为评价AISIH13工具钢氮氧化处理的氧化层效果和有效改善耐蚀性，本研究使用了3种不同的氮化表面处理，即氮氧化过程为：①（用空气）氮氧化过程；②（用蒸汽）或一般气体氮化。AISIH13工具钢不同氮化处理后，评价其显微组织作用和电镜微观组织耐蚀性，试验结果表明，氧化层可防止和改善AISIH13工具钢的铝腐蚀，进行了显微硬度、腐蚀试验和SEMi显微组织评价。处理过程①中，腐蚀试验2h和4h氮氧化能产生一定厚度的复杂氧化层，具有较高的硬度（HV!021．9），可视失重（0．16％）。这个过程可有效减少A380合金腐蚀试验时Al—Fe—si化合物的比率。

在此研究中，准备了经过不同氧化处理用于试验的H13工具钢，以研究氧化温度和保温时间的影响。为了提高耐侵蚀和抗腐蚀性，本研究分别在氧化温度560℃、580℃和600℃，保温时间1h,2h和3h条件下进行了测试。试验结果表明：当氧化温度为600℃、保温时间为3h时是最佳工艺操作参数，氧化层平均厚度为9．2μm，说明氧化层（Fe3O4）能保护和提高H13钢的铝侵蚀。在A380合金溶解侵蚀试验过程中，证明了经过氧化工艺处理的试样能有效减少Al—Fe—Si化合物比。除此之外，结果表明：氧化层能提高极化电阻，并且快速产生钝化层，提高耐腐蚀能力。

本论文提出了一种基于合法信道的实时变化准确预测窃听者信道强度，从而增强通信安全性的创新方法。利用长短时记忆（LSTM）神经网络，训练一个模型来预测信道的实时振幅。通过网络中已知非授权用户的位置信息以及授权用户的信道信息来建立一个LSTM模型，并利用该模型来预测非授权用户的信道强度。实验证明，这种方法可以准确预测窃听信道的强度，从而防止非授权用户获取通信活动信息，提升了通信安全性。

This study presents novel findings on the potential of phloretin， an apple polyphenol， to enhance the effectiveness of anti-HER2 antibody therapy in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. Our research reveals that phloretin inhibits type II glucose transporter (GLUT2) activity， significantly reducing cancer cell glucose uptake. We confirmed the overexpression of GLUT1 and GLUT2 mRNA in paired human breast tumor tissues， with GLUT2 overexpression associated explicitly with poorer survival rates in breast cancer patients. Treatment with phloretin was observed to increase the interaction between GLUT2 and HER2 proteins， attenuate glycolysis， and enhance the binding affinity of anti-HER2 antibody drugs to target human breast cancer cells. Furthermore， the efficacy of the combination therapy involving phloretin and antibody drugs was reaffirmed in a cell-derived xenograft (CDX) tumor animal model， particularly in suppressing the growth of Trastuzumab-resistant HER2+ breast cancer. These significant findings suggest that targeting GLUT2 activity with phloretin in combination with anti-HER2 antibody drugs may help mitigate the development of drug-resistant breast cancer， offering valuable insights for enhancing tumor treatment strategies and contributing to developing more effective therapies.

针对物理层人工噪声安全传输系统,提出了一种基于信息纬度的破解方法。在无线通信网络中,人工噪声(AN,Artificial Noise)被广泛用于增强物理层系统的安全性。尽管已有大量研究探讨使用人工噪声实现安全传输,然而现有方法多从通信信息论的角度考虑安全性,且不考虑接收误比特率。本文提出的方法从信息比特层面出发,结合加解密思想,针对给定的接收误比特率和发送信息比特长度,提出了一种破译方法。通过理论分析和仿真实验,本文证明了该方法在破译复杂度上具有一定优势。

Single-incision laparoscopic surgery(SILS),or laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,was launched to minimize incisional traumatic effects in the *** SILS,such as cholecystectomies,have been gaining in popularity over the past few *** application in complicated hepatopancreatobiliary(HPB)surgeries,however,has made slow progress due to instrumental and technical limitations,costs,and safety *** minimally invasive abdominal surgery is pushing the boundaries,advanced laparoscopic HPB surgeries have been shown to be comparable to open operations in terms of patient and oncologic safety,including hepatectomies,distal pancreatectomies(DP),and pancreaticoduodenectomies(PD).In contrast,advanced SILS for HPB malignancy has only been reported in a few small case *** of the procedures involved minor liver resections and DP;major hepatectomies were rarely *** laparoscopic PD has not yet been *** herein review the published SILS for HPB cancer in the literature and our three-year experience focusing on the technical aspects.

BACKGROUND Cognitive impairment(CI)is common in patients with heart failure(HF),but the association between CI and biomarkers related to HF or cognitive decline in patients with HF remains *** This prospective observational study investigated the incidence of CI,subsequent cognitive changes,and the asso-ciation between CI and novel biomarkers in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction1621.1 pg/mL was significantly associated with CI(area under the curve=0.64;P=0.003).An increase in GDF-15 per 1000 units was associated with an increased risk of the primary endpoint(hazard ratio=1.42;95%confidence interval:1.17-1.73;P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS In patients with HF with CI,cognitive function,depression,and quality of life measures improved at the 3-month and 1-year ***-15 predicted CI with moderate discrimination capacity and was associated with worse HF out-comes.
