Herein,a novel interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)strategy based on magnetic nanoparticles(MnPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of histamine.A core-satellite SERS aptasensor was constructed by combining aptamer-decorated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MnPs(as the recognize probe for histamine)and complementary DnA-modified silver nanoparticles carrying 4-mercaptobenzonitrile(4-MBn)(Ag@4-MBn@Ag-c-DnA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirect detection of *** an applied magnetic field in the absence of histamine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biological-silent”region due to *** the presence of histamine,the Ag@4-MBn@Ag-c-DnA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MnPs,thus decreasing the SERS *** optimal conditions,an ultra-low limit of detection of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** histamine content in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results consistent with those determined by high performance liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirect strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selective SERS detection of small biological molecules in complex matrices.

Using the experimentally known aromatic icosahedral superatoms I_(h)B_(12)H_(12)2−and D_(5d)1,12-C_(2)B_(10)H_(12)as building blocks and based on extensive density functional theory calculations,we predict herein a series of core–shell superpolyhedral boranes and carboranes in a bottom-up approach,including the high-symmetry Th B_(12)@B_(152)H_(72)2−(2),C2h C_(2)B_(10)@B_(152)H_(72)(3),D_(3d)B_(12)@B_(144)H_(66)(4),I_(h)B_(12)@C_(24)B_(12)0H_(72)2−(6),and D_(5d)C_(2)B_(10)@C_(24)B_(12)0H_(72)(7).More interestingly,the superatom-assembled linear D2h B_(36)H_(32)^(2−)(8),close-packed planar D_(3d)B_(84)H_(60)^(2−)(10),and nearly close-packed core−shell D_(3d)B_(12)@B144H_(6)6(4)can be extended periodically to form the one-dimensional(1D)α-rhombohedral borane nanowire B_(12)H_(10)(Pmmm)(9),two-dimensional(2D)α-rhombohedral monolayer borophane B_(12)H_(6)(P m1)(11),and the experimentally known three-dimensional(3D)α-rhombohedral boron(R m)(12)which can be viewed as an assembly of the monolayer B_(12)H_(6)(11)staggered in vertical direction,setting up a bottom-up strategy to form low-dimensional boron-based nanomaterials from their borane“seeds”via partial or complete *** bonding analyses indicate that the high stability of these nanostructures originates from the spherical aromaticity of their icosahedral B_(12)or C_(2)B_(10)structural units which possess the universal skeleton electronic configuration of 1S21P61D101F8 following the Wade’s n+1 *** infrared(IR)and Raman spectra of the most-concerned neutral B_(12)@B144H_(6)6(4)and C_(2)B_(10)@C_(24)B_(12)0H_(72)(7)are computationally simulated to facilitate their experimental characterizations.

In this paper,we study a second-order accurate and linear numerical scheme for the nonlocal CahnHilliard *** scheme is established by combining a modified Crank-nicolson approximation and the Adams-Bashforth extrapolation for the temporal discretization,and by applying the Fourier spectral collocation to the spatial *** addition,two stabilization terms in different forms are added for the sake of the numerical *** conduct a complete convergence analysis by using the higher-order consistency estimate for the numerical scheme,combined with the rough error estimate and the refined *** regarding the numerical solution as a small perturbation of the exact solution,we are able to justify the discrete?^(∞)bound of the numerical solution,as a result of the rough error ***,the refined error estimate is derived to obtain the optimal rate of convergence,following the established?∞bound of the numerical ***,the energy stability is also rigorously proved with respect to a modified *** proposed scheme can be viewed as the generalization of the second-order scheme presented in an earlier work,and the energy stability estimate has greatly improved the corresponding result therein.

To investigate the corrosion degradation law and service life of reinforced concrete in various salt solution environments,reinforced concrete specimens were semi-immersed in 3%na_(2)CO_(3)(n3-0-0),3%na_(2)CO_(3)+3%naCl(n3-Cl3-0)and 3%na_(2)CO_(3)+3%naCl+3%na_(2)SO_(4)(n3-Cl3-S3)salt *** electrochemical workstation was used for regular non-destructive testing,and the polarization curve and related electrochemical parameters were used as the macroscopic durability evaluation indicators,while microscopic analysis of steel bar corrosion products was performed in combination with SEM and *** addition,the corrosion current density degradation model of GM(1,1)was established and compared with the modified GM(1,1)-Markov degradation *** results showed that the prediction error of the GM(1,1)-Markov model was smaller and more accurate than that of GM(1,1).The reinforced concrete specimens in the n3-0-0,n3-Cl3-0 and n3-Cl3-S3 solutions reached the failure state in 3.08,1.67,and 2.30 years,respectively,as predicted by the GM(1,1)-Markov *** to ESM and EDS microscopic analysis of reinforcement,carbonate had no significant effect on reinforcement corrosion,chloride ions played a dominant role in reinforcement corrosion,and sulfate ion improved concrete's resistance to chloride ion *** on GM(1,1)-Markov model,the failure and damage of reinforced concrete in saline soil areas can be quantitatively evaluated in the whole life cycle,which provides a theoretical basis for the early maintenance or reinforcing of reinforced concrete.

