Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants among monocotyledonous species and is grown extensively in subtropical *** bamboo has high economic value and produces much biomass quickly,gene functional research is hindered by the low efficiency of genetic transformation in this *** therefore explored the potential of a bamboo mosaic virus(BaMV)-mediated expression system to investigate genotype-phenotype *** determined that the sites between the triple gene block proteins(TGBps)and the coat protein(CP)of BaMV are the most efficient insertion sites for the expression of exogenous genes in both monopodial and sympodial bamboo ***,we validated this system by individually overexpressing the two endogenous genes ACE1 and DEC1,which resulted in the promotion and suppression of intemode elongation,*** particular,this system was able to drive the expression of three 2A-linked betalain biosynthesis genes(more than 4 kb in length)to produce betalain,indicating that it has high cargo capacity and may provide the prerequisite basis for the development of a DNA-free bamboo genome editing platform in the *** BaMV can infect multiple bamboo species,we anticipate that the system described in this study will greatly contribute to gene function research and further promote the molecular breeding of bamboo.

2017年秋季,对湖北省农科院经济作物研究所的7对家蚕新组合进行了实验室鉴定。7对家蚕新组合均发育整齐、上蔟齐涌,全茧量、茧层量、茧层率、万头蚕茧层量性状指标超过对照品种,其茧丝质优良,综合经济性状以菁9×镇J2品种表现突出。

Structural-functional unit ordering for high-performance electron-correlated materials

Electron-correlated materials have been drawing ever-increasing attention due to their fascinating physical behaviors and extensive application *** this review,a new method for material research and design(R&D),named structural-functional unit ordering(SFU ordering),which is presented,overcomes the shortcomings—for example,the limitation of finite chemical elements and long R&D circle-of conventional strategy and thus provides guidance for the design of these high-performance functional materials on ***,with the development of material characterization technologies,SFUs of different scales and types can be directly observed,which,moreover,regulate the corresponding *** review,starts with an introduction of the profile for SFU ordering and the synergistic effect between ***,studies on several new high-performance electronic-correlated materials,for example,a ferromagnetic semiconductor with local spin,ferromagnetic metals with spin topologies,ferroelectric thin films with polar topologies,piezoelectric thin films with nanopillars enclosed by charged boundaries,thermoelectric materials with local ferromagnetic nanoparticles and topotactic phase transformation with conducting nanofilaments are stated in detail one by *** vital aspect is the breaking of local symmetry,the construction,the structure,of SFUs and their orderings existing or theoretically existing,together with the enhanced/new *** in all,the main comments of the review tend to the remaining challenges,promising design approaches for the SFUs,and their orderings for high-performance functional materials.

Construction of pETNF-P16 plasmid and its expression properties in EC9706 cell line induced by X-ray irradiation

AIM: Recombined plasmid pETNF-P16 was constructed to investigate its expression properties in esophageal squamous carcinoma cell line EC9706 induced by X-ray irradiation and the feasibility of gene-radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma. METHODS: Recombined plasmid pETNF-P16 was constructed and transfected into EC9706 cells with lipofectamine. ELISA,Western blot, and immunocytochemistry were performedto determine the expression properties of pETNF-P16 in EC9706 after transfection induced by X-ray irradiation. RESULTS: Eukaryotic expression vector pETNF-P16 was successfully constructed and transfected into EC9706 cells. TNFα expressions were significantly increased in the transfected cells after different doses of X-ray irradiation than in those after 0Gy irradiation (1 192.330-2 026.518 pg/mL,P<0.05-0.01), and the TNFα expressions and P16 were significantly higher 6-48 h after 2 Gy X-ray irradiation (358.963-585.571 pg/mL, P<0.05-0.001). No P16 expression was detected in normal EC9706 cells. However, there was strong expression in the transfected and irradiation groups. CONCLUSION: X-ray irradiation induction could significantly enhance TNFα and P16 expression in EC9706 cells transfected with pETNF-P16 plasmid. These results may provide important experimental data and therapeutic potential for gene-radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma.

