Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is caused by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),which was found by French scientists 40 years ago,12 years after AIDS was firstly reported by US scientists.2 TheHIV/AIDS pandemic has spread to every country of theworldwith over 84 million infections and more than 40 million deaths since the start of the epidemic.3 According to Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS(UNAIDS),there are 38.4 million people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA)in 2021.4 In order to realize the Ending AIDS Plan by 2030,the UNAIDS made the intermediate target of less than 500,000 new HIV infections and 500,000 AIDS-related deaths in 2020.5 In the 2021 United Nations(UN)75th General Assembly,the General Secretary reported that the 2020 target of Ending AIDS Plan was not reached,6 with 1.7 million HIV infections and 690,000 AIDS-related deaths in 2019.7 In order to bring the Ending AIDS Plan back on track,UNAIDS setup a higher goal of“95-95-95,”meaning the percentage for all PLWHA who know their HIV status.

Since the start of the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in January 2020,the pandemic has been raging on for 3 years,with a devastating impact on human health,resulting globally in 663,248,631 confirmed infections and 6,709,387 confirmed deaths as of January 19,2023.1 Facing this remarkably fast developing pandemic with limited knowledge on many aspects of the disease,including transmission,effective infection control,morbidity and treatment,researchers and practitioners worldwide have switched their focus to COVID-19–related research and *** to incomplete statistics,more than 330,000 COVID-19–related publications have been indexed in PubMed by January 19,2023,2 which carried out comprehensive and multifaceted studies on *** research findings have played a key role in controlling the spread of COVID-19,treating severe and/or critical cases,and reducing the morbidity and mortality.

It has been more than 80 years since penicillin was applied for the treatment of human bacterial *** this period,new antibiotics have been discovered and applied ***,in order to copewith the threat of antibiotics,bacteria have also evolved by accumulating adaptive mutations or acquiring and spreading drug resistance ***,the global high rate of drug resistance,1 multiple drug resistance2 and even the emergence of“super bugs”3 have posed new challenges to the treatment of bacterial infections.

2018年采用样线法对云南古林箐自然保护区鸟类多样性进行一年四季的实地调查,共记录鸟类10目45科170种,包括国家Ⅱ级重点保护鸟类10种。按居留型划分:留鸟142种(83.53%),夏候鸟10种(5.88%),冬候鸟和旅鸟各9种(5.29%)。保护区繁殖鸟(留鸟和夏候鸟)152种,东洋界鸟类134种,广布种18种,无古北界鸟类。东洋界鸟类中,华南、华中和西南区共有的鸟类54种,华南区和西南区共有的鸟类35种,华南区鸟类28种,西南区鸟类8种,无华中区独有成分,反映出古林箐是华南、华中和西南区区系交错地带,并由华南区向西南区过渡的特点。保护区3种生境中,阔叶林的鸟类丰富度(129)和多样性指数均最高(H′=5.829),表明在古林箐保护区内应优先保护阔叶林。季节变化中,鸟类丰富度由大到小依次为:秋季(108)、春季(103)、冬季(91)、夏季(88),冬季鸟类密度最高。

As 3D printing technology continues to mature, customer demand for 3D printing tends to be more personalized, and cloud manufacturing models innovate and expand 3D printing product and service transaction methods. At present, the research on the pricing of 3D printing services on cloud platforms is relatively lacking. Based on the theory of reverse auction, this paper takes into account the price transparency brought by the network environment, fierce competition in parallel markets, and personalized and diversified customer needs, and introduces service demand-side personalized sensitivity and price sensitivity are modeled, and the transaction is regarded as a game process between the two parties based on the reverse auction model, and reasonable pricing is given to ensure the successful completion of the transaction order.
