社会化话语转型:叙事学视域下“腾讯谷雨”非虚构新闻的叙事伦理创新

通过文本分析腾讯新闻“谷雨实验室”的非虚构新闻叙事,发现其立足于当下社会发展的现实语境,在新闻话语社会化转型中叙事题材偏向社会生活领域、关注社会底层民生,叙事原型聚焦社会特殊个体、倾向于典型人物的塑造,形成了“叙事时间上妙用叠合时序方式”“根据文本的叙事需要,采用不同类型的叙事者进行讲述”“采用以放射式和沙漏式为主的表层叙事结构”等叙事伦理上的技巧特色,以及“多元视角丰富长篇叙事呈现,公开叙事者建构公正客观表达”“叠合叙事时序增强叙事起伏感,混合叙事结构提升叙事层次”等叙事伦理上的经验策略。在新闻话语权开始分散化和平民化的社会化生产下,以腾讯新闻“谷雨实验室”为代表的非虚构新闻叙事平台在改革新时代想要更好地讲述中国社会故事,则可以从新闻文本上引入媒介变革技术实现多元化叙事表达等方面,改进叙事模式固化等生产掣肘。

IVIM、DKI联合DCE-MRI的影像组学在预测乳腺癌HER-2表达状态中的应用价值

目的探讨联合体素内不相干运动（intravoxel incoherent motion, IVIM）、扩散峰度成像（diffusion kurtosis imaging,DKI）和动态对比增强磁共振成像（dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, DCE-MRI）、参数图构建影像组学模型预测乳腺癌患者人类表皮生长因子受体2（human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, HER-2）的表达状态。材料与方法回顾性分析192例乳腺癌患者病例资料，根据患者的病理结果分为HER-2表达阳性组（48例）和HER-2表达阴性组（144例），术前均行IVIM、DKI及DCE-MRI。并按照8∶2的比例将病例随机分为训练集（154例）和测试集（38例）。在灌注分数（perfusion fraction, f）、灌注相关扩散系数（perfusion related diffusion coefficient, D*）、真实扩散系数（real diffusion coefficient, D）、平均扩散率（mean diffusivity, MD）和平均扩散峰度值（mean kurtosis, MK）参数图和第2期DCE-MRI（DCE-2）图像中勾画出病变区域的三维感兴趣区（region of interest, ROI），并提取其中的影像组学特征。采用Z分数归一化对特征进行标准化处理，并使用K最佳、最小冗余最大相关（max-relevance and min-redundancy, mRMR）、最小绝对收缩与选择算子回归（least absolute shrinkage and selection operator, LASSO）算法依次对特征进行降维和选择，通过logistic逻辑回归（logistic regression, LR）分类器分别建立参数图模型及联合模型，并采用5折交叉验证法验证模型的稳定性。通过受试者工作特征（receive operating characteristic,ROC）曲线和曲线下面积（area under the curve, AUC）对不同参数图像模型及联合模型的诊断效能进行分析，使用DeLong检验对各模型间ROC曲线进行比较，使用决策曲线分析（decision curve analysis, DCA）对模型的临床价值进行评估。结果从每个ROI中提取了2286个MRI特征，在f、D*、D、MD、MK参数图、第2期DCE-MRI和联合序列中分别筛选得到7、6、7、6、7、12、10个特征与HER-2表达状态相关。f、D*、D、MD、MK参数图模型及第2期DCE模型在测试集中的AUC分别为0.693、0.679、0.586、0.682、0.661、0.732；联合模型在测试集中的AUC为0.861 （95%CI:0.775～0.958），敏感度和特异度分别为100.0%和71.4%，经DeLong检验，训练集中联合模型与f、D、D*、MD、MK参数图模型及DCE-2模型之间AUC差异均有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结果表明联合模型对预测HER-2的表达状态优于单一模型。结论基于DCE-MRI、IVIM和DKI的影像组学联合模型可以在术前有效预测乳腺癌患者的HER-2表达状态，有助于临床对乳腺癌进行诊断、分型、制订治疗方案及预后。

Coded Multicasting for Content Delivery over Predictable Time-Varying Satellite Communication Networks

With the development of astronautic technology, communication satellites now have a tremendous gain in both quantity and quality, and have already shown their capability on multi-functional converged communication other than telecommunication. Under this circumstance, increasing the transmission efficiency of satellite communication network becomes a top priority. In this paper, we focus on content delivery service on satellite networks, where each ground station may have prefetched some file fragments. We cast this problem into a coded caching framework so as to exploit the coded multicast gain for minimizing the satellite communication load. We first propose an optimization-based coded multicast scheme by considering the special property that the satellite network topology is predictable and timevariant. Then, a greedy based fast algorithm is proposed, which can tremendously reduce the computation complexity with a small loss in optimality. Simulation experiments conducted on two Walker constellation satellite networks show that our proposed coded multicast method can efficiently reduce the communication load of satellite networks.

