Prevalence and risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and psychological distress among female scientists and technicians

This study aimed to explore the prevalence and risk factors of cardiovascular disease(CVD)and psychological distress among female scientists and technicians in China.Accordingly,we included scientists and technicians from representative research institutions,medical institutions,colleges,universities,and businesses in China,and the data were collected from July 1,2019 to March 31,2021 via online questionnaires.The parameters evaluated in this study included age,sex,marital status,educational background,monthly income,sleep hours,sleep problems,smoking,alcohol consumption,work-related stress,work burnout,cardiovascular symptoms,CVD,family history,and depressive and anxiety symptoms.A total of 14530 scientists and technicians were included,comprising 7144 men and 7386 women.We found 34.9%men and 16.6%women with CVD,35.1%men and 21.4%women with depressive symptoms,28.7%men and 13.8%women with anxiety symptoms,and 22.0%men and9.5%women with CVD combined with depressive or anxiety symptoms.This study focused on the details of women.Younger women(age≤35 years)had the highest prevalence of depressive symptoms(24.9%),anxiety symptoms(16.2%),and comorbidity(11.2%).It was established that,despite traditional risk factors,unmanageable work burnout,depressive symptoms,and anxiety symptoms were associated with a higher risk of CVD in women;insomnia,overwhelming work stress,unmanageable work burnout,and CVD were linked to a higher risk of depressive symptoms and anxiety;insomnia,overwhelming work stress,and unmanageable work burnout were related to CVD combined with depressive or anxiety symptoms.A bidirectional relationship was noted between CVD and depression or anxiety in female scientists and technicians,and insomnia and overwhelming work stress were positively associated with comorbidity.It is suggested that effective measures should be taken to protect female scientists and technicians from CVD and psychological distress.

Coupling Magneto-Electro-Elastic node-based smoothed radial point interpolation method for free vibration and transient analysis of Functionally Graded Magneto-Electro-Elastic structures

A Coupling Magneto-Electro-Elastic(MEE)Node-based Smoothed Radial Point Interpolation Method(CM-NS-RPIM)was proposed to solve the free vibration and transient responses of Functionally Graded Magneto-Electro-Elastic(FGMEE)structures.By introducing the modified Newmark method,the displacement,electrical potential and magnetic potential of the structures under transient mechanical loading were obtained.Based on G space theory and the weakened weak(W2)formulation,the equations of the multi-physics coupling problems were derived.Using triangular background elements,the free vibration and transient responses of three numerical examples were studied.Results proved that CM-NS-RPIM performed better than the standard FEM by reducing the overly-stiff of structures.Moreover,CM-NS-RPIM could reduce the number of nodes while guaranteeing the accuracy.Besides,triangular elements could be generated automatically even for complex geometries.Therefore,the effectiveness and validity of CM-NS-RPIM were demonstrated,which were valuable for the design of intelligence devices,such as energy harvesters and sensors.

上海音乐学院民族音乐研究室自1953年成立,迄今已有70年的历史。1953年,贺绿汀为了最大限度地体现其教学思想与教学理念,身先士卒、身体力行并首任民族音乐研究室主任,作为专业高等院校率先开拓“向民间音乐学习”,是“民间艺术进校园进课堂”的倡导者。贺老为民族音乐研究室制定了非常具体的个案研究、教学实践、教材撰写以及创作参与的多样性民族音乐在高校传承的实施细则方案与宗旨。从民族音乐研究室到民族音乐课,从收集整理到课堂教学及教材的形成,70年来的理论与实践、教学与科研,民族音乐研究室为中国民族民间音乐在通向专业教育的历程中,在历经了漫长而充满曲折的教学与科研的实践中,为中国音乐的发展树立了风范与学术标杆。

上海音乐学院历经九十多年的积淀,聚集了一大批德高望重的学者,这些蜚声海内外的名家都被我们尊称为“先生”。现在的年轻学子们则统一称“老师”或者“教授”,鲜少叫“先生”。但是,在今天的学院理里江明惇却被大家一致称呼为“江先生”。这或许延续着某种潜在的默契。每当在校园见到他的时候,学生们都会恭敬的问候,他总是温文尔雅、细语轻声。江先生一生挚爱民间艺术的研究,他的名著《汉族民歌概论》《中国民间音乐概论》等张扬着中国民族文化深厚磅礴的气韵。

Integrative single-cell multiomics analyses dissect molecular signatures of intratumoral heterogeneities and differentiation states of human gastric cancer

