BACKGROUND CALD1 has been discovered to be abnormally expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,including gastric cancer(GC),and is associated with tumor progression and immune infiltration;however,the roles and mechanisms of CALD1 in epithe-lial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in GC are unknown.AIM To investigate the role and mechanism of CALD1 in GC progression,invasion,and migration.METHODS In this study,the relationship between CALD1 and GC,as well as the possible network regulatory mechanisms of CALD1,was investigated by bioinformatics and validated by experiments.CALD1-siRNA was synthesized and used to trans-fect GC cells.Cell activity was measured using the CCK-8 method,cell migration and invasive ability were measured using wound healing assay and Transwell assay,and the expression levels of relevant genes and proteins in each group of cells were measured using qRT-PCR and Western blot.A GC cell xenograft model RESULTS Bioinformatics results showed that CALD1 was highly expressed in GC tissues,and CALD1 was significantly higher in EMT-type GC tissues than in tissues of other types of GC.The prognosis of patients with high expression of CALD1 was worse than that of patients with low expression,and a prognostic model was constructed and evaluated.The experimental results were consistent with the results of the bioinformatics analysis.The expression level of CALD1 in GC cell lines was all higher than that in gastric epithelial cell line GES-1,with the strongest expression found in AGS and MKN45 cells.Cell activity was significantly reduced after CALD1-siRNA trans-fection of AGS and MKN45 cells.The ability of AGS and MKN45 cells to migrate and invade was reduced after CALD1-siRNA transfection,and the related mRNA and protein expression was altered.According to bioinfor-matics findings in GC samples,the CALD1 gene was significantly associated with the expression of members of the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway as well as the EMT signaling pathway,and was closely related to the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.Experimen

Anti-corrosive and highly reversible zinc metal anode enabled by the phenolic resin coating

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries have attracted much attention due to their high theoretical capacity,low cost high safety,and eco-friendly.However,challenges such as dendrite growth and side reactions severely hinder the electrochemical performance of the Zn anode,leading to low Coulombic efficiency （CE） or even short circuits Herein,phenolic resin （PF） is used as a protective coating on the surface of the zinc metal electrode.The PF layer can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the Zn electrode in the electrolyte.Importantly,this artificial electrode/electrolyte interphase also elevates the nucleation barrier and restrains Zn2+2D diffusion,regulating the zinc deposition/dissolution behavior.As a result,PF@Zn symmetric cells exhibit superior performance than that of bare Zn symmetric cells,achieving a stable and dendrite-free cycle of 1400 h.Furthermore,the carbon nanotube MnO2||PF@Zn （CNT/MnO2||PF@Zn） full cell also delivers a long cycle life with a high-capacity retention of about 180.0 m Ah·g-1after 1400 cycles,far exceeding that of bare Zn anode.This work provides a facile strategy for achieving a dendrite-free and rechargeable zinc anode.

The dissolution-derived release of bioactive ions from ceramic coatings on metallic implants,despite improving osseointegration,renders a concern on the interfacial breakdown of the metal/coating/bone system during longterm service.Consequently,persistent efforts to seek alternative strategies instead of dissolution-derived activation are pressingly carrying out.Inspired by bone mineral containing ions as Ca2+,Mg2+,Sr2+and Zn2+,here we hydrothermally grew the quadruple ions co-doped Na2TiO3 nanorod-like coatings.The co-doped ions partially substitute Na+in Na2TiO3,and can be efficiently released from cubic lattice via exchange with Na+in fluid rather than dissolution,endowing the coatings superior long-term stability of structure and bond strength.Regulated by the coatings-conditioned extracellular ions,TLR4-NFκB signalling is enhanced to act primarily in macrophages(MΦs)at 6 h while CaSR-PI3K-Akt1 signalling is potentiated to act predominately since 24 h,triggering MΦs in a M1 response early and then in a M2 response to sequentially secrete diverse cytokines.Acting on endothelial and mesenchymal stem cells with the released ions and cytokines,the immunomodulatory coatings greatly promote Type-H(CD31hiEmcnhi)angiogenesis and osteogenesis in vitro and in vivo,providing new insights into orchestrating insoluble ceramics-coated implants for early vascularized osseointegration in combination with long-term fixation to bone.

To endow Ti-based orthopedic implants immunomodulatory capability and thus enhanced osseointegration,different amounts of Sr are doped in Na_(2)TiO_(3) nanorods in the arrays with identical nanotopographic parameters(rod diameter,length and inter-rod spacing)by substitution of Na^(+) using hydrothermal treatment.The obtained arrays are denoted as STSr2,STSr4,and STSr7,where the arabic numbers indicate the incorporating amounts of Sr in Na_(2)TiO_(3).The modulation effects of the Sr-doped nanorods arrays on macrophage polarization and osteogenetic functions of osteoblasts are investigated,together with the array without Sr(ST).Moreover,osseointegration of these arrays are also assayed in rat femoral condyles.Sr-doped nanorods arrays accelerate M1(pro-inflammatory phenotype)-to-M2(anti-inflammatory phenotype)transformation of the adhered macrophages,enhancing secretion of pro-osteogenetic cytokines and growth factors(TGF-β1 and BMP2),moreover,the Sr doped arrays directly enhance osteogenetic functions of osteoblasts.The enhancement of paracrine of M2 macrophages and osteogenetic function of osteoblasts is promoted with the increase of Sr incorporating amounts.Consequently,Sr doped arrays show significantly enhanced osseointegration in vivo compared to ST,and STSr7 exhibits the best performance.Our work sheds a new light on the design of surface chemical components and structures for orthopedic implants to enhance their osseointegration.

