As the scale of federated learning expands,solving the Non-IID data problem of federated learning has become a key challenge of *** existing solutions generally aim to solve the overall performance improvement of all clients;however,the overall performance improvement often sacrifices the performance of certain clients,such as clients with less *** fairness may greatly reduce the willingness of some clients to participate in federated *** order to solve the above problem,the authors propose Ada-FFL,an adaptive fairness federated aggregation learning algorithm,which can dynamically adjust the fairness coefficient according to the update of the local models,ensuring the convergence performance of the global model and the fairness between federated learning *** integrating coarse-grained and fine-grained equity solutions,the authors evaluate the deviation of local models by considering both global equity and individual equity,then the weight ratio will be dynamically allocated for each client based on the evaluated deviation value,which can ensure that the update differences of local models are fully considered in each round of ***,by combining a regularisation term to limit the local model update to be closer to the global model,the sensitivity of the model to input perturbations can be reduced,and the generalisation ability of the global model can be *** numerous experiments on several federal data sets,the authors show that our method has more advantages in convergence effect and fairness than the existing baselines.

This study investigates the influence of high-current pulsed electron beam(HCPEB)modification on the microstructure and shear strength of Cu/CuW *** solid-state diffusion bonding of modified-Cu(MCu)and modified-CuW(M-CuW)was achieved by HCPEB modification pretreatment at a temperature of 800-900℃and a pressure of 5 MPa for 10-50 *** demonstrate that HCPEB modification facilitates the dissolution of W and Cu,resulting in the formation of a Cu_(0.4)W_(0.6)solid solution and thus enhancing the uniform distribution of ***,HCPEB-induced defects play a beneficial role in promoting the diffusion process by providing fast diffusion paths for *** optimal joints with the maximum shear strength of 213.7 MPa were obtained through bonding M-Cu and M-CuW at 900℃and 5 MPa for 30 min,which attributes to the combined effects of fine-grained strengthening and solid solution ***,the application of HCPEB modification showcases its effectiveness in promoting element diffusion and enhancing the mechanical performance of the joints.

The Cretaceous was a significant greenhouse period in Earth's history with higher atmospheric CO_(2) levels and temperatures than today. Although evidence of combustion has been widely described from the Cretaceous deposits, our understanding of the spatiotemporal diversification pattern and process of the Cretaceous wildfires is still limited. In this study, we comprehensively synthesize a total of 271 published Cretaceous wildfire occurrences based on the by-products of burning, including fossil charcoal, pyrogenic inertinite(fossil charcoal in coal), and pyrogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs). Spatially, the dataset shows a distinctive distribution of reported wildfire evidence characterized by high concentration in the middle latitudinal areas of the Northern Hemisphere(30°N-60°N) over the Cretaceous. Temporally, an overall increasing trend of the reported wildfire data from the Early Cretaceous to the Late Cretaceous is coincident with higher atmospheric O_(2) levels. However, the spatial and temporal patterns may result from many types of factors, such as taphonomy, preservation, and researcher biases, instead of a real picture of the Cretaceous wildfire evolution. To better understand the spatiotemporal diversification of the Cretaceous wildfire, more investigations on the record of wildfire occurrences during this period would be necessary in the future.

Research on flexible strain sensors has advanced rapidly in recent years, with particular attention being devoted to two-dimensional(2D) semiconductor materials owing to their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties that are conducive to sophisticated sensing performance. However, resistive strain sensors based on 2D semiconductor materials typically exhibit positive gauge factors(GF), while materials for strain sensors with a negative GF remain elusive. We have identified a trend of reduction in the band gap of the emerging 2D semiconductor material tellurium(Te) under strain in simulations reported in past research,and have observed a negative GF in the Te-based strain sensor. In this study, we combined Te with a flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate to manufacture a flexible strain sensor with a significantly negative GF. The results of tests revealed that the Te-based strain sensor achieved an impressive maximum sensitivity of-139.7 within a small range of bending-induced strain(significant potential for the use of Te-based strain sensors in next-generation flexible electronics.

In this paper, we studied a stochastic predator-prey model of two predators with stage *** constructing a suitable stochastic Lyapunov function, the condition of stationary distribution is verified, and we get the sufficient condition for the model to have ergodic stationary distribution. Then, by using the It?'s formula for the model, the sufficient conditions for the extinction of the predator population are given. Finally,some examples and numerical simulations are illustrated to verify the theoretical results.

BACKGROUND Loneliness and isolation are associated with multiple cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),but there is a lack of research on whether they were causally *** conducted a Mendelian Randomization(MR)study to explore causal relationships between loneliness and isolation and multiple *** single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with loneliness and isolation were identified from a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 455,364 individuals of European ancestry in the IEU GWAS *** data for 15 CVDs were also obtained from the IEU GWAS *** used three MR methods including inverse variance weighting,MR-Egger,and weighted median estimation to assess the causal effect of exposure on ***'s Q test and MR-Egger intercept test were used to evaluate the heterogeneity and *** MR analysis showed that loneliness and isolation were significantly associated with essential hypertension(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.03-1.12),atherosclerotic heart disease(OR=1.04;95%CI:1.02-1.06),myocardial infarction(OR=1.02;95%CI:1-1.04)and angina(OR=1.04;95%CI=1.02-1.06).No heterogeneity and pleiotropy effects were found in this *** Causal relationship of loneliness and isolation with CVDs were found in this study.
