Gastric cancer is highly prevalent among digestive tract *** to the intri-cate nature of the gastric cancer immune microenvironment,there is currently no effective treatment available for advanced gastric ***,there is promising potential for immunotherapy targeting the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype 4(EP4)in gastric *** our previous study,we identified a novel small molecule EP4 receptor antagonist called *** with YY001 alone demonstrated a significant reduction in gastric cancer growth and inhibited tumor metastasis to the lungs in a mouse ***,adminis-tration of YYo01 stimulated a robust immune response within the tumor microenvironment,characterized by increased infiltration of antigen-presenting cells,T cells,and M1 ***,our research revealed that YYo01 exhibited remarkable synergistic ef-fects when combined with the PD-1 antibody and the clinically targeted drug apatinib,rather than *** findings suggest that YYo01 holds great promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for gastric cancer,whether used as a standalone treatment or in combination with other drugs.

In this article, we designed and synthesized a series of 5-（2,6-dimethyl-4H-pyran-4-ylidene）-1,3-diethyl-2-thioxodihydropyrimidine-4,6（1H, 5H）-dione（PD） unit based polymers（PFTDT, CZTDT, PHTDT and THTDT） for the first time. In these polymers, fluorene, 2,7-carbazole, phenothiazine and thiophene are employed as electron-donating groups and PD as electron-withdrawing group. TGA measurements demonstrated that these polymers possess good thermal stability（all above 377 °C）. Very broad absorption spectrum was also obtained from the polymer THTDT（300？850 nm）. CV characterization found that these polymers owned low highest occupied molecular orbital（HOMO） energy levels（？5.39 e V for THTDT, ？5.49 e V for CZTDT and ？5.78 e V for PFTDT） except for PHTDT（？5.17 e V）. The geometry and electronic properties of PFTDT, CZTDT, PHTDT and THTDT were investigated by means of theoretical calculation. All the above advantages demonstrate that PD based polymers could be candidates for electronic devices.

Two types of Mo containing metal-organic frameworks,denoted as Mo@COMOC-4 and PMA@MIL-101（Cr）,were synthesized respectively by a post-synthetic modification and a ship-in-bottle *** catalytic performance of both compounds in the epoxidation of propylene using cumene hydroperoxide（CHP） as oxidant was compared with MoO3@siO2.A higher conversion（46.2%） and efficiency（87.4%） of CHP was observed for Mo@COMOC-4,whereas the heteropoly acids supported MIL-101 resulted in the decomposition of CHP due to its strong acidic *** tests demonstrated that Mo@COMOC-4 could be reused for multiple runs without significant loss in both activity and stability.

Over the past two decades,(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)(KNN)-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have made significant ***,attaining a high electrostrain with remarkable temperature stability and minimal hysteresis under low electric fields has remained a significant *** address this long-standing issue,we have employed a collaborative approach that combines defect engineering,phase engineering,and relaxation *** LKNNS-6BZH ceramic,when sintered at T_(sint)=1170℃,demonstrates an impressive electrostrain with a d_(33) value of 0.276%and 1379 pm·V^(-1)under 20 kV·cm^(-1),which is comparable to or even surpasses that of other lead-free and Pb(Zr,Ti)O_(3)***,the electrostrain performance of this ceramic remains stable up to a temperature of 125℃,with the lowest hysteresis observed at 9.73%under 40 kV·cm^(-1).These excellent overall performances are attributed to the presence of defect dipoles involving V′_(A)-V∙∙_(O) and B′_(Nb)-V∙∙O,the coexistence of R-O-T multiphase,and the tuning of the trade-off between long-range ordering and local *** work provides a lead-free alternative for piezoelectric actuators and a paradigm for designing piezoelectric materials with outstanding comprehensive performance under low electric fields.

AIM: To evaluate the surgical results of sulcus intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in children with unilateral anterior persistent fetal vasculature(PFV) underwent primary vitrectomy combined with lensectomy and preservation of the peripheral anterior ***: Twenty-two eyes of 22 children with unilateral anterior PFV who underwent sulcus secondary IOL implantation were analyzed. Main outcome measures were preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, and complications both intraoperatively and postoperatively. RESULTS: Review of 22 consecutive patients identified best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA) improvement from 1.37±0.84 to 0.73±0.57 logarithm of the minimal angle of resolution(logMAR) after IOL implantation(Psit. Transient intraocular pressure rise(4 eyes; 18.18%), postoperative increased inflammation(3 eyes; 13.64%) and postoperative hypotony(2 eyes; 9.09%) were common ***: Properly preservation of the anterior lens capsule during the primary surgery facilitated secondary sulcus IOL implantation in pediatric patients with anterior PFV, with favorable postoperative visual outcomes and compatible percentage of complications.

Construction of chimeric inducible promoters by elicitors of rice fungal blast pathogen and their expression in transgenic rice

The promoter fragments of wheat GstA1 and potato Gst1 have been amplified by PCR, cloned and fused respectively to the minimal promoter sequence of rice actin gene (Act1)) and its 5’ untranslated leader sequence together with GUS. The constructs with 2 chimeric promoters (WGA and PGA) have been transferred into rice in order to analyze their inducibility patterns in transgenic rice plants. The results show that: WGA and PGA are both inducible by elicitors of Pyricularia oryzae in transgenic rice cells; the intron I of rice Act1 gene is important for the heterogenic expression of monocot and dicot promoter elements in rice; and the Act1 minimal promoter and its 5’untranslated leader sequence produced low level background expression in rice.

Thermal stability and the crystallization kinetics of a phase-separated Zr-Cu-Fe-Al bulk metallic glass were investigated using in situ high-energy synchrotron X-ray and neutron diffraction,as well as small-angle synchrotron X-ray *** was revealed that this glass with excellent glass-forming ability possesses a two-step crystallization *** crystalline products and their evolution sequence are more complicated than a homogeneous Zr-Cu-Al glass with average glass-forming *** experimental results indicate that a finely distributed nanometer-sized cubic Zr_(2)Cu phase forms first and then transforms to a tetragonal Zr_(2)Cu phase,while the matrix transforms to an orthorhombic Zr_(3)Fe *** strength of the Zr-Cu-Fe-Al composite containing cubic Zr_(2)Cu phase and glass matrix increases,and the plasticity also improves compared to the as-cast Zr-Cu-Fe-Al bulk metallic *** results suggest that the formation of multiple and complex crystalline products would be the characteristics of the Zr-Cu-Fe-Al glass with better glass-forming *** study may shed light on the synthesis of bulk-sized glass-nanocrystals composites of high strength and good plasticity.

In this paper, a Q-band CMOS low noise amplifier(LNA) exploiting transformer positive-negative feedback and noise cancelling is presented. The proposed low noise amplifier consists of a positive transformer feedback to achieve noise-reduction and a negative transformer feedback to obtain high reverse isolation and stability. The noise cancellation technique is applied in this LNA to achieve a low noise figure. This LNA has been fabricated by standard commercial 90 nm CMOS. According to measurements, this proposed LNA achieves a peak gain of 11.5 d B, a noise figure of 6.5 d B and an input P1 d B of-12 d Bm. It consumes 11.5 m A from a1.2 V supply occupying the area of 0.6×0.7 mm2.
