This study investigated the effects of ammonia-N(control and 1 and 5 mg L^(-1)) on the changes of metabolic enzymes activities and nitrogenous compounds levels in the gills, hepatopancreas, muscles, and hemolymph of the swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus. Results showed that the levels of hemolymph ammonia increased significantly at 6 h and then decreased to control level at 12 h. The activities of key enzymes involved in biosynthesis pathways of glutamine(Gln) and urea, such as glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH), glutamine synthetase(GS), and arginase(ARG), increased remarkably in different tissues of P. trituberculatus. Gln level was the highest in muscles, while urea content was the largest in hepatopancreas. The m RNA expression level of xanthine dehydrogenase(XDH) was downregulated sharply in gills but upregulated in the hepatopancreas and muscles. A small amount of uric acid was detected in the hemolymph. This result suggests that Gln in muscles may be used as an intermediary nitrogen repository, while urea may be primarily synthesized in the hepatopancreas and then transferred to other tissues via the hemolymph. Uric acid could be synthesized by the anabolism of purine nucleotides, in additon to the inhibitory activities of gills. In addition, the levels of Gln, urea and uric acid exhibited dose-and time-dependent effects with ammonia content. Therefore, P. trituberculatus could possibly convert ammonia into Gln, urea, or uric acid to detoxify ammonia during high ambient ammonia-N stress.

Class 1 integrons are vital mobile genetic elements involved in the environmental transmission of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs).However,knowledge about the diversity and abundance of class 1 integrons and gene cassettes during drinking water treatment and distribution is still *** this study,we aimed to uncover the prevalence of class 1 integrons in the drinking water treatment and distribution systems with the combination of culture-dependent and culture-independent ***,we applied the nanopore sequencing method to characterize the diversity and arrangement of ARGs carried by class 1 integron-associated gene cassettes.A total of 42 isolates were inti-positive among the 208 strains isolated from drinking water,which tended to confer multi-drug resistance compared with intll-negative *** absolute abundance of the intl1 average i.15×10^(9) copies/L in the source water and underwent the most significant reduction of over 99.9% after liquid chiorine ***,nanopore sequencing revealed that the class 1 integron-associated gene cassettes carried 51 subtypes of ARGs in drinking water,mainly conferring resistance to aminoglycosides and *** treatment processes,especially liquid chlorine disinfection,reduced most of the ARGs carried by gene cassettes,though some of the ARG subtypes persisted along the treatment and distribution ike aac(6)-Il,aadA,and *** antibiotic resistance gene cassette array laac(6')-Ⅱ arr was most frequently detected,especially in the chlorinated *** study underlined that drinking water was potential reservoir for integron-mediated ARGs transfer,indicating that the health risks of resistance gene cassettes in class 1 integrons deserved urgent attention.

We develop the effective modification strategy based on molecular engineering of s-triazine and its derivatives to improve the photoelectric performance of all-inorganic perovskites(AIP)for the first *** surface modification strategy with cyanuric acid successfully increases the PLQY of AIP from 40.55%to 88.15%,and significantly enhances the current of the AIP film under 3 V by almost 20-fold(from4.44 m A to 81.20 m A).This work has proven the effectiveness of improving the photoelectric performances of AIP via s-triazine and its derivatives and also suggested the potential risks of reducing the photoelectric performance of AIP due to inappropriate substituents in conjugated organic ligands.

The stock enhancement programs for black sea bream Acanthopagrus schlegelii have been conducted in China for a ***,little information has been reported concerning the effectiveness and genetic effect of black sea bream stock *** order to detect the contribution of released individuals in Zhujiang River Estuary(ZRE)and Daya Bay(DB),six microsatellite markers were used to identify the hatchery-released *** addition,this pedigree of hatchery populations(broodfish and hatchery-released offspring)was traced to detect the number of effective parents(N_(e)),the inbreeding coefficient and the decrease of genetic variability in the *** pedigree reconstruction showed that at least 69(out of 93)broodfish had *** estimated N_(e) was 54.8,consequently the inbreeding coefficient was 0.91%.The genetic diversity of hatchery-released offspring was lower than that in that of broodfish(heterozygosity alleles,0.727-0.774),some alleles(number of alleles,61-69)and genetic variance were lost during *** was observed that wild samples had higher levels of genetic diversity compared with hatchery populations as well as recaptured samples in releasing area.A total of 128 hatchery-released black sea bream were identified among 487 recaptured samples in ZRE,while a total of 15 samples were identified among 96 samples in *** summary,there was a high survival of released fish.N_(e)vertheless,the results provided evidence to consider a loss of genetic variation in hatcheryreleased stock and a negative genetic effect of the stock enhancement.

