The conformal array can make full use of the aperture,save space,meet the requirements of aerodynamics,and is sensitive to polarization *** has broad application prospects in military,aerospace,and communication *** joint polarization and direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation based on the conformal array and the theoretical analysis of its parameter estimation performance are the key factors to promote the engineering application of the conformal *** solve these problems,this paper establishes the wave field signal model of the conformal ***,for the case of a single target,the cost function of the maximum likelihood(ML)estimator is rewritten with Rayleigh quotient from a problem of maximizing the ratio of quadratic forms into those of minimizing quadratic *** this basis,rapid parameter estimation is achieved with the idea of manifold separation technology(MST).Compared with the modified variable projection(MVP)algorithm,it reduces the computational complexity and improves the parameter estimation ***,the MST is used to solve the partial derivative of the steering ***,the theoretical performance of ML,the multiple signal classification(MUSIC)estimator and Cramer-Rao bound(CRB)based on the conformal array are derived respectively,which provides theoretical foundation for the engineering application of the conformal ***,the simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Gastric ulcer is a global health concern nowadays. Adinandra nitida, known as Shibi tea, is a flavonoidrich plant found in South China. A. nitida possesses many healthy properties, such as antioxidation and reducing blood pressure. However, its effects on gastric ulcer have not been investigated. This study aimed to investigate the effects of the Shibi tea water extract(STE) and its main flavonoid camellianin A(CA) in hydrochloric acid(HCl) and ethanol(Et OH)-induced acute gastric ulcer in mice. Administration of CA and STE for continuous two days after stimulation by HCl/Et OH significantly attenuated the deterioration of gastric mucosal damage by lowering the gross gastric mucosal index, histopathological injury index, the oxidative stress, the expression of the inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6, and the expression of inflammatory mediators i NOS and COX-2. Western blotting and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that CA and STE regulated the inflammatory signaling pathway protein levels of IκB-α and NF-κB. Taken together, our study verified that CA and STE have antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects in gastric ulcer mice. We propose that A. nitida should be developed as natural functional food for acute gastric ulcer patients base on the gastroprotective effects of STE and its main flavonoid CA.

Objective:In this study,black tea and Citrus maxima(BT-CM),yellow tea and ***(YT-CM),green tea and ***(GT-CM)as subjects,the active ingredient content and antioxidant activity of three tea and ***(T-CM)were *** effects of three T-CMs on apoptosis of liver cells in vitro and its mechanism were further ***:National standard method and HPLC were used for active ingredient ***,cell fow cytometry and Western blot were used to analyze the effects of three T-CMs on cell proliferation,apoptosis,and its underlying molecular ***:The content of tea polyphenols,free amino acids,ratio of polyphenols and amino acids,ester catechins,non-ester catechins and caffeine in YT-CM and GT-CM was significantly higher than that of *** in vitro antioxidant capacity of YT-CM and GT-CM was also significantly stronger than that of *** T-CMs had the effects of inhibiting proliferation,arresting cell cycle and inducing apoptosis in HepG2 and Bel7402 cells,especially YT-CM and *** blot analysis showed three T-CMs activated PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and regulated the expression levels of apoptosis-related proteins Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase-3/***-CM and GT-CM had better ability to change the signal pathway than ***:In short,T-CMs,which combined different degrees of fermentation tea with ***,were rich in nutrients and biologically active substances.T-CMs,especially YT-CM and GT-CM,are healthy drinks that help to prevent and treat liver cancer.

Regional Climate Damage Quantification and Its Impacts on Future Emission Pathways Using the RICE Model

This study quantified the regional damages resulting from temperature and sea level changes using the Regional Integrated of Climate and Economy(RICE)model,as well as the effects of enabling and disabling the climate impact module on future emission *** highlight varied damages depending on regional economic development and ***,China and Africa could suffer the most serious comprehensive damages caused by temperature change and sea level rise,followed by India,other developing Asian countries(OthAsia),and other high-income countries(OHI).The comprehensive damage fractions for China and Africa are projected to be 15.1%and 12.5%of gross domestic product(GDP)in 2195,with corresponding cumulative damages of 124.0 trillion and 87.3 trillion United States dollars(USD)from 2005 to 2195,***,the comprehensive damage fractions in Japan,Eurasia,and Russia are smaller and projected to be lower than 5.6%of GDP in 2195,with cumulative damages of 6.8 trillion,4.2 trillion,and 3.3 trillion USD,***,coastal regions like Africa,the European Union(EU),and OHI show comparable damages for sea level rise and temperature *** China,however,sea level-induced damages are projected to exceed those from temperature ***,this study indicates that switching the damage modules on or off affects the regional and global emission trajectories,but the magnitude is relatively *** 2195,global emissions under the experiments with all of the damage modules switched off,only the sea level damage module switched on,and only the temperature damage module switched on,were 3.5%,2.3%and 1.2%higher than those with all of the damage modules switched on,respectively.

[目的]旨在探究三体船连接桥落体砰击载荷分布规律。[方法]基于OpenFOAM开源软件以及连续性方程和N-S方程,建立三体船连接桥自由落体入水砰击数值模型,模拟三体船连接桥自由落体入水砰击过程中的速度、砰击压力以及自由液面动态变化,开展网格收敛性分析,验证数值计算方法的正确性,并将数值解与实验值进行对比。[结果]结果显示,所提模型能够有效预报三体船连接桥结构的落体砰击载荷,靠近外折角点的连接桥砰击压力系数最大,得到了连接桥下表面砰击压力峰值及砰击压力系数与速度的关系。[结论]研究给出的三体船连接桥入水砰击压力特性和范围可为三体船结构强度评估与结构设计提供数值基础。

高频动载轴承内油膜压力特性

传统油膜压力特性研究大多忽略油膜的可压缩性以及轴颈惯性力对油膜压力的影响,但在高频动载荷或瞬态冲击载荷作用下,油膜压力随时间变化剧烈,而油膜密度、粘度等状态参数又是关于压力的函数,油膜不可压缩性假设不再适用。另外,轴颈本... 详细信息

传统油膜压力特性研究大多忽略油膜的可压缩性以及轴颈惯性力对油膜压力的影响,但在高频动载荷或瞬态冲击载荷作用下,油膜压力随时间变化剧烈,而油膜密度、粘度等状态参数又是关于压力的函数,油膜不可压缩性假设不再适用。另外,轴颈本身具有很高的加速度,因轴颈高速运动而产生的惯性力也不能被忽略。因此,同时将可压缩性以及轴颈惯性力引入到油膜压力的数值计算,可使计算结果更符合实际物理现象。建立考虑轴颈惯性力的力平衡方程以及考虑油膜可压缩性的雷诺方程,计算轴承在瞬态冲击载荷如矩形脉冲、三角形脉冲以及正弦周期性载荷作用下的油膜压力特性,分析数值计算结果,研究外载荷幅值、脉宽以及相对间隙对油膜压力特性的影响,研究发现,相对间隙越大,轴颈惯性作用越不能被忽略;油膜压力衰减速度并不随外载荷幅值单调变化,外载荷幅值极小或外载荷幅值极大,量纲一油膜压力衰减速度均较快;脉宽变化对量纲一油膜压力衰减速度影响不大。在考虑可压缩性以及轴颈惯性力情况下,油膜压力时历曲线上会出现拍振现象。

三维频域格林函数的高效率计算方法
