主 题:Antibiotic resistance treatment
摘 要:It has been more than 80 years since penicillin was applied for the treatment of human bacterial infections.During this period, new antibiotics have been discovered and applied continuously. However,in order to copewith the threat of antibiotics, bacteria have also evolved by accumulating adaptive mutations or acquiring and spreading drug resistance genes.Today, the global high rate of drug resistance,1 multiple drug resistance2 and even the emergence of“super bugs3 have posed new challenges to the treatment of bacterial infections.
