Influence of coiling temperature(CT)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a hot-rolled high-strength steel microalloyed with Ti,Mo and V was *** precipitation behavior of nano-sized particles was investigated by theoretical calculation and quantitative *** the results revealed that V-enriched(Ti,Mo,V)C precipitated in the ferrite *** the CT decreased,the site fractions of Ti in(Ti,Mo,V)C changed little,the site fractions of Mo increased,and the site fractions of V decreased ***,the low CT could refine the microstructure and precipitated particles but suppress the precipitation of(Ti,Mo,V)C particles simultaneously,leading to the volume fraction of(Ti,Mo,V)C significantly decreasing,consequently causing an increment of grain refinement strengthening and a reduction in precipitation *** the CT was 600℃,the steel characterized by fine polygonal ferrite,a small amount of bainite and nano-sized(Ti,Mo,V)C precipitates exhibited the optimum mechanical properties with the ultimate tensile strength of 870 MPa,yield strength of 807 MPa and elongation to fracture of 17%.

A grain-oriented silicon steel strip with AlN as main inhibitor was produced by thin slab casting and rolling（TSCR）*** microstructure,texture and precipitates of the hot-rolled strip were investigated by use of optical microscope（OM）,X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscope（TEM）and energy dispersive spectroscope（EDS）.The result shows that the microstructure and texture exhibit a through-thickness gradient similar to that of the hot-rolled strip produced by conventional high-temperature slab-reheating process;the preferred orientation varies from {110}〈001〉in the surface layer to{001}〈110〉in the center layer,and the Goss texture with a maximum intensity mainly concentrates on the surface *** addition,some other texture components,for example rotated Goss texture,form in the 1/4thickness layer,which are not observed in the hotrolled strip produced by conventional high-temperature slab-reheating *** precipitates in the hot-rolled strip are mainly（Mn,Cu）S and AlN compound particles with dimension of 100-200 nm,and the fine precipitates are significantly less than that in the hot-rolled strip produced by conventional high-temperature slab-reheating ***,the areal density of the fine precipitates in the center layer is more than that in the surface layer.

大模型红队测试(Large Model Red Teaming)旨在让大语言模型(Large Language Model, LLM)接收对抗测试,从而诱使模型输出有害的测试用例,进而发现模型中的漏洞并提高其鲁棒性。大模型红队测试是大模型领域的前沿课题,近年来受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。研究者们针对大模型红队测试提出了众多解决方案,并在模型对齐上取得了一定进展。然而,受限于大模型红队数据的短缺和评价标准的模糊,现有研究大多局限于针对特定的场景进行评估。文中首先从与大模型安全相关的定义出发,对其所涉及的各种风险进行阐述;其次,针对大模型红队测试的重要性及其主要类别进行了阐述,综述和分析了相关红队技术的发展历程,并介绍了已有的数据集和评价指标;最后,对大模型红队测试的未来发展趋势进行了展望和总结。

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.

A novel method for the preparation of single-phase ammonium dimolybdate with industrial ammonium molybdate was studied. Various in- fluential factors were evaluated in the paper, including reaction temperature, reaction time, initial molybdenum concentration, initial NH_3 /Mo molar ratio, and stirring speed. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the crystallization rate of product is 85.23%. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and chemical analysis show that the product is single-phase ammonium dimolybdate, and no impurity phases exist. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM) image reveals uniform particle size, good particle dispersion, and no agglomeration between particles. Meanwhile, the final pH value of acidification was investigated. The total molybdenum recovery can reach up to 99.40%, and the main phases of acidification product are the same as those of raw material with the final pH value of 1.5. This determines that the acidification product can be used as a raw material to produce single-phase ammonium dimolybdate.

Tumor suppressor p53-mediated cell cycle arrest and DNA damage repair may exert cytoprotective effects against cancer therapies, including WEE1 inhibition. Considering that p53 activation can also lead to multiple types of cell death, the role of this tumor suppressor in WEE1 inhibitor-based therapies remains disputed. In this study, we reported that nucleolar stress-mediated p53 activation enhanced the WEE1 inhibitor AZD1775-induced ferroptosis to suppress lung cancer growth. Our findings showed that AZD1775 promoted ferroptosis by blocking cystine uptake, an action similar to that of Erastin. Meanwhile, inhibition of WEE1 by the WEE1 inhibitors or si RNAs induced compensatory upregulation of SLC7A11, which conferred resistance to ferroptosis. Mechanistically, AZD1775 prevented the enrichment of H3K9me3, a histone marker of transcriptional repression, on the SLC7A11 promoter by repressing the expression of the histone methyltransferase SETDB1, thereby enhancing NRF2-mediated SLC7A11 transcription. This finding was also validated using the H3K9me3 inhibitor BRD4770. Remarkably, we found that the nucleolar stress-inducing agent Actinomycin D(Act. D) inhibited SLC7A11 expression by activating p53, thus augmenting AZD1775-induced ferroptosis. Moreover, the combination of AZD1775 and Act. D synergistically suppressed wild-type p53-harboring lung cancer cell growth both in vitro and in vivo. Altogether, our study demonstrates that AZD1775 promotes ferroptosis by targeting cystine uptake but also mediates the adaptive activation of SLC7A11 through the WEE1-SETDB1 cascade and NRF2-induced transcription, and inhibition of SLC7A11 by Act. D boosts the anti-tumor efficacy of AZD1775 by enhancing ferroptosis in cancers with wild-type p53.

The market share between China Mobile and China Unicom has stabilized since 2002. It is found that China Mobile has the superiority in the competition, for example, the scissors movement between its revenue and cost indicates that it has a strong profit generating ability and there is enough room for it to reduce the price. The ratio between its price （marginal income） and marginal cost indicates that there is a very distant limit for it to reduce the price. Its demand is obviously flexible with the price, but it does not use the price weapon abundantly. The reason for the stabilization of the market is that China Mobile withdrew from the competition.

Inspired by the tremendous achievements of meta-learning in various fields,this paper proposes the local quadratic embedding learning(LQEL)algorithm for regression problems based on metric learning and neural networks(NNs).First,Mahalanobis metric learning is improved by optimizing the global consistency of the metrics between instances in the input and output ***,we further prove that the improved metric learning problem is equivalent to a convex programming problem by relaxing the *** on the hypothesis of local quadratic interpolation,the algorithm introduces two lightweight NNs;one is used to learn the coefficient matrix in the local quadratic model,and the other is implemented for weight assignment for the prediction results obtained from different local ***,the two sub-mod els are embedded in a unified regression framework,and the parameters are learned by means of a stochastic gradient descent(SGD)*** proposed algorithm can make full use of the information implied in target labels to find more reliable reference ***,it prevents the model degradation caused by sensor drift and unmeasurable variables by modeling variable differences with the LQEL *** results on multiple benchmark datasets and two practical industrial applications show that the proposed method outperforms several popular regression methods.