目的采用磁共振脂肪定量(fat analysis&calculation technique,FACT)序列脂肪定量技术,分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者腰椎椎体及椎旁肌肉的脂肪分数(fat fraction,FF),探讨T2DM患者腰椎椎体、椎旁肌肉内脂肪含量的变化及其相关性。方法选取31例T2DM患者和同期31例健康对照者(与T2DM患者年龄、性别、女性绝经情况、体质量指数进行配对),均行磁共振FACT序列扫描,分别测量腰3椎体及腰3/4椎间盘水平椎旁肌的FF值,利用独立样本t检验对糖尿病组及对照组的腰椎椎体及椎旁肌的脂肪含量进行统计分析,采用Spearman/Pearson相关系数分别对T2DM组、对照组患者腰椎椎体及椎旁肌FF进行相关性分析。结果T2DM组腰椎椎体及椎旁肌肉FF值均高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组腰椎椎体与左侧竖脊肌FF值无相关性(P>0.05);对照组腰椎椎体与左侧多裂肌、右侧竖脊肌、右侧多裂肌FF值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论磁共振FACT序列脂肪定量技术可以用于评价T2DM患者腰椎椎体及椎旁肌肉脂肪含量;T2DM患者腰椎及椎旁肌的脂肪含量较健康人群产生变化,脂肪沉积更明显;与健康人群不同,T2DM患者腰椎与椎旁肌的脂肪含量之间无相关性。

The static and predictable characteristics of cyber systems give attackers an asymmetric advantage in gathering useful information and launching *** reverse this asymmetric advantage,a new defense idea,called Moving Target Defense(MTD),has been proposed to provide additional selectable measures to complement traditional ***,MTD is unable to defeat the sophisticated attacker with fingerprint tracking *** overcome this limitation,we go one step beyond and show that the combination of MTD and Deception-based Cyber Defense(DCD)can achieve higher performance than either of *** particular,we first introduce and formalize a novel attacker model named Scan and Foothold Attack(SFA)based on cyber kill ***,we develop probabilistic models for SFA defenses to provide a deeper analysis of the theoretical effect under different defense *** models quantify attack success probability and the probability that the attacker will be deceived under various conditions,such as the size of address space,and the number of hosts,attack analysis ***,the experimental results show that the actual defense effect of each strategy almost perfectly follows its probabilistic ***,the defense strategy of combining address mutation and fingerprint camouflage can achieve a better defense effect than the single address mutation.

Protein O-GlcNAcylation is a post-translational modification that links environmental stimuli with changes in intracellular signal pathways,and its disturbance has been found in neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic ***,its role in the mesolimbic dopamine(DA)system,especially in the ventral tegmental area(VTA),needs to be ***,we found that injection of Thiamet G,an O-GlcNAcase(OGA)inhibitor,in the VTA and nucleus accumbens(NAc)of mice,facilitated neuronal O-GlcNAcylation and decreased the operant response to sucrose as well as the latency to fall in rotarod *** with DAergic neuron-specific knockout of O-GlcNAc transferase(OGT)displayed severe metabolic abnormalities and died within 4–8 weeks after ***,mice specifically overexpressing OGT in DAergic neurons in the VTA had learning defects in the operant response to sucrose,and impaired motor learning in the rotarod ***,overexpression of OGT in GABAergic neurons in the VTA had no effect on these *** results suggest that protein O-GlcNAcylation of DAergic neurons in the VTA plays an important role in regulating the response to natural reward and motor learning in mice.

BACKGROUND Renal cell carcinoma(RCC)with Xp11.2 translocation/TFE3 gene fusion is a rare and distinct subtype of RCC that is classified under tumors with translocation of the microphthalmia-associated transcriptional *** SUMMARY We report an adult case of Xp11.2 translocation advanced RCC with metastasis(T3a N1M1),after targeted treatment,alcohol ablation,and transarterial chemoembolization,who eventually underwent successful surgical *** recurrence or transfer was seen within one year,and the survival period was more than 3 years.A review of the relevant literature was conducted to improve our understanding of the pathogenesis,epidemiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,and other aspects of the *** Transarterial chemoembolization and ablation did not achieve the desired tumor reduction in this patient,but had a significant effect on reducing intraoperative bleeding and inhibiting tumor activity.
