AIM: To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic colonic anastomosis using a degradable stent in a porcine ***: Twenty Bama mini-pigs were randomly assigned to a stent group(n = 10) and control group(hand-sewn anastomosis, n = 10). The anastomotic completion and operation times were recorded, along with histological examination, postoperative general condition, complications, mortality, bursting pressure, and the average anastomotic circumference(AC).RESULTS: All pigs survived postoperatively except for one in the stent group that died from ileus at 11 wk postoperatively. The operation and anastomotic completion times of the stent group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P = 0.004 and P = 0.001, respectively). There were no significant differences in bursting pressure between the groups(P = 0.751). No obvious difference was found between the AC and normal circumference in the stent group, but AC was significantly less than normal circumferencein the control group(P = 0.047, P < 0.05). No intestinal leakage and luminal stenosis occurred in the stent group. Histological examination revealed that the stent group presented with lower general inflammation and better ***: Laparoscopic colonic anastomosis with a degradable stent is a simple, rapid, and safe procedure in this porcine model.

In order to study the site effect of loess stepped slope under the train loading condition, the field test was carried out on the stepped slope of a specific embankment section of Tongwei-Qin'an line which belongs to Baoji-Lanzhou special passenger line. Based on the time and frequency domain analysis of the measured vibration signals, the site effect of loess stepped slope and the train speed impacts on the site vibration are studied. Based on the Hilbert-Huang transform, the vibration of train, track and the movement state of the train are analyzed. Based on the field investigation, three different types of slope models are established by using finite element software, and the dynamic response of different types of slope site under the train load is analyzed. The results show that the peak acceleration tends to attenuate with the increase of the distance from the track center, but there is an obvious vibration rebound at the fourth terrace. The vibration frequency of each test point is mainly concentrated in 5-90 Hz, and the spectrum characteristics of each test point are obviously different. With the increase of distance from the track center, the main vibration frequency moves from high frequency to low frequency. The peak acceleration and vibration acceleration levels at each terrace are not only controlled by train speed, but also affected by topographic and geomorphological characteristics. The acceleration nephograms of three different slopes at the same time are different. Besides, the difference between vibration acceleration peak value and displacement peak value at three slopes in the horizontal direction is very large, but the difference in the vertical direction is small. © 2020, Science Press. The biodistribution of 125I-BMIPP and the variation of myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP using themetabolic intervention drug were reported. Myocardial uptake of the 125I-BMIPP in rats showed a peak of 5.70ID%/gat 2 min. The ratios of myocardium to blood, to liver and to lung at 30 min were 3.40, 2.64 and 2.88 respectively. Theinitial elimination half time of 4.0 min in rabbits was in accordance with the half elimination time of free fatty acidfrom blood. Myocardial uptake of 125I-BMIPP in the group of glucose-insulin was significantly increased (p＜0.05)than those of the normal control. In vivo and in vitro binding test for 125I-BMIPP to HSA showed a rather constantlevel of activation up to 2 h. Partition coefficients (lgP) were 1.93 and 1.68, respectively.

新冠肺炎疫情的发生暴露了我国野生动物保护立法在禁止食用野生动物源头制度设计上的不足,引发了社会舆论对“全面禁止食用野生动物”的强烈呼吁。审视我国《野生动物保护法》,立法目的理念中并没有体现保障公众健康的内容;对捕食野生动物没有采取完全禁止的态度,而是根据野生动物的珍稀、濒危程度,生态、科学、社会价值,以及是否为人工繁育等多重标准,分别采取了禁止食用、限制食用、特别许可、支持利用等不同的措施,存在失之过宽的问题;野生动物保护范围不周延,一些可能引发疫病传播的野生动物没有纳入保护范围。回应社会关切,对立法中存在的问题进行理性分析,应当尽快修改《野生动物保护法》,矫正立法目的理念,体现对公众健康安全的保障;扩大野生动物的保护范围,并制定相应的管制规范;实现相关立法的衔接,建立以“全面禁止食用为原则,分类限制禁止食用为补充”的野生动物风险防范制度。从源头上防范野生动物病毒传播引发重大公共卫生风险,实现保护野生动物与保障公众健康安全的有机统一。

Quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) enables the sender to directly transmit secure messages to the receiver via a quantum channel without the need for ***-independent (DI) and measurement-device-independent (MDI) QSDC protocols theoretically enhance the practical security of ***,DI QSDC requires extremely high global detection efficiency and has a limited secure communication *** DI and MDI QSDC protocols depend on high-quality *** entanglement sources,which generate entangled photon pairs with low efficiency,significantly reduce their practical communication *** this paper,we propose a single-photon-based receiver-device-independent (RDI) QSDC *** protocol relies solely on the practical single-photon source,which is nearly on-demand with current technology,and treats all receiving devices on both ends of the communication as“black boxes”.The security of the message is ensured only through the observed *** also develop a numerical method to simulate the protocol’s performance under practical noisy communication *** RDI QSDC protocol provides the same security level as MDI *** to DI and MDI QSDC,RDI QSDC has several ***,it uses single-photon sources and single-photon measurements,which allow it to achieve practical communication efficiency approximately 3415 times greater than that of DI QSDC,while being easier to *** entire protocol is feasible with current ***,it offers higher robustness to photon loss and better noise tolerance than DI QSDC,enabling a secure communication distance approximately 26 times greater than that of DI *** on these advantages,the RDI QSDC protocol presents a promising approach for achieving highly secure and efficient QSDC in the near future.

"河长制"是党政负责人主导下的流域协同治理制度,是基于科层制环境管理体制之不足而创设的水环境治理制度,具有明显的问题应对特征。"河长制"的规范建构应当从法律系统和政治系统的双重视角加以考量。党政负责人主导、相关职能部门协同配合、层级管理、目标责任与相应的工作保障机制共同构成了制度的主要内容。"河长制"在当下的流域水环境治理实践中发挥了积极作用,但仍然面临权责配置边界不清、权力依赖特征明显、共治精神不足、与相关配套制度衔接不足等制度困境。对于这样一个颇具中国特色的新型水环境治理制度,应当坚持一切从实际出发、理论联系实践的辩证法观点,肯定其在当下中国水环境治理中的正向作用,同时通过相关环境政策和环境法律的衔接、多元共治精神的引入,实现"河长"职责的明晰化,建立党政主导与多元合作治理的协同、内外部监督制约机制的协同,为这一制度注入更多的法治品质,消解其逻辑悖论。
