Immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the programmed cell death-1(PD-1)protein significantly improve survival in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),but its impact on early-stage ground-glass opacity(GGO)lesions remains *** is a single-arm,phase II trial(NCT04026841)using Simon’s optimal two-stage design,of which 4 doses of sintilimab(200 mg per 3 weeks)were administrated in 36 enrolled multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)patients with persistent high-risk(Lung-RADS category 4 or had progressed within 6 months)*** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR).T/B/NK-cell subpopulations,TCR-seq,cytokines,exosomal RNA,and multiplexed immunohistochemistry(mIHC)were monitored and compared between responders and ***,two intent-to-treat(ITT)lesions(pure-GGO or GGO-predominant)showed responses(ORR:5.6%,2/36),and no patients had progressive disease(PD).No grade 3-5 TRAEs *** total response rate considering two ITT lesions and three non-intent-to-treat(NITT)lesions(pure-solid or solid-predominant)was 13.9%(5/36).The proportion of CD8^(+)T cells,the ratio of CD8^(+)/CD4^(+),and the TCR clonality value were significantly higher in the peripheral blood of responders before treatment and decreased over ***,the mIHC analysis showed more CD8^(+)T cells infiltrated in ***,responders’cytokine concentrations of EGF and CTLA-4 increased during *** exosomal expression of fatty acid metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation gene signatures were down-regulated among ***,PD-1 inhibitor showed certain activity on high-risk pulmonary GGO lesions without safety *** effects were associated with specific T-cell re-distribution,EGF/CTLA-4 cytokine compensation,and regulation of metabolism pathways.

Background:Respiratory cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide,but its statistics vary between the East and *** study aimed to estimate the burdens of tracheal,bronchus,and lung(TBL)cancer and larynx cancer and their attributable risks from 1990 to 2019 in Asia,and at regional and national ***:This research evaluated the incidence,mortality,years lived with disability,years of life lost,and disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)for respiratory tract cancers using the Global Burden of Diseases,Injuries,and Risk Factors Study(GBD)2019 ***-standardized rates were calculated for TBL cancer from 1990 to 2019,adjusted for smoking and socio-demographic index(SDI).Deaths from TBL cancer and larynx cancer attributable to each risk factor were estimated for 33 Asian ***:The age-standardized incidence and death rates for TBL cancer in Asia declined from 2010 to 2019,while the incidence rate of larynx cancer *** was the leading specific risk factor for deaths from both TBL and larynx *** burden of TBL cancer in Asian countries was influenced by SDI and smoking,particularly among males in Central ***,DALYs,and incidences of larynx cancer in East Asia had not changed significantly over the past 30 years,but showed slight downward trends in males and both sexes combined,and an upward trend in females in recent ***:The past decade saw increases in numbers of incident cases and deaths from TBL cancer and larynx cancer in *** and smoking were the main factors influencing the disease burden of TBL cancer in Asian *** study highlights the need for tailored cancer control programs to address the burden of respiratory tract cancers in different Asian countries.

为了合理有效地利用青海省废弃枸杞枝,本研究以枸杞枝为原材料,对不同热解温度(300、400、500℃)、停留时间(30、60、90 min)制备条件下枸杞枝生物炭产率、pH、电导率和NH_(4)^(+)-N吸附量进行研究。结果表明:随着热解温度的升高和停留时间的延长,生物炭产率显著降低,pH显著升高,高热解温度下电导率显著高于低热解温度;热解温度对炭产率、pH、电导率的影响均大于停留时间。热解温度对NH_(4)^(+)-N吸附量有显著影响,热解温度为400℃,停留时间为90 min时,生物炭的NH_(4)^(+)-N吸附量最大,为1.955 mg/g;热解温度为400℃,停留时间为60 min时,1 t枸杞枝制炭后NH_(4)^(+)-N总吸附量达到最大,为0.737 kg。本研究为枸杞枝生物炭吸附NH_(4)^(+)-N的最优制备条件提供科学依据。

掌握麦秆、绿肥混合腐解和养分释放规律,对于青藏高原东部农区的地力培育和减肥增效具有重要意义。该研究在田间设置麦秆、箭筈豌豆、低量和高量麦秆与箭筈豌豆混合4个处理,研究有机物料的腐解和养分释放规律。结果表明,各处理下有机物料的腐解呈现前期快后期慢的变化规律,至腐解结束,麦秆、箭筈豌豆、低量和高量麦秆与绿肥混合处理的累积腐解率分别为51.5%、82.2%、78.6%和75.2%,氮素释放率分别为21.3%、81.5%、79.3%和79.0%,磷素释放率分别为60.1%、76.2%、74.2%和82.2%。物料中氮素和钾素释放主要集中在填埋后0~33 d,占总释放量的70%~83%和95%以上。箭筈豌豆磷素释放主要集中于0~33 d,麦秆主要在0~97 d。双库指数衰减模型可以很好地表征物料腐解过程的干物质量、氮素和磷素的残留过程,方程的决定系数大于0.93。物料混合显著提高了氮素的易分解比例(P<0.01),延长了易分解氮素的平均周转周期,低量和高量麦秆与箭筈豌豆混合的氮素易分解比例分别比预测值提高了14%和25%,周转天数延长了5和6 d。高量麦秆与绿肥混合使磷素的易分解比例提高了21%。物料混合显著改善了氮素和磷素的释放特征,其中高量麦秆和绿肥混合提高了氮素和磷素的可利用率,延长了氮素释放周期,更有利于后茬作物的吸收利用。研究结果可为青藏高原东部农区秸秆还田的实施提供理论和技术指导。

