This study considers an MhD Jeffery-hamel nanofluid flow with distinct nanoparticles such as copper,Al_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2)between two rigid non-parallel plane walls with the fuzzy extension of the generalized dual parametric homotopy *** nanofluids have been formulated to enhance the thermophysical characteristics of fluids,including thermal diffusivity,conductivity,convective heat transfer coefficients and *** to the presence of distinct nanofluids,a change in the value of volume fraction occurs that influences the velocity profiles of the *** short value of nanoparticles volume fraction is considered an uncertain parameter and represented in a triangular fuzzy number range among[0.0,0.1,0.2].A novel generalized dual parametric homotopy algorithm with fuzzy extension is used here to study the fuzzy velocities at various channel ***,the effectiveness of the proposed approach has been demonstrated through a comparison with the available results in the crisp case.

Geochemical and mineralogical studies were performed in the La Pesca(LP)and Tesoro Altamira(TA)beach sediments,located in the Tamaulipas state,northern Gulf of *** main aim of this study is to infer the weathering history and provenance and to discriminate the tectonic environment of the beach *** sediments are composed of quartz with small amounts of accessory minerals such as plagioclase,calcite,orthoclase,microcline,and *** beach sediments are classified as fine-grained and very well sorted,however LP has coarse skewed and leptokurtic sediments,whereas TA has fine-skewed and very leptokurtic *** chemical index of weathering(CIW’)indicates intense weathering in the source *** quartz grain microtextures in the LP and TA are classified into mechanical,chemical,and mechanical/chemical *** features such as fractures,pits,percussion marks,abrasion fatigue,and V-shaped marks favor high-energy littoral,fluvial,subaqueous-marine,and aeolian *** chemical features indicate solution pits and crystalline overgrowth,which suggests a silica saturated marine *** mechanical/chemical features display adhering particles and elongated depressions suggest formation in a sub-aqueous nearshore marine *** and trace elements-based provenance discrimination diagrams indicate a felsic source derived from the Mesa Central(MC),Sierra Madre Oriental(SMOr)and Oaxaquia *** major and trace element concentrations imply a passive margin setting for the northern Gulf of Mexico,which is consistent with the general geology.

Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is one of the popular stochastic optimization based on swarm intelligence *** simple and promising algorithm has applications in many research *** PSO,each particle can adjust its‘flying’according to its own flying experience and its companions’flying *** paper proposes a new PSO variant,called the statistically tracked PSO,which uses group statistical characteristics to update the velocity of the particle after certain iterations,thus avoiding localminima and helping particles to explore global optimum with an improved *** performance of the proposed algorithm is tested on a deregulated automatic generation control problem in power systems and encouraging results are obtained.

First, a class of higher order exponential type hybrid （α,β, γ, η, p, h（.,.）, κ（., .）, w（.,., .）, ω（.,.,.）, θ）-invexities is introduced, second, some parametrically sufficient efficiency conditions based on the higher order exponential type hybrid invexities are established, and finally some parametrically sufficient efficiency results under the higher order exponential type hybrid （a,β, γ, ρ, h（.,.）, k（.,-）, w（-,., .）, w（.,., .）, 0）-invexities are investigated to the context of solving semiinfinite multiobjective fractional programming problems. The notions of the higher order exponential type hybrid （a, β, γ η, p, h（., .）, n（., .）, w（-,.,-）, ω（.,.,.）, 0）-invexities encompass most of the generalized invexities in the literature. To the best of our knowledge, the results on semiinfinite multiobjective fractional programming problems established in this communication are new and application-oriented toward multitime multi- objectve problems as well as multiobiective control problems.

Inspired by the availability of recent experimental as well as theoretical data on the energy levels of odd-mass^151-161Pm and odd-odd^154,156Pm,we applied the theoretical framework of the projected shell model to further understand the nuclear structure of these *** calculations closely reproduced the experimental data reported for the yrast bands of these isotopes by assuming an axial(prolate)deformation of^*** properties along the yrast line,such as transition energies and transition probabilities,have also been *** diagrams are plotted to understand their intrinsic multi-quasiparticle structure,which turn out to be dominated by 1-quasiparticle bands for the odd-mass Pm isotopes and 2-quasiparticle bands for the doubly-odd Pm isotopes under *** present study not only confirms the recently reported experimental/theoretical data,but also extends the already available information on the energy levels and adds new information regarding the reduced transition probabilities.

Induction hardening of dense Fe–Cr/Mo alloys processed via the powder-metallurgy route was studied. The Fe-3Cr-0.5Mo, Fe-1.5Cr-0.2Mo, and Fe-0.85 Mo pre-alloyed powders were mixed with 0.4wt%, 0.6wt%, and 0.8wt% C and compacted at 500, 600, and 700 MPa, respectively. The compacts were sintered at 1473 K for 1 h and then cooled at 6 K/min. Ferrite with pearlite was mostly observed in the sintered alloys with 0.4wt% C, whereas a carbide network was also present in the alloys with 0.8wt% C. Graphite at prior particle boundaries led to deterioration of the mechanical properties of alloys with 0.8wt% C, whereas no significant induction hardening was achieved in alloys with 0.4wt% C. Among the investigated samples, alloys with 0.6wt% C exhibited the highest strength and ductility and were found to be suitable for induction hardening. The hardening was carried out at a frequency of 2.0 khz for 2–3 s. A case depth of 2.5 mm was achieved while maintaining the bulk(interior) hardness of approximately hV 230. A martensitic structure was observed on the outer periphery of the samples. The hardness varied from hV 600 to hV 375 from the sample surface to the interior of the case hardened region. The best combination of properties and hardening depth was achieved in case of the Fe-1.5Cr-0.2Mo alloy with 0.6wt% C.
