We inves.igate a two-fluid anis.tropic plane s.mmetric cos.ological model with variable gravitational cons.ant G（t） and cos.ological term A（t）. In the two-fluid model, one fluid is.chos.n to be that of the radiation field modeling the cos.ic microwave background and the other one a perfect fluid modeling the material content of the univers.. Exact s.lutions.of the field equations.are obtained by us.ng a s.ecial form for the average s.ale factor which corres.onds.to a s.ecific time-varying deceleration parameter. The model obtained pres.nts.a cos.ological s.enario which des.ribes.an early acceleration and late-time deceleration. The gravitation cons.ant increas.s.with the cos.ic time whereas.the cos.ological term decreas.s.and as.mptotically tends.to zero. The phys.cal and kinematical behaviors.of the as.ociated fluid parameters.are dis.us.ed.

In a declining market for goods.we optimize the net profit in bus.nes. when inventory management allows.change in the s.lling prices.n times.over time *** are computing optimal number of changes.in prices.res.ective optimal prices.and optimal profit in each of the cycle for a deteriorating *** paper theoretically proves.that for any bus.nes. s.tup there exis.s.an optimal number of price s.ttings.for obtaining maximum *** res.lts.are s.pported by numerical examples.for different s.tups.data s.t)and it is.found that for every s.tup the dynamic pricing policy out-performs.the s.atic pricing *** our model,the deterioration factor has.been taken into *** deteriorated units.are determined by the recurrence *** we s.udied the effect of different parameters.on optimal policy with *** managerial purpos.s.we have provided s.me“s.gges.ed intervals.for choos.ng parameters.depending upon initial demand,which help to predict the bes. prices.and arrival of cus.omers.demand).

Butyl ferulate was.s.nthes.zed us.ng a s.lica-immobilized commercial lipas. (s.eaps.n) in dimethyls.lfoxide (DMs.). Lipas.-immobilized by s.rface ads.rption onto s.lica pretreated with 1% glutaraldehyde s.owed 89% binding of protein. The es.erification of butanol (100 mM) and ferulic acid (50 mM) by s.lica-bound biocatalys. was.carried out at 45℃ for 6 h under s.aking (120 rpm). The optimization of various.reaction conditions.like molar concentration of reactants. biocatalys. concentration, reaction time, temperature, addition of molecular s.eves. s.lt ions. and repetitive bio-catalys.s.in DMs. were s.udied, cons.cutively. The bound lipas. (15 mg/ml) catalyzed the es.erification of ferulic acid and butanol with a yield of 64 mM under optimized reaction conditions. Among the s.lt ions.Cu2+, Zn2+ and Al3+ ions.moderately promoted the es.er yield (66 mM) while Mg2+, NH4+, Fe2+ and Ca2+ were found to decreas. the es.er yield. The by-product (H2O) produced in the reaction was.s.avenged by the molecular s.eves.(10 mg/ml) added to the reaction mixture, which enhanced the formation of es.er up to 74 mM. During the repetitive reactions. the bound lipas. produced 32 mM es.er after 4th cycle of es.erification. On s.aling-up the reaction volume to 30 ml, 32.5 mM butyl ferulate was.s.nthes.zed under optimized conditions.

Depos.tion of protein and metal ions.（Fe, Zn） in rice grains.is.a complex polygenic trait s.owing cons.derable environmental effect. To analyze the effect of nitrogen application levels.and native s.il properties.on rice grain protein, iron （Fe） and zinc （Zn） contents. 32 rice genotypes.were grown at three different locations.each under 80 and 120 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer applications. In treatments.with nitrogen fertilizer application, the brown rice grain protein content （GPC） increas.d s.gnificantly （1.1% to 7.0%） under higher nitrogen fertilizer application （120 kg/hm2） whereas.grain Fe/Zn contents.s.owed non-s.gnificant effect of nitrogen application level, thus.s.gges.ing that the rate of uptake and trans.ocation of macro-elements.does.not influence the uptake and trans.ocation of micro-elements. The pH, organic matter content and inherent Fe/Zn levels.of native s.il s.owed s.gnificant effects.on grain Fe and Zn contents.of all the rice genotypes. Grain Zn content of almos. all the tes.ed rice genotypes.was.found to increas. at Location III having loamy s.il texture, neutral pH value （pH 6.83） and higher organic matter content than the other two locations.（Locations.I and II）, indicating s.gnificant influence of native s.il properties.on brown rice grain Zn content while grain Fe content s.owed s.gnificant genotype × environment interaction effect. Genotypic difference was.found to be the mos. s.gnificant factor to affect grain Fe/Zn contents.in all the tes.ed rice genotypes. indicating that although native s.il properties.influence phyto-availability of micronutrients.and cons.quently influencing abs.rption, trans.ocation and grain depos.tion of Fe/Zn ions. yet genetic makeup of a plant determines.its.res.ons. to varied s.il conditions.and other external factors. This.s.udy inves.igates.the effect of magnetic nanoparticles.NPs. on the weakly polar nematic liquid crys.al(NLC).Different parameters.of dielectric data were meas.red for both the homeotropic and planar aligned s.mples.as.a function of frequency and temperature and the s.bs.antial changes.have been noticed for the doped s.s.ems. Dielectric permittivity has.been increas.d after the dis.ers.on of magnetic NPs.in the pure NLC. Dielectric anis.tropy has.als. been influenced by incorporating the magnetic NPs.with the NLC molecules. Thes. res.lts.were attributed to the dipole–dipole interaction between the magnetic nanoparticles.and nematic liquid crys.al molecules. Electro-optical s.udy indicated the fas.er ris. time and fall time of the doped s.s.ems.as.compare to pure NLC. Thres.old voltage has.been calculated and found to be decreas.d for the doped s.s.ems. Moreover, we have als. calculated the rotational vis.os.ty and the s.lay elas.ic cons.ant for pure and the doped s.s.ems. Both the rotational vis.os.ty and s.lay elas.ic cons.ant of the doped s.s.ems.are found to be cons.derably lower than thos. of pure NLC. Change in thes. properties.has.been explained on the bas.s.of molecular dis.urbances.created by the interaction between the magnetic nanoparticle and LC director. This.s.udy reveals.that the inclus.on of magnetic NPs.in weakly polar NLC can be us.ful to enhance the bas.c properties.of the weakly polar NLC and make it a promis.ng material for many dis.lay applications.
