Targeted anticancer drugs block cancer cell growth by interfering with specific signaling pathways vital to carcinogenesis and tumor growth rather than harming all rapidly dividing cells as in cytotoxic *** Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumor(RECIST)system has been used to assess tumor response to therapy via changes in the size of target lesions as measured by calipers,conventional anatomically based imaging modalities such as computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and other imaging ***,RECIST is sometimes inaccurate in assessing the efficacy of targeted therapy drugs because of the poor correlation between tumor size and treatment-induced tumor necrosis or *** approach might also result in delayed identification of response when the therapy does confer a reduction in tumor *** molecular imaging techniques have rapidly gained importance in the dawning era of targeted therapy as they can visualize,characterize,and quantify biological processes at the cellular,subcellular,or even molecular level rather than at the anatomical *** review summarizes different targeted cell signaling pathways,various molecular imaging techniques,and developed ***,the application of molecular imaging for evaluating treatment response and related clinical outcome is also systematically *** the future,more attention should be paid to promoting the clinical translation of molecular imaging in evaluating the sensitivity to targeted therapy with biocompatible *** particular,multimodal imaging technologies incorporating advanced artificial intelligence should be developed to comprehensively and accurately assess cancer-targeted therapy,in addition to RECIST-based methods.

Soil erosion differences in paired grassland and forestland catchments on the Chinese Loess Plateau

In this study,two adjacent gauged catchments on the Chinese Loess Plateau were selected,in which one catchment was afforested and one was restored with natural vegetation in *** distributions of soil erosion rates were estimated between 2010 and 2020 with a high spatial resolution of 2 m in the paired catchments based on the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation model(RUSLE)and Geographic Information Systems(GIS).The results showed that the simulated soil erosion rates in 2010-2020 averaged 12.58 and 8.56 t ha^(-1)a^(-1)for the grassland and forestland catchment,***,areas with high soil erosion rates(>80t ha^(-1)a^(-1))were mainly distributed in the topography with steep slope gradients(>45°).Comparisons between simulated soil erosion rates and observed annual sediment loads indicated that the simulation results of the grassland catchment were lower than the observed values,while it was reversed in the forestland *** conclude that the RUSLE model cannot simulate the gravity erosion induced by extreme rainfall *** the forestland catchment,insufficient streamflow and dense vegetation coverage are crucial factors resulting in hindering the movement of sediments.

Distributed location model and algorithm with position uncertainty

The localization of multiple mobile terminals （MTs） is an encouraging paradigm of applications in wireless networks. Peer-to-peer communication between MTs facilitates the cooperative localization of multiple MTs. For sake of low complexity and high robustness, investigations often focus on the distributed algorithm in cooperative localization. However, the impact from position uncertainty of cooperative MT lacks of analysis in related works. A new distributed location model, as well as corresponding algorithm, is devised when considering both the distance measurement error and the position uncertainty of MTs, which is more judicious than the traditional model for distributed cooperative localization scenario. In addition, the performance of proposed algorithm is analyzed through Cramér-Rao lower bound （CRLB）. simulations indicate that the algorithm outperforms traditional methods in terms of accuracy and robustness.

In this paper,we investigate dual problems for nonconvex set-valued vector optimization via abstract *** first introduce a generalized augmented Lagrangian function induced by a coupling vector-valued function for set-valued vector optimization problem and construct related set-valued dual map and dual optimization problem on the basic of weak efficiency,which used by the concepts of supremum and infimum of a *** then establish the weak and strong duality results under this augmented Lagrangian and present sufficient conditions for exact penalization via an abstract subdifferential of the object ***,we define the sub-optimal path related to the dual problem and show that every cluster point of this sub-optimal path is a primal optimal solution of the object optimization *** addition,we consider a generalized vector variational inequality as an application of abstract subdifferential.