现有关于认罪认罚案件反悔与撤回的研究大多聚焦于被追诉人面向,鲜有涉及控方撤回。但控方撤回在实践中业已呈现出一定混乱局面,应当予以重视。通过考察比较法可知,美国辩诉交易视阈下原则上允许控方在被告人认罪答辩前撤回诉辩协议,认罪答辩后撤回则须基于特殊情形,其体现出的审慎、克制的撤回思路值得借鉴。实体事由上,被追诉人反悔、法院告知调整量刑建议与被追诉人无悔罪表现皆非控方撤回情形,检察机关只能基于新的事实和证据撤回认罪认罚从宽,该新的事实为自然事实,且应厘定为“新的定罪事实”。程序运行上,若控方合法撤回则应给予被追诉人选择权,并贯彻“供述失权”原则;若控方非法撤回应给予其程序性制裁,并坚持特定履行原则;同时协调公诉变更与控方撤回,只允许补充起诉情形下撤回认罪认罚。从实体和程序两个层面进行规制,可以将控方撤回认罪认罚限制在合理、适当的范围之内。

我国《刑事诉讼法》自1979年颁布至今历经三次修改，但一直未曾就强制措施制度的若干根本性问题展开体系化补正工作。与域外“分门别类”的刑事强制措施相比，我国的强制措施仅限对人身权利的限制，不仅存在诸多内生性缺陷，还因缺乏对物、隐私权和个人信息权益的侦查限权，导致当前强制措施制度的系统性不足。刑事强制措施体系的建构关涉每个公民的基本权利。据此，应当对我国刑事强制措施制度进行体系化修改以使其满足现代刑事诉讼的发展要求。一方面，对人刑事强制措施的完善方向在于改革拘留制度并推进非羁押性强制措施的适用，将当前五种限制人身自由的强制措施明确改造为到案、羁押、非羁押三类，使其轻重层次分明；另一方面，将针对物、公民隐私以及个人信息的侦查手段正式纳入刑事强制措施体系，从而通过司法令状手段导入司法监督，并以“物权保护”“合理期待”“必要限度”等标准辅助检察院、法院审查评判。

中国未决羁押治理实践中长期存在一种可能的偏见,即认为未决羁押率是未决羁押治理水平的主要评价标准,因此无论未决羁押率下降的原因为何,均被视为未决羁押治理的成绩。未决羁押治理水平的评价标准主要应当是羁押人数或羁押人口率,而非单纯的未决羁押率。以羁押人口率标准比较中外未决羁押治理水平会发现,中国未决羁押治理水平有很大进步空间。真正贯彻落实依法少捕慎押刑事司法政策是提高未决羁押治理水平的必经之路。从整体视之,则应抓住《刑事诉讼法》第四次修改的契机,对我国刑事拘留制度予以系统性革新,首先废除37天拘留的实质意义上的羁押制度,并以此为抓手,彻底解决已呈现出结构性特征的未决羁押难题。

作为“鲜卑”诸部之一的拓跋氏,内部曾发育出一套与匈奴、华夏不同的名号体系,代表性名号是“可汗”。魏晋以来“单于”号在北方诸部族中被广泛使用,西晋末年的匈奴诸部发起反晋行动,“单于”号也随着西晋朝廷的封授进入拓跋部,并曾行用相当长的时间。“单于”等匈奴名号,与鲜卑传统名号如“可汗”,华夏名号如“皇帝”“王”等并行,不仅有胡汉区隔,还有“胡胡分治”的含义,反映了游牧部族政权在政治制度与政治结构方面独特的融合。“单于”“可汗”等首领名号逐渐在北魏官方文献中消失,代表着游牧部族向华夏式政权发展的趋势,也代表了北朝民族融合的历史方向。

刑事管辖作为程序性规则涵盖预先确定性和可救济性,发挥着保障司法公正之基础功能。实践中提级管辖适用条件模糊、指定管辖滥用及集中管辖正当性缺失等问题极大动摇了刑事管辖制度确定性根基,客观上造成了管辖制度不确定性的“危机”;刑事被追诉方事实上的管辖异议权及程序性制裁措施阙如使得发生管辖错误时缺乏救济途径。《刑事诉讼法》第四次修改在即,有必要引入国际通行的法定法官原则,严格按照法律预先确定标准划分管辖法院的同时,也应明确被追诉人享有法定法官审判的权利,并规定违反法定法官原则程序效力相对无效的法律后果。

Largely Improved Stretch Ductility and β-Form Room-temperature Durability of Poly(vinylidene fluoride) by Incorporating Aliphatic Polyketone

In this study, we attempt to prepare a new blending system of poly（vinylidene fluoride）（PVDF） and aliphatic polyketone （POK） by melt compounding, The latter is a promising engineering plastic with comprehensive mechanical performances. When POK acted as minor phase to homogeneously disperse in and intimately contact with PVDF matrix, the brittle tensile behavior of neat PVDF transferred into a remarkably flexible manner （the elongation at break increased for 20 times）, and more interestingly, the room- temperature durability of β-form PVDF in the uniaxially drawn blend film was obviously better than that in the neat PVDF film. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that specific dipole interaction existed between CF2 group of PVDF and C=O group of POK. The intermolecular dipolar interaction induced good compatibility in the PVDF/POK blends, as evidently proved by fine two-phase morphology and decreased melting points of POK crystals. Therefore, the good compatibility and interracial enhancement are responsible for the improvement of the stretch ductility and β-form room-temperature durability of the PVDF/POK blends.