探究不同秸秆生物炭对土壤入渗和蒸发的影响,对于秸秆废弃物的资源化利用和水土资源高效利用具有重要意义。选取3种秸秆(油菜、藜麦和马铃薯)为原料制备生物炭,采用室内土柱模拟方法,探究不同材料生物炭对土壤湿润过程、累积入渗量和蒸发过程的影响。结果表明:不同材料生物炭下的土壤入渗和蒸发过程存在显著差异。马铃薯杆炭显著促进了湿润锋的运移,而藜麦杆和油菜杆炭在中后期减缓了湿润锋的运移速度。添加生物炭处理均提高了土壤早期的入渗速率,降低了土壤后期的稳定入渗速率,其中马铃薯杆炭表现最好,促进了早期入渗,而且后期入渗降低少,在入渗55 min时,马铃薯杆炭累积入渗67.8 mm,比对照提高41.8%。在模拟施炭土壤的入渗过程方面,Kostiakov模型表现最优。施炭对于前期土壤蒸发无显著影响,但显著提高了后期的土壤蒸发量。蒸发30天后,马铃薯杆、油菜杆和藜麦杆炭累积蒸发量分别比CK高5.2%,9.2%和10.2%。马铃薯杆生物炭能显著提高土壤的入渗能力。研究结果为青海省东部农区选择合适的生物炭种类提供了科学依据。

缺水和土壤肥力低下是限制青藏高原东部农业区马铃薯产量提升的关键因素,采用田间试验,研究覆膜和施用生物炭对马铃薯干物质量积累与分配的影响,进一步揭示覆膜和生物炭对马铃薯生长和产量的作用机理。结果表明马铃薯生长的高峰期分别为块茎形成期和淀粉积累期。Logistic方程能较好地模拟马铃薯总干物质量和块茎干物质量的累积过程,块茎进入快速生长期的时间比植株晚200 GDD(Growing Degree Day)。覆膜在播后75 d显著促进植株生长,分别使植株和块茎的快速生长期延长420和196 GDD;生物炭在播后130 d显著促进植株生长,分别使快速生长期延长449和336 GDD,覆膜和施生物炭的交互作用不显著。马铃薯根系和叶片分配指数随播后时间呈幂函数递减,且根系的下降速率明显大于叶片。播后62 d,生物炭和覆膜的根系分配指数分别是对照的1.5和0.79倍,在块茎膨大期以前,生物炭提高根系分配指数,覆膜则降低根系分配指数。覆膜和生物炭分别提高马铃薯产量49.2%和28.0%,且覆膜的增产幅度明显大于生物炭。此外,生物炭使马铃薯蛋白质和淀粉含量分别降低13.3%和4.9%。综合来看,覆膜仍然是该地区马铃薯增产提质的首选措施。该研究为生物炭的应用和马铃薯的高产栽培提供科学依据。

Deformation behavior and fluid action of quartz veins in the Xuelongshan metamorphic complex,Western Yunnan

本研究探讨我国台湾纺织与建筑投资家族集团的金字塔结构,以及股份所有权与盈余分配权的偏离情形。纺织集团的代表为中兴、华隆、台南与远东,长亿、润泰、威京及太平洋则为建筑投资集团之代表,研究年度横跨12年度,为1992年至2004年。从代理理论角度,本研究发现,随着集团规模与营运范畴的扩张,两产业家族集团运用金字塔结构来强化家族控制的情形非常普遍,其平均比例高达80%～90%。值得注意的是,建筑投资业家族集团的金字塔结构呈现递增的趋势,平均金字塔结构高于纺织业家族集团约15%,显示该产业家族集团运用交叉持股的情况明显较纺织业家族集团严重。另外,在偏离程度方面,两产业家族集团之偏离程度非常接近,其变动情形也十分类似,似乎偏离的程度与规模扩增速度有关。本文研究结果可为关心家族集团协调与控制议题者提供初步的讨论起点;同时亦为关心大中华区域家族集团发展者提供具有价值的参考依据。