Unsupervised GRNN flood mapping approach combined with uncertainty analysis using bi-temporal Sentinel-2 Msi imageries

Floods occur frequently *** timely,accurate mapping of the flooded areas is an important ***,an unsupervised approach is proposed for automated flooded area mapping from bitemporal Sentinel-2 multispectral images in this ***,spatial–spectral features of the images before and after the flood are extracted to construct the change magnitude image(CMI).Then,the certain flood pixels and non-flood pixels are obtained by performing uncertainty analysis on the CMI,which are considered reliable classification ***,Generalized Regression Neural Network(GRNN)is used as the core classifier to generate the initial flood ***,an easy-toimplement two-stage post-processing is proposed to reduce the mapping error of the initial flood map,and generate the final flood *** from other methods based on machine learning,GRNN is used as the classifier,but the proposed approach is automated and unsupervised because it uses samples automatically generated in uncertainty analysis for model *** of comparative experiments in the three sub-regions of the Poyang Lake Basin demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed ***,its superiority in dealing with uncertain pixels is further proven by comparing the classification accuracy of different methods on uncertain pixels.

Changes in fungal community and diversity in strawberry rhizosphere soil after 12 years in the greenhouse

Soil fungi play a very important role in the soil ecological environment. In agricultural production, long-term monoculture and continuous cropping lead to changes in fungal community diversity. However, the effects of long-term monoculture and continuous cropping on strawberry plant health and fungal community diversity have not been elucidated. In this study, using high-throughput sequencing(HTS), we compared the fungal community and diversity of strawberry rhizosphere soil after various durations of continuous cropping(0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 years). The results showed that soil fungal diversity increased with consecutive cropping years. Specifically, the soil-borne disease pathogens Fusarium and Guehomyces were significantly increased after strawberry continuous cropping, and the abundance of nematicidal(Arthrobotrys) fungi decreased from the fourth year of continuous cropping. The results of correlation analysis suggest that these three genera might be key fungi that contribute to the changes in soil properties that occur during continuous cropping. In addition, physicochemical property analysis showed that the soil nutrient content began to decline after the fourth year of continuous cropping. Spearman's correlation analysis showed that soil pH, available potassium(AK) and ammonium nitrogen(NH_4^+-N) were the most important edaphic factors leading to contrasting beneficial and pathogenic associations across consecutive strawberry cropping systems.

Harmoniousness analysis of total amount control of water use

Based on the fundamental principles of total amount control of water use, the harmony theory was used in this study to develop a concept of the degree of harmony of total amount control of water use. Based on this concept, the harmoniousness of total amount control of water use was analyzed in terms of the supply and demand of water resources, water resources management, water use benefits, and water-saving level. An evaluation index system of the degree of harmony of total amount control of water use was established, and a method for calculation of the degree of harmony of total amount control of water use was developed based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive analysis （FCA） methods. The new evaluation index system was applied to a certain area in Jiangsu Province, China. The degree of harmony of total amount control of water use over this area was calculated for different years. Results indicate that the evaluation index system and calculation method proposed in this study are feasible, and such a harmoniousness analysis can provide scientific references for the strict water resources management system that will be implemented in China in the near future.

The Binding Energy, Spin－Excitation Gap, and Charged Gap in the Boson－Fermion Model

In this paper, by applying a simplified version of Lieb's spin-reflection-positivity method, which was recently developed by one of us [G.S. Tian and J.G. Wang, J. Phys. A: Math. Gen. 35 (2002) 941], we investigate some general properties of the boeon-fermion Hamiltonlan, which has been widely used as a phenomenological model to describe the real-space pairing of electrons. On a mathematically rigorous basis, we prove that for either negative or positive couping V, which represents the spontaneous decay and recombination process between boson and fermion in the model, the pairing energy of electrons is nonzero. Furthermore, we also show that the spin-excitation gap of the boson-fermion Hamiltonian is always larger than its charged gap, as predicted by the pre-palred electron theory.
