An Industrial Intrusion Detection Method Based on Hybrid Convolutional Neural Netw.rks w.th Improved TCN

Netw.rk intrusion detection systems(NIDS)based on deep learning have continued to make significant ***,the follow.ng challenges remain:on the one hand,simply applying only Temporal Convolutional Netw.rks(TCNs)can lead to models that ignore the impact of netw.rk traffic features at different scales on the detection *** the other hand,some intrusion detection methods considermulti-scale information of traffic data,but considering only forw.rd netw.rk traffic information can lead to deficiencies in capturing multi-scale temporal *** address both of these issues,w. propose a hybrid Convolutional Neural Netw.rk that supports a multi-output strategy(BONUS)for industrial internet intrusion ***,w. create a multiscale Temporal Convolutional Netw.rk by stacking TCN of different scales to capture the multiscale information of netw.rk ***,w. propose a bi-directional structure and dynamically set the w.ights to fuse the forw.rd and backw.rd contextual information of netw.rk traffic at each scale to enhance the model’s performance in capturing the multi-scale temporal features of netw.rk *** addition,w. introduce a gated netw.rk for each of the tw. branches in the proposed method to assist the model in learning the feature representation of each *** experiments reveal the effectiveness of the proposed approach on tw. publicly available traffic intrusion detection datasets named UNSw.NB15 and NSL-KDD w.th F1 score of 85.03% and 99.31%,respectively,w.ich also validates the effectiveness of enhancing the model’s ability to capture multi-scale temporal features of traffic data on detection performance.

The south-w.stern Ordos Basin is rich in low.middle rank coalbed methane(CBM)resources;w.ile the geochemical characteristics and genetic mechanism of CBM are not ***,according to geological and geochemical test data from gas and coal seam w.ter from CBM w.lls in Bingchang,Jiaoxun,Huangling,Yonglong,and Longdong minging areas,w. systematically studied the geochemical characteristics,generation,and evolution mechanism of CBM in Jurassic Yan’an Formation in the south-w.stern Ordos *** results show.that the CH4 content of w.ole gas is in the range of 42.01%-94.72%.The distribution ranges of theδ^(13)C-CH_(4)value is−87.2‰to−32.5‰,indicating diverse sources of thermogenic gas and biogenic *** microbial methane is mainly generated by a CO_(2)reduction pathw.y,w.th certain methyl-type fermentation ***δ^(13)C-CH_(4)has a positive correlation w.th burial depth,indicating the obvious fractionation of *** relationship betw.en the genetic types and burial depth of the CBM reservoir indicates that the favorable depth of secondary biogenic gas is less than 660 *** Late Cretaceous Yanshanian Movement led to the uplift of the Ordos Basin,and a large amount of thermogenic gas escaped from the edge of the *** the Paleogene Period,the coal reservoir in the basin margin has received recharge from atmospheric precipitation,w.ich is favorable for the formation of secondary biogenic *** deep area,generally under 1000 m,mainly contains residual thermogenic *** intermediate transition zone is mixed *** by the tectonic background,the genetic types of CBM in different mining areas are controlled by the coupling of burial depth,coal rank,and hydrogeological *** Binchang mining area contains biogenic gas,and the development of CBM has achieved initial success,indicating that similar blocks w.th biogenic gas formation conditions is key to the efficient development of *** research results provide a scientific basis for

1 Introduction Recent advances in single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)have enabled the study of how.individual cells respond to various external perturbations such as drug stimulation at gene expression level[1].Precisely inferring perturbation responses allow. us to explore how.and w.y individual tumor cells evade cancer treatment,greatly advancing personalized medicine research and deepening our understanding of biological mechanisms[2].How.ver,considering the high costs of sequencing and the complexity of obtaining perturbed samples,utilizing computational methods to predict cellular responses to perturbations holds great potential[2].

The use of hybrid w.eat is one w.y to improve the yield in the ***,greater plant heights increase lodging risk to some *** this study,tw. hybrid combinations w.th differences in lodging resistance w.re used to analyze the stem-related traits during the filling stage,and to investigate the mechanism of the difference in lodging resistance by analyzing lignin synthesis of the basal second internode(BSI).The stem-related traits such as the breaking strength,stem pole substantial degree(SPSD),and rind penetration strength(RPS),as w.ll as the lignin content of the lodging-resistant combination(LRC),w.re significantly higher than those of the lodgingsensitive combination(LSC).The phenylpropanoid biosynthesis pathw.y w.s significantly and simultaneously enriched according to the transcriptomics and metabolomics analysis at the later filling stage.A total of 35 critical regulatory genes involved in the phenylpropanoid pathw.y w.re ***,42%of the identified genes w.re significantly and differentially expressed at the later grain-filling stage betw.en the tw. combinations,among w.ich more than 80%w.re strongly up-regulated at that stage in the LRC compared w.th *** the contrary,the LRC displayed low.r contents of lignin intermediate metabolites than the *** results suggested that the key to the lodging resistance formation of LRC is largely the higher lignin synthesis at the later grain-filling ***,breeding strategies for synergistically improving plant height and lodging resistance of hybrid w.eat w.re put forw.rd by comparing the LRC w.th the conventional w.eat applied in large areas.

Ovalbumin(OVA)is the major allergenic protein that can induce T helper 2(Th2)-allergic reactions,for w.ich current treatment options are *** this study,w. developed a polymerized hypoallergenic OVA product via laccase/caffeic acid(Lac/CA)-catalyzed crosslinking in conjunction w.th galactomannan(Man).The formation of high molecular w.ight crosslinked polymers and the Ig G-binding w.re analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and w.stern *** study indicated that Lac/CA-catalyzed crosslinking plus Man conjugation substantially altered secondary and tertiary structures of OVA along w.th the variation in surface *** digestion stability assay indicated that crosslinked OVA exhibited less resistance in simulated gastric fluid(SGF)and simulated intestinal fluid(SIF).Mouse model study indicated that Lac-Man/OVA ameliorated eosinophilic airw.y inflammatory response and efficiently dow.regulated the expression of Th2-related cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13),and upregulated IFN-γand IL-10 *** of bone marrow.derived dendritic cells w.th Lac-Man/OVA suppressed the expression of phenotypic maturation markers(CD80 and CD86)and MHC class II molecules,and suppressed the expression levels of proinflammatory *** know.edge obtained in the present study offers an effective w.y to acquire a hypoallergenic OVA product that can have a therapeutic effect in alleviating OVA-induced allergic asthma.
