FeGa thin film has been deposited on（100）-oriented GaAs and（001）-oriented Si substrates with different film thicknesses and laser energy densities at room temperature by pulsed laser deposition *** structure and static magnetic of FeGa film have great changes depending on the substrate and energy density of pulsed laser.X-ray diffraction reveals the presence of first-order order–disorder structure ofgrain phase and disordered bcc A2 structure on GaAs *** coercivity and remanence of FeGa film on GaAs substrate ratio show a regular dependence on the thickness and energy ***,film on Si substrate did not exhibit structure change,which can be attributed to a large lattice mismatch between FeGa and Si.

System logs, serving as a pivotal data source for performance monitoring and anomaly detection, play an indispensable role in assuring service stability and reliability. Despite this, the majority of existing log-based anomaly detection methodologies predominantly depend on the sequence or quantity attributes of logs, utilizing solely a single Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and its variant sequence models for detection. These approaches have not thoroughly exploited the semantic information embedded in logs, exhibit limited adaptability to novel logs, and a single model struggles to fully unearth the potential features within the log sequence. Addressing these challenges, this article proposes a hybrid architecture based on a multiscale convolutional neural network, efficient channel attention and mogrifier gated recurrent unit networks (LogCEM), which amalgamates multiple neural network technologies. Capitalizing on the superior performance of robustly optimized BERT approach (RoBERTa) in the realm of natural language processing, we employ RoBERTa to extract the original word vectors from each word in the log template. In conjunction with the enhanced Smooth Inverse Frequency (SIF) algorithm, we generate more precise log sentence vectors, thereby achieving an in-depth representation of log semantics. Subsequently, these log vector sequences are fed into a hybrid neural network, which fuses 1D Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network (MSCNN), Efficient Channel Attention Mechanism (ECA), and Mogrifier Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). This amalgamation enables the model to concurrently capture the local and global dependencies of the log sequence and autonomously learn the significance of different log sequences, thereby markedly enhancing the efficacy of log anomaly detection. 白垩纪是新特提斯洋演化和青藏高原不同板块汇聚的关键时期,详细的地层框架和古地理格局是开展新特提斯洋演化和青藏高原形成研究的基础.本文对青藏高原及周边白垩纪地层、古生物、古地理和重大地质事件开展了系统分析,以建立综合地层框架,恢复不同时期的古地理格局,探讨重大地质事件的响应和耦合关系.青藏高原及其周边白垩纪地层以海相为主,发育少量海陆交互相和陆相沉积.印度-雅鲁藏布江缝合带发育以蛇绿岩套和含放射虫硅质岩为主的深海沉积,其南侧的特提斯喜马拉雅、印度河盆地等发育浅海至半深海-深海沉积,北侧的日喀则-拉达克弧前盆地发育浅海-半深海相沉积,拉萨地块、喀喇昆仑-塔里木盆地西部和西缅地块等发育浅海、海陆过渡相和陆相沉积,羌塘盆地等其余地区则以陆相沉积为主.青藏高原及其邻区白垩纪地层分布广泛,类型多样,富含有孔虫、钙质超微、放射虫、菊石、双壳类和孢粉等多门类化石;基于岩石地层、生物地层、同位素年代地层和稳定同位素地层等多重地层划分与对比,建立了不同分区地层的划分与对比关系,提出了新的东特提斯区白垩纪综合地层框架.划分了白垩纪新特提斯洋东段及周边不同地理分区的生物群落,阐明了其时空分布特征,恢复了不同时期的生物古地理面貌.青藏高原及周边白垩纪古地理演化可划分为3个阶段:(1)印度板块与澳大利亚-南极洲大陆逐步裂解、拉萨-羌塘地块早期碰撞阶段(145~125Ma);(2)印度板块向北漂移和拉萨-羌塘地块晚期碰撞阶段(125~100Ma);(3)印度板块快速向北漂移、塔里木-喀喇昆仑海湾形成和冈底斯山早期隆升阶段(100~66Ma).白垩纪中期(100Ma左右),印度-特提斯喜马拉雅生物区系经历了冈瓦纳大陆冷水型向特提斯暖水型的转变,海洋生物的多样性达到全盛;白垩纪末期,海洋生物急剧衰退.伴随着印度板块向北漂移和新特提斯洋的演化,新特提斯洋发生了大火成岩省、大洋缺氧、白垩纪大洋红层,以及生物辐射与灭绝等一系重大地质事件.