Intensive selection pressure constrains the evolutionary trajectory of SARS-CoV-2 genomes and results in various novel variants with distinct mutation *** mutations,particularly those within the receptor binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV-2 spike(S)protein,lead to the functional alteration in both receptor engagement and monoclonal antibody(mAb)***,we review the data of the RBD point mutations possessed by major SARS-CoV-2 variants and discuss their individual effects on ACE2 affinity and immune *** single amino acid substitutions within RBD epitopes crucial for the antibody evasion capacity may conversely weaken ACE2 binding ***,this weakened effect could be largely compensated by specific epistatic mutations,such as n501Y,thus maintaining the overall ACE2 affinity for the spike protein of all major *** predominant direction of SARS-CoV-2 evolution lies neither in promoting ACE2 affinity nor evading mAb neutralization but in maintaining a delicate balance between these two ***,this review interprets how RBD mutations efficiently resist antibody neutralization and meanwhile how the affinity between ACE2 and spike protein is maintained,emphasizing the significance of comprehensive assessment of spike mutations.

Data hierarchy,as a hidden property of data structure,exists in a wide range of machine learning applications.A common practice to classify such hierarchical data is first to encode the data in the Euclidean space,and then train a Euclidean ***,such a paradigm leads to a performance drop due to distortion of data embedding in the Euclidean *** relieve this issue,hyperbolic geometry is investigated as an alternative space to encode the hierarchical data for its higher ability to capture the hierarchical *** methods cannot explore the full potential of the hyperbolic geometry,in the sense that such methods define the hyperbolic operations in the tangent plane,causing the distortion of data *** this paper,we develop two novel kernel formulations in the hyperbolic space,with one being positive definite(PD)and another one being indefinite,to solve the classification tasks in hyperbolic *** PD one is defined via mapping the hyperbolic data to the Drury-Arveson(DA)space,which is a special reproducing kernel Hilbert space(RKHS).To further increase the discrimination of the classifier,an indefinite kernel is further defined in the Krein ***,we design a 2-layer nested indefinite kernel which first maps hyperbolic data into the DA spaces,followed by a mapping from the DA spaces to the Krein *** experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate the superiority ofthe proposed kernels.

The study of modern pollen,and vegetation can improve the accuracy of paleoenvironmental reconstruction based on fossil pollen data.A total of 188 pollen surface samples were collected from Southern Xinjiang(34°00’–43°00’n,74°00’–94°00’E)in China,with an elevation range of 888–4530 *** pollen and vegetation were studied in the northern region of the Kunlun Mountains and the southern region of the Tianshan *** results showed that the surface pollen assemblages on the southern slope of the Tianshan Mountains(3530–1124 m)were divided into three pollen zones,namely,montane steppe,montane desert steppe,and montane *** zones were dominated by Artemisia,Chenopodiaceae,and Ephedra *** surface pollen assemblages in the eastern Pamir Plateau(4530–1287 m)could be divided into alpine meadow,montane desert steppe,and montane desert zones,which were predominantly characterized by Artemisia,Chenopodiaceae,and Asteraceae ***,the Southern Tarim Basin(3548–888 m)comprised montane desert steppe and montane desert zones,which was dominated by Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae *** geographic distribution of the surface pollen sites obtained using ArcGIS,the R-value,and Pearson correlation analyses indicated that the over-represented Picea and Pinus pollen were of external origin and were transported by wind,water(rivers),and ice(glacier movement).Over-representation of Ephedra and nitraria pollen was mainly distributed in the montane desert and desert steppe zones,*** from Chenopodiaceae and Artemisia were over-represented and broadly distributed across Southern *** pollen was concentrated in areas with walnut trees,strongly indicating the presence of local parent *** to the Hybrid Singleparticle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory model,more Pinus pollen was transported to the Pamir region by external airflows during spring and summer,resulting in its higher surface pollen *** elucidating t

Environmental photocatalysis is a promising technology for treating antibiotics in *** this study,a supercritical carbonization method was developed to synthesize a single-atom photocatalyst with a high loading of ni(above 5 wt.%)anchored on a carbonnitrogen-silicate substrate for the efficient photodegradation of a ubiquitous environmental contaminant of tetracycline(TC).The photocatalyst was prepared from an easily obtained metal-biopolymer-inorganic supramolecular hydrogel,followed by supercritical drying and carbonization *** low-temperature(300℃)supercritical ethanol treatment prevents the excessive structural degradation of hydrogel and greatly reduces the metal clustering and aggregation,which contributed to the high ni *** characterizations confirmed that ni was present at isolated sites and stabilized by ni-n and ni-O bonds in a ni-(n/O)_(6)-C/SiC configuration.A 5%ni-C-Si catalyst,which performed the best among the studied catalysts,exhibited a wide visible light response with a narrow bandgap of 1.45 eV that could efficiently and repeatedly catalyze the oxidation of TC with a conversion rate of almost 100% within 40 *** reactive species trapping experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)tests demonstrated that the h+,and·O_(2)-were mainly responsible for TC *** TC degradation mechanism and possible reaction pathways were provided ***,this study proposed a novel strategy to synthesize a high metal loading singleatom photocatalyst that can efficiently remove TC with high concentrations,and this strategy might be extended for synthesis of other carbon-based single-atom catalysts with valuable properties.