Western blot, quantitative RT-PCR and flow cytometry were performed to study the expression of pEgr-P16 in EC9706 cells and the biological characteristics of EC9706 cell line after transfection induced by ionizing ***: The eukaryotic expression vector pEgr-P16 was successfully constructed and transfected into EC9706 *** expression of P16 was significantly increased in the transfected cells after irradiation while the transfected cells were not induced by ionizing irradiation. The induction of apoptosis in transfection plus irradiation group was higher than that in plasmid alone or irradiation ***: The combination of pEgr-P16 and irradiation could significantly enhance the P16 expression property and markedly induce apoptosis in EC9706 cells. These results may lay an important experimental basis for gene radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma.

中基性岩墙群的形成及产出对研究区域大地构造背景和岩浆演化过程具有重要的地质意义.对西准噶尔地区的夏尔蒲中基性岩墙群和小西湖中基性岩墙群中样品（共18件）进行了岩石学、锆石U-Pb年代学、岩石地球化学和同位素地球化学等方面的研究.结果显示,夏尔蒲和小西湖岩墙群岩石类型以闪长玢岩为主,含少量辉绿岩.LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb年代学表明夏尔蒲岩墙群的侵位年龄为308.6±5.5Ma.岩石均具有高Mg^#（〉40）、MgO（〉3%）、Al2O3（〉16%）;全岩A/CNK值多在0.9左右,A/NK〉2,属准铝质岩石;岩石整体属钙碱性玄武岩/安山岩系列.岩石具有较低的稀土总量（多在40×10^-6-60×10^-6）,具轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损及Eu正异常等特征（（La/Yb）N为3.03-11.32,δEu=1.00-1.20）;明显富集大离子亲石元素K、Rb、Ba、Sr,亏损高场强元素Nb、Ta、Ti、Th,呈现了俯冲消减带岩石的地球化学特征.同时,岩石具有较高的Sr（均大于500×10^-6）、较低的Y（大多小于10×10^-6）和Yb（多在1×10^-6左右）含量,较高的Sr/Y比值（36-95）,大多数样品具有富镁埃达克质岩石的组成特征.岩石具有亏损的Sr-Nd同位素组成（（^87Sr/^86Sr）i=0.703 58-0.703 80,εNd（t）=5.76-6.34）.元素及同位素地球化学资料表明岩浆源区中既有亏损地幔组分的参与,又有俯冲消减作用的印迹.结合区域地质特征及前人研究成果,结果表明晚石炭世时西准噶尔地区已进入后碰撞阶段.由于俯冲残留大洋板片部分熔融,产生的熔体在与亏损地幔一定程度相互作用后,经单斜辉石的分离结晶而形成了夏尔蒲和小西湖岩墙群中富镁埃达克质岩石;而来源于亏损地幔的岩浆同样经单斜辉石的分离结晶后,形成了夏尔蒲岩墙群中的辉绿岩和小西湖岩墙群中的角闪闪长玢岩.大规模中基性岩墙群的产出则进一步表明晚石炭世时西准噶尔地区处于后碰撞的伸展拉张构造背景之下。

目的了解下肢骨搬运术后患者居家康复的真实体验,为规范患者的康复管理提供参考。方法于2021年2-7月,采用目的抽样法选取广东省某三级甲等医院创伤骨科行常规随访治疗的15名下肢骨搬运术后患者为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈,访谈资料根据Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果下肢骨搬运术后患者的居家康复体验可归纳为5个主题:身体发生变化、生活受到影响、自我管理不当、心理负担较大、努力应对挑战。结论下肢骨搬运术后患者的居家康复体验较为复杂,医护人员应根据患者的不同需求提供针对性支持,增强其自我管理能力,促进康复进程,提高生活质量。