Human gastric cancer is a highly lethal disease,but the underlying multiomic mole cular signatures remain largely uncle ar.Here,we performed multi-regional sampling,parallel single-cell multiomics sequencing and integrated analyses of human gastric cancer.We identified common transcrip tomic alterations of gastric cancer cells,such as aberrant down-regulation of genes associated with normal stomach function and up-regulation of KRT7,PI3,S100A4,etc.Surprisingly,aberrant and prevalent up-regulation of genes highly expressed in normal colorectal epithelial cells were also identified in cancer cells,which maybe partially regulated by promoter chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation levels.We reve aled the single-cell DNA methylome landscape of gastric cancer,and identified candidate DNA methylation biomarkers,such as hypermethylated promoters of TMEM240 and HAGLROS,and hypomethylated promoters of TRPM2-AS and HRH1.Additionally,the relationships between genetic lineages,D NA methylation and transcriptomic clusters were systematically revealed at single-cell level.We showed that DNA methylation heterogeneities were mainly among different genetic lineages of cancer cells.Moreover,we found that D NA methylation levels of cancer cells with poorer differentiation states tend to be higher than those of cancer cells with better differentiation states in the primary tumor within the same patient,although still lower than in normal gastric epithelial cells.Cancer cells with poorer differentiation states also prevalently down-regulated MUC1 expression and immune-related pathways,and had poor infiltration of CD 8+T cells.Our study dissected the mole cular signatures of intratumoral heterogeneities and differentiation states of human gastric cancer using integrative single-cell multiomics analyses.

Growth kinetics of hydrate formation from water–hydrocarbon system

Gas hydrates have drawn global attentions in the past decades as potential energy resources.It should be noted that there are a variety of possible applications of hydrate-based technologies,including natural gas storage,gas transportation,separation of gas mixture,and seawater desalination.These applications have been critically challenged by insufficient understanding of hydrate formation kinetics.In this work,the literatures on growth kinetic behaviors of hydrate formation from water-hydrocarbon were systematically reviewed.The hydrate crystal growth,hydrate film growth and macroscopic hydrate formation in water system were reviewed,respectively.Firstly,the hydrate crystal growth was analyzed with respect to different positions,such as gas/liquid interface,liquid–liquid interface and gas–liquid–liquid system.Secondly,experimental and modeling studies on the growth of hydrate film at the interfaces between guest phase and water phase were categorized into two groups of lateral growth and thickening growth considering the differences in growth rates.Thirdly,we summarized the promoters and inhibitors reported(biological or chemical,liquid or solid and hydrophobic or hydrophilic)and analyzed the mechanisms affecting hydrate formation in bulk water system.Knowledge gaps and suggestions for further studies on hydrate formation kinetic behaviors are presented.

A FIR flter assisted with the predictive model and ELM integrated for UWB-based quadrotor aircraft localization

To improve the accuracy of the Ultra-Wide Band(UWB)based quadrotor aircraft localization,a Finite Impulse Response(FIR)flter aided with an integration of the predictive model and Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)is proposed in this work.The FIR flter estimates the quad-rotor aircraft’s position by fusing the positions measured with the UWB and Inertial Navigation System respectively.When the UWB dada are unavailable,both the ELM and the predictive model are used to provide the measurements,replacing those unavailable UWB data,for the FIR flter.The ELM estimates the measurement via the mapping between the one step prediction of state vector and the measurement built when the UWB data are available.For the predictive model,we mathematically describe the missing UWB data.Then,both the measurements estimated with the ELM and predictive model are employed to estimate the observations via Mahalanobis distance.The test results show that the FIR flter aided by the predictive model/ELM integrated can reduce the Cumulative Distribution Function and position Root Mean Square Error efectively when the UWB is unavailable.Compared with the ELM assisted FIR flter,the proposed FIR flter can reduce the localization error by about 48.59%,meanwhile,the integrated method is close to the method with a better solution.

Effect of periodic wide atmospheric pressure change on CO emission in closed goaf

Atmospheric pressure fuctuation is one of the most important factors afecting the climate environment and gas emission in the fre area.To obtain the infuence rule of the surface atmospheric pressure change on the gas sampling and abnormal emission in the mine closed goaf,the No.1 coal mine in Dananhu was taken as the research object.Using Fourier transform and Fisher harmonic analysis and other statistical methods,the infuence of the periodic variation of atmospheric pressure on the gas leakage and outfow in the closed goaf was studied.The results showed that there were three atmospheric pressure periods of 15.2 d,1 d and 182.2 d,and the probability was greater than 95%.The time period with the highest number of atmospheric pressure peaks was 7:00–8:00,which accounted for 20.2%of total occurrence number in a day.And the time periods with the highest number of atmospheric pressure trough were 2:00,15:00 and 16:00,accounting for 27.4%.The peak-to-trough transition time was mainly concentrated around 6 h,and the diurnal variation curve of atmospheric pressure was mainly bimodal.The atmospheric pressure change rate was mostly concentrated in 10–50 Pa/h.It was determined that the distance that the gas sampling pipe was pre-laid into the inner side of the closed wall should be greater than 44.4 m,and the CO concentration and atmospheric pressure in the closed goaf were both periodic and negative with atmospheric pressure.The research results have important guiding signifcance for the monitoring,early warning and environmental protection of the goaf.

基于用户查询以及资源管理便捷性的考虑,图书馆以CNMARC为基础模板对木版年画的数据信息进行了机读格式著录。由于木版年画题名信息较为复杂,编目人员经常需要结合木版年画的内容、结构,文字信息的格式、大小、顺序、含义、用法等要素,确定年画的题名信息;并在厘清题名之间的层次关系的基础上,依据著录规则,将复杂的题名信息反映到具体的字段,为用户提供多方位的题名检索。本文通过对各种类型的木版年画题名信息的选取和著录进行梳理和介绍,突出实践意义,以期为相关同行提供借鉴并共同探讨。
