusion-related iatrogenesis is still a major issue to be considered during such procedures due to blood antigenic incompatibility. This places pluripotent stem cells as a possible ally in the production of more suitable blood products. The present review article aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the state-of-theart concerning the differentiation of both embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells to hematopoietic cell lines. Here, we review the most recently published protocols to achieve the production of blood cells for future application in hemotherapy, cancer therapy and basic research.

The paricá [Schizolobium amazonicum Huber ex Ducke] is a native species of the Amazon region, belonging to the Fabaceae family and is a legume that has great social and economic importance, raw material for the manufacture of wood panels. Heliophilous, with wood of light density and good workability. Amazonian soils are highly weathered and characterized by high acidity, so Al harms the growth and development of sensitive plants, as well as the presence of resistant and/or tolerant plants. Thus, in this work, we sought to study the biochemical metabolism alterations generated in young plants of Schizolobium amazonicum Huber ex Ducke affected at different dosages of AlCl3. The research was conducted in a greenhouse of the Federal Rural University of Amazonia, using pre-scarified paricá seeds, which were seeded in plastic containers of 3.5 L capacity, with black soil fertilized with NPK 15-15-20. On the 8th day after sowing (DAS), thinning of 5 seedlings was performed for 2, and on day 12 of 2 for 1 seedling. The treatments started after 1 month and 22 days of sowing and the plants were collected 24 days later. A completely randomized experimental design (RED) was used, with 6 treatments (Control, Al 15 mg/L-1, Al 30 mg/L-1, Al 45 mg/L-1, Al 60 mg/L-1 and Al 75 mg/L-1) with 5 replicates each (one plant/pot) totaling 30 experimental units. The AlCl3 dosages resulted in considerable changes in the biochemical variables evaluated, especially when the 75 mg·L-1 dosage was applied. The considerable reduction in some variables such as nitrate reductase, glycine betaine and total soluble carbohydrates of these compounds to the applied AlCl3·6H2O dosages, is a way to create resistance mechanisms to try to overcome stress or as a way of showing limitations in the applied dosages. Renewable hydrocarbons refer to fuels consisting of hydrocarbons of 10 to 20 carbon atoms, produced from biomass, and free of oxygen. Hydrocracking, hydrodeoxygenation and hydrotreatment processes for the production of renewable hydrocarbons are described in the literature. Microalgae have been targeted in recent years to synthesize biomass that can be used in the production of biofuels, such as renewable hydrocarbons, biodiesel or ethanol second generation. In this context the lineage Monoraphidium sp. was selected from previous ecophysiological studies and its potential to produce lipids to develop this research related with the extraction of the bio-oil of the wet biomass of Monoraphidium sp. through heat treatment. Consecutively the bio-oil was used as raw material for the production of hydrocarbons through hydrocracking and hydrodeoxygenation processes (HDO) as: decarbonylation, decarboxylation, dehydratation, with in situ production of hydrogen from liquid-phase reforming of glycerol. The reactions were carried out under two different temperature conditions, 350°C and 300°C, respectively, for 1 h and using ruthenium alumina catalyst (Ru/Al2O3). The results showed the bio-oil processing route at a temperature of 350°C promising for the production of hydrocarbons achieving a conversion of 81.54%.

A method for adsorption involving banana peel (BP) was studied to remove the pollutant acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in aqueous medium. The results show that bioadsorbent has satisfactory maximum adsorption capacity (2.29 mg/g) for removing this analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug in aqueous solution (pH 7.0) using the Langmuir mathematical model. The tested concentrations of this pollutant were higher than the levels commonly found in the aquatic environment. This and other results suggest the BP as an alternative to ASA removal in water contaminated with pharmaceuticals pollutants.
