AIM:To evaluate the effect of bone morphogenetic protein-6(BMP-6)on transforming growth factor(TGF)-β_(2)-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in retinal pigment epithelium(RPE).METHODS:Adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line(ARPE-19)were randomly divided into control,TGF-β_(2)(5μg/L),and BMP-6 small interfering RNA(siRNA)*** cell morphology was observed by microscopy,and the cell migration ability were detected by Transwell *** EMT-related indexes and BMP-6 protein levels were detected by Western ***,a BMP-6 overexpression plasmid was constructed and RPE cells were divided into the control group,TGF-β_(2)+empty plasmid group,BMP-6 overexpression group,and TGF-β_(2)+BMP-6 overexpression *** EMT-related indexes and extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK)protein levels were ***:Compared with the control group,the migration of RPE cells in the TGF-β_(2) group was significantly ***-β_(2) increased the protein expression levels ofα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),fibronectin and vimentin but significantly decreased the protein levels of E-cadherin and BMP-6(P<0.05)in ***,the migration of RPE cells in the BMP-6 siRNA group was also significantly ***-6 siRNA increased the protein expression levels ofα-SMA,fibronectin and vimentin but significantly decreased the protein expression levels of E-cadherin(P<0.05).Overexpression of BMP-6 inhibited the migration of RPE cells induced by TGF-β_(2) and prevented TGF-β_(2) from affecting EMT-related biomarkers(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:BMP-6 prevents the EMT in RPE cells induced by TGF-β_(2),which may provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

In September 2018,we proposed the cutting-edge concept of“Beyond Limits Manufacturing”(BLM).BLM technology is based on the three-dimensional inner engraving or precise outer engraving of ultra-fast laser,to invent micro/nano scale flow chips or devices,which makes it possible for the microform,integration,economy,safety,high efficiency,green and intelligence of research,development and manufacturing process,so as to realize transformational manufacturing in the era of Industry *** this paper,we reviewed the representative results we made in the field of micro/nano flow chemistry during the implementation of the BLM major project(December 2019 to August 2023),and discussed its application prospects in micro/nano flow chemistry.

The inelastic deformations of shape memory alloys(SMAs)always show poor controllability due to the avalanche-like martensite transformation,and the effective control for the deformation of precision de-vices has been not yet *** this work,the phase field method was used to investigate the shape memory effects(SMEs)of NiTi SMAs undergoing grain size(GS)engineering,to obtain tunable one-way and stress-assisted two-way SMEs(OWSME and SATWSME).The OWSME and SATWSME of the systems with various gradient-nanograin structures and bimodal grain structure,as well as that with geometric gradients were *** simulated results indicate that due to the GS dependences of martensite transformation and reorientation,the occurrence and expansion of martensite reorientation,martensite transformation and its reverse can be efficaciously controlled via the GS *** combining the GS engineering and geometric gradient design,since the effects of GS and stress gradient can be su-perimposed or competing,and the responses of martensite reorientation,martensite transformation and its reverse to this are different,the OWSME and SATWSME of the geometrically graded systems with various nanograin structures can exhibit different improvements in *** short,the reorienta-tion hardening modulus during OWSME is increased and the transformation temperature window during SATWSME is widened by GS engineering,indicating the improved controllability of *** optimal GS engineering schemes revealed in this work provide the basic reference and guidance for designing tun-able SMEs and producing NiTi-based driving devices catering to desired functional performance in various engineering fields.

库水位变化引起的瞬态渗流对土石坝坝坡稳定性影响显著,为此依托某土石坝工程,开展不同库水位下降速率和坝体渗透性下大坝瞬态渗流场计算,分析坝体浸润线滞后程度及上游坝面渗流量变化特性,进而在考虑坝体材料抗剪强度随机分布的基础上对坝坡开展瞬态渗流作用下的抗滑稳定性分析,获得坝坡稳定安全系数及失稳概率变化曲线。计算结果表明:库水位下降速率v越大,坝体渗透系数ks越小,浸润线的滞后程度越显著;v越大或ks越大,到达稳定降落水位时的外渗流量越大;库水位下降结束瞬时坝体浸润线滞后率最大,使得坝坡稳定安全系数最小,相应的失稳概率最大,随着时间延续安全系数会不断回升,失稳概率相应降低;建立的坝坡稳定安全系数和失稳概率与浸润线滞后率的拟合关系式可为综合评估大坝运行安全提供理论指导。