采用室内混合箱研究稳定分层流(上层淡水、下层盐水)无剪切密度界面处的湍流混合与分形结构.湍流通过浸没在盐水层中的振动格栅产生,密度界面结构通过在盐水层中添加荧光剂或染料可视化,共进行12组实验.实验观测并记录了:(1)淡、盐水密度界面距混合箱底部的平均高程(h);(2)淡、盐水层的密度(ρ0,ρ),(3)淡、盐水密度界面.其中,淡、盐水密度界面通过照片、录像进行记录.观测结果用于计算:(1)盐水层密度;(2)卷挟速度,(3)整体理查孙数(Rio),(4)二维、三维密度界面,(5)二维、三维密度界面的分形维度.结果分析发现:(1)湍流卷挟率随Rio增大而减小,并且满足Rio的-3/2或-7/4幂律;表明随着湍流强度的减弱,混合的速度也越来越缓慢;(2)二维密度界面分形维度大于1,三维密度界面分形维度大于2;表明二维、三维密度界面存在分形结构;(3)分形维度随Rio的增大而减小;表明随着湍流强度的减弱,密度界面也越来越趋于光滑.

The improvement of adhesion strength and durability of plated contacts is required for cell manufacturers to gain confidence for large-scale manufacturing. To overcome weak adhesion at the metal/Si interface, new approaches were developed. These involve the formation of laser-ablated anchor points, or grooves in the extreme case of overlapping anchor points, in the heavily doped silicon surface. When plated, these features greatly strengthen the mechanical adhesion strength of the metal. A stylus-based adhesion tester was developed specifically for evaluating the effectiveness of plated contacts to smooth silicon surfaces. The use of such a tester was also extended in this work to textured and roughened surfaces to allow evaluation of different metal contacting approaches. The adhesion strengths for various metal contacting schemes were evaluated, including screenprinted silver contacts, nickel/copper （Ni/Cu） light- induced plated （LIP） contacts for laser-doped selective emitter （LDSE） ceils, buried-contact solar cells （BCSCs）, and Ni/Cu LIP contacts formed with laser-ablated anchoring points in selective emitter （LAASE） cells. The latter has superior adhesion strength. The standard ＂peel test＂ of the industry was compared to the stylus-based adhesion testing, with the latter shown value for testing metal contacts on smooth surfaces but with caution needed for use with textured or roughened surfaces.

Ni-Cr and Fe-Cr-Al films deposited on the Al2O3 substrate are studied by a method of vacuum evaporation in this paper. Influence of resistance value on density and evaporation parameters of the films reveals that the resistance of films and the adhesion of films to substrates are determined by the evaporation time and the substrate temperate under the condition of the maximum vacuity of 6.2×10-4 Pa, respectively.

Agent-based models (ABMs) are capable of constructing individual system components at different levels of representation to describe non-linear relationships between those components. Compared to a traditional mathematical modeling approach, agent-based models have an inherent spatial component with which they can easily describe local interactions and environmental heterogeneity. Furthermore, agent-based model maps interactions among agents inherently to the biological phenomenon by embedding the stochastic nature and dynamics transitions, thereby demonstrating suitability for the development of complex biological processes. Recently, an abundance of literature has presented application of agent-based modeling in the biological system. This review focuses on application of agent-based modeling to progression in simulation of infectious disease in the human immune system and discusses advantages and disadvantages of agent-based modeling application. Finally, potential implementation of agent-based modeling in relation to infectious disease modeling in future research is explored.