A novel mechanism of the arylation of arenes via norbornene(NBE)relay palladation through meta-to para-selectivity was revealed via density functional theory(DFT)*** calculated results revealed that the reaction was initiated by a[mono-N-protected amino acid ligand(MPAA)–Pd]complex to activate at first the meta-C–H guided by the directing group(DG),and para-arylation was subsequently achieved by NBE relay palladation from meta-to ***,the palladium/norbornene(Pd/NBE)cooperative catalysis was catalyzed by a Pd–Ag bimetallic complex,which accounted for the experimental fact that no yield detected without *** reaction pathway through para-to meta-selectivity was also investigated,while this pathway was kinetically *** results revealed that the initial DG guided C–H site activation was the rate-determining step and played an important role in determining *** primary meta-activation was favorable in energy due to the less ring strain in the cyclic nitrile-coordinated C–H transition states in the meta ***,the perfect cooperation of a remote directing template and a transient mediator NBE through the alternating association with the Pd center achieved the relay through meta-to *** present results provide a reasonable insight into the para-C–H arylation by the Pd/MPAA/NBE cooperative catalysis in conjunction with a precise DG and Ag(I)additive.

Intelligence and perception are two operative technologies in 6G *** intelligent wireless network and information perception require a deep fusion of artificial intelligence(AI)and wireless communications in 6G ***,fusion is becoming a typical feature and key challenge of 6G wireless communication *** this paper,we focus on the critical issues and propose three application scenarios in 6G wireless ***,we first discuss the fusion of AI and 6G networks for the enhancement of 5G-advanced technology and future wireless communication ***,we introduce the wireless AI technology architecture with 6G multidimensional information perception,which includes the physical layer technology of multi-dimensional feature information perception,full spectrum fusion technology,and intelligent wireless resource *** discussion of key technologies for intelligent 6G wireless network networks is expected to provide a guideline for future research.

In the present study, electrical stimulation to the rat insular cortex induced apnea or respiratory disturbance, reduced amplitude of genioglossal electromyogram, and decreased electromyogram integrals. In addition, arterial blood gas analysis showed arterial blood acidosis, reduced pH values, increased alkali reserve negative values, decreased peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content, and increased 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells. Following lidocaine injection to block the habenular nucleus, abnormalities in breath, genioglossal electromyogram, and blood gas values disappeared, and peripheral blood 5-hydroxytryptamine content returned to levels prior to electric stimulation. However, 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in cerebellar Purkinje cells remained high. The results suggested that 5-hydroxytryptamine expression in Purkinje cells did not correlate with ventilation function involving insular cortex and habenular nucleus.

Broflanilide is a novel meta-diamide insecticide that acts as a y-aminobutyric acid-gated chloride channel allosteric *** its unique mode of action,broflanilide has no known cross-resistance with existing insecticides and is expected to be an effective tool for the management of insecticide *** the base-line susceptibility to this insecticide is an essential step for developing and implementing effective resistance management *** we evaluated the baseline susceptibil-ity to broflanilide for 3 cosmopolitan lepidopteran pest species,Helicoverpa armigera,Plutella xylostella,and Spodoptera *** exhibited high activity against populations sampled in the major distribution range of these pests in China,with median lethal concentrations(LCso)ranging between 0.209 and 0.684,0.076 and 0.336,and 0.075 and 0.219 mg/L for ***,P xylostella,and ***,***-population variability in susceptibility to broflanilide was moderate for ***(3.3-fold),P xylostella(4.4-fold),and ***(2.9-fold).The recommended diagnostic concentrations for ***,P xylostella,and *** were 8,4,and 2 mg/L,*** or no cross-resistance to broflanilide was detected in 3 diamide-resistant strains of P xylostella and 1 spinosyns-resistant strain of *** results provide critical information for the development of effective resistance management programs to sustain efficacy of broflanilide against these key lepidopteran pests.
