Chinese forest musk deer(FMD),an endangered species,have exhibited low reproductive rates even in captivity due to stress *** revealed the presence of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),an environmental endocrine disruptor,in the serum and skin of captive *** FMDs with maslinic acid(MA)has been observed to alleviate the stress response and improve reproductive rates,although the precise molecular mechanisms remain ***,this study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the alleviation of DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary peritubular myoid cells(PMCs)through MA *** PMCs were isolated and exposed to DEHP in *** results demonstrated that DEHP significantly suppressed antioxidant levels and promoted cell apoptosis in primary ***,interfering with the expression of PRDX6 was found to induce excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)production and cell apoptosis in primary *** with MA significantly upregulated the expression of PRDX6,thereby attenuating DEHP-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis in primary *** findings provide a theoretical foundation for mitigating stress levels and enhancing reproductive capacity of in captive FMDs.

The production of selenium-enriched fish can contribute to alleviating selenium deficiency in human ***,it is still unclear which selenium source,as an additive,can efficiently and costeffectively produce high-quality selenium-enriched *** study evaluated the effects of selenium nanoparticles(SeNP),selenite,and selenomethionine(SeMet)on the growth,antioxidant capacity,selenium content,selenium speciation,and meat quality of grass *** diets were prepared,including a basal diet(BD)and three concentrations(0.1,0.3,and 0.9 mg/kg)of SeNP,selenite,and SeMet.A total of600 fish(250.79±1.57 g)were randomly assigned to 30 tanks(3 tanks/group).Fish were fed the experimental diet three times daily for 60 *** this study,SeNP most significantly promoted the growth and antioxidant capacity of grass carp,with 0.3 mg/kg SeNP identified as the optimal additive ***,SeNP demonstrated equally excellent bioavailability as SeMet and significantly increased the content of SeMet in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)***,compared to SeMet and selenite,dietary SeNP could more significantly enhance the content of selenocysteine(SeCys2)and methylselenocysteine(MeSeCys)in grass carp muscle *** addition,we have demonstrated that SeCys2and MeSeCys promote apoptosis of cancer cells(heLa)through the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway(involving Bax and Bcl-2).Furthermore,as an additive,0.3 mg/kg SeNP significantly improved the flesh quality of grass carp by reducing crude fat and heavy metal content,as well as increasing the levels of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)and the ratio of n-3/n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA).In summary,SeNP is the most suitable additive for producing selenium-enriched fish.

天然焦内炭微球显微光学特征、成因及其意义

天然焦内炭微球是煤层遭受岩浆速热变质的产物,其显微光学特征成因解析有助于深入认识煤速热碳化和热变质。采集安徽淮北石台煤矿富含炭微球的天然焦样品,利用高分辨率反射偏光显微镜和扫描电镜等实验手段,表征了天然焦中炭微球的粒度、分布、显微光学和超微组构特征,以揭示其光学各向异性的成因和热演化意义。结果显示,远离岩体天然焦中炭微球以粗粒为主,粒径10~100μm,少数可达150μm以上;紧邻岩体天然焦炭微球以细粒为主,粒径1~10μm,在岩体内脉状焦内甚至低至1μm以下。分析显示,粗粒炭微球和炭半球分别发育“十字”消光和“波状”消光,是其内部放射状一轴晶光率体在切面内投影的光学表征;细粒炭微球发育“十字-双曲线”消光,是其内部放射排布的二轴晶光率体切片投影的旋转效应。由此可见,趋近岩体,伴随着镜质体反射率增加,煤焦光率体逐渐由规则球形(光性均质体),向二轴椭球体(一轴晶)和三轴椭球体(二轴晶)转变。在该过程中,“十字”消光和“波状”消光的粗粒炭微球是煤热脱挥发分的产物,而“十字-双曲线”消光的细粒炭微球是煤热缩聚而片层化的标志。天然焦中炭微球的显微光学特征是煤层趋热碳化的结果,本质上是其光率体受热变形的光学表征,可有效评价岩浆蚀变煤焦的热变质程度。

Peroxyacetyl nitrate(PAN)is an important photochemical pollutant in the troposphere,whereas long-term measurements are scarce in rural areas in North China Plain(NCP),resulting in unclear seasonal variations and sources of PAN in rural *** this study,we conducted a 1-year observation of PAN during 2021-2022 at the rural NCP *** average concentrations of PAN were 1.10,0.75,0.65,and 0.88 ppbv in spring,summer,autumn,and winter,respectively,with a 1-year average of 0.81±0.60 *** indicate that the loss of PAN through thermal decomposition in summer accounts for 43.2% of the total formed PAN,which is an important reason for the low concentration of PAN in *** speculate that since the correlation between PAN and O_(3) in winter is significantly lower than that in other seasons,the observed regional transport of PAN cannot be ignored in *** budget analysis,regional transport accounted for 12.8% and 55.9% of the observed PAN on the spring and winter pollution days,respectively,which showed that regional transport played key roles during the photochemical pollution of the rural NCP in *** potential source contribution function revealed that the transported PAN mainly comes from southern hebei in *** winter,the transported PAN was mainly from Langfang,hengshui,and southern *** findings may aid in understanding PAN variations in different seasons in rural areas and highlight the impact of regional transport on the PAN budget.

长周期堆垛有序(long period stacking ordered,LPSO)结构是广泛存在于Mg-Y-Zn系镁合金中一种强化相。本文利用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)和万能试验机测试了Mg-Y-Zn变形镁合金的动态压缩力学性能和准静态压缩力学性能,结果显示,Mg-Y-Zn变形镁合金存在一定的应变率强化效应;利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析实验材料的微观组织,通过比较LPSO结构在高应变率和准静态应变率下的变形机制,研究LPSO结构对材料应变率强化效应的作用:Mg-Y-Zn合金中有大量层状的LPSO结构在基体上随机分布;准静态条件下,在变形后的LPSO结构中发现类位错,LPSO结构主要的变形方式是启动基面滑移系;动态条件下,变形后的LPSO结构中存在大量位于基面上的类位错和少量位于柱面上的类位错以及位于锥面上的类位错,启动了临界切分应力更大的滑移系,LPSO结构的变形方式是层状结构厚度变薄,发生了聚集、扭折和断裂;LPSO结构附近的基体在变形过程产生了大量的位错缠结,产生大量的亚晶。