生物质灰分中的碱和碱土金属(AAEMs)对快速热解生物油的产率和组分分布具有显著影响。本研究选取玉米秸秆为原料,研究梯级脱灰预处理(蒸馏水、醋酸铵和盐酸)对AAEMs的选择性脱除及其生物油组分的影响,研究了碱和碱土金属类别(K、Ca、Na和Mg)、盐质量分数(0.5%、2.5%、5%)和不同钾盐的酸根(SO_(4)^(2-)、NO_(3)^(-)、CO_(3)^(2-)、HCO_(3)^(-)、AC^(-)、PO_(4)^(3-))对生物油组分的影响。结果表明,在梯级脱灰预处理过程中,随着脱灰溶液酸性程度加深,AAEMs的脱除率逐渐上升,根据AAEMs在梯级脱灰过程中的选择性脱除规律,可将其在生物质中的赋存形态分为水溶性(K)、离子交换性(Ca和Mg)和酸溶性(Na)等形态。经过碱和碱土金属盐浸渍后,AAEMs将起到催化剂的作用,促进热解中间产物左旋葡聚糖的二次降解,导致其相对含量显著降低,形成更多的呋喃和酮类等轻质含氧化合物,导致2,3-二氢苯并呋喃、酮类和长链烷烃等组分的含量显著增加。不同钾盐酸根离子对脱水糖的二次裂解反应及木质素芳基醚键和酚羟基的裂解反应具有较大的影响,根据酸根的酸性强弱,对脱水糖裂解反应的影响大小顺序为HCO_(3)^(-)>CO_(3)^(2-)>AC^(-)>PO_(4)^(3-)>Cl^(-)>NO_(3)^(-)>SO_(4)^(2-),而对木质素芳基醚键和酚羟基的裂解反应影响大小顺序为CO_(3)^(2)->Cl^(-)>HCO_(3)^(-)PO_(4)^(3-)≈AC^(-)>SO_(4)^(2-)≈NO_(3)^(-).

Information on the decay process of nuclides in the superheavy region is critical in investigating new elements beyond oganesson and the island of *** paper presents the application of a random forest algorithm to examine the competition among different decay modes in the superheavy region,includingα decay,β^(-)decay,β^(+)decay,electron capture and spontaneous *** observed half-lives and dominant decay mode are well *** dominant decay mode of 96.9%of the nuclei beyond ^(212) Po is correctly ***,α decay is predicted to be the dominant decay mode for isotopes in new elements Z=119-122,except for spontaneous fission in certain even–even elements owing to the increased Coulomb repulsion and odd–even *** predicted half-lives demonstrate the existence of a long-lived spontaneous fission island southwest of ^(298) Fl caused by the competition between the fission barrier and Coulomb repulsion.A better understanding of spontaneous fission,particularly beyond ^(286)Fl,is crucial in the search for new elements and the island of stability.

目的翻译外周动脉疾病生活质量量表(vascular quality of life questionnaire, VascuQOL)再施以优化,得到和我国文化背景与语言习惯相契合的汉化版VascuQOL。方法通过顺译、回译、修改条目、专家咨询、文化调适及预调查,得到汉化版VascuQOL;以重庆医科大学附属第一医院血管外科302名下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为研究对象,对量表的信效度展开检验。结果汉化版VascuQOL各条目临界比值为3.086~17.605;量表各条目评分和总分之间的关联系数为0.237~0.695(P<0.01);量表各条目内容效度为0.861~1.000,总量表内容效度为0.986;探索性因子分析(EFA)找到特征根在1以上的5项公因子,累计方差贡献率是67.39%,Bartlett’s球形检验中χ2值为3289.061(P<0.01);采用欧洲五维健康量表EQ-5D-5L作为校标,Pearson相关分析为0.697;内部一致性信度Cronbach’sɑ系数为0.871,各维度Cronbach’sɑ系数分别为0.893、0.859、0.759、0.569、0.727(P<0.01);重测信度为0.996。结论汉化版VascuQOL具有良好的信度和效度,可用于我国下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的生活质量测评。

目的探讨基于视频库的翻转课堂在运动障碍疾病教学中的效果。方法建立运动障碍疾病标准化诊断视频库。将2020年6—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院神经内科实习的本科阶段医学生分为对照组和教改组。对照组采用常规教学方法,教改组采用翻转课堂法。课后2组学生进行国际帕金森和运动障碍协会统一帕金森病评分量表第3部分(unified parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS-3)评估,统计与标准分的差距。2组互换教学模式,再次评估MDS-UPDRS-3量表。最后,进行2组间教学满意度的评价比较。结果第一阶段结束,对照组与标准分差值Δ_(A1)为(7.43±2.60)分、教改组与标准分差值Δ_(B1)为(4.90±2.62)分,教改组小于对照组(P0.05)。教改组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与传统的教学方式相比,基于视频学习的翻转课堂可以使学生更快、更好地掌握帕金森病的诊断思路和查体方法。同时在学生满意度方面也有很大的优势,体现了这种方法在运动障碍疾病教学中的良好效果。

β-decay half-life and β-delayed neutron emission(βn) are of great importance in the development of basic science and industrial applications, such as nuclear physics and nuclear energy, where β--decay plays an important role. Many theoretical models have been proposed to describe β-decay half-lives, whereas the systematic study of βn is still rare. This study aimed to investigate β--decay half-lives and βn probabilities through analytical formulas and by comparing them with experimental data. Analytical formulas for β--decay properties have been proposed by considering prominent factors, that is, decay energy,odevity, and the shell effect. The bootstrap method was used to simultaneously evaluate the total uncertainty on calculations,which was composed of statistic and systematic uncertainties. β--decay half-lives, βn probabilities, and the corresponding uncertainties were evaluated for the neutron-rich region. The experimental half-lives were well reproduced. Additional predictions are also presented with theoretical uncertainties, which helps to better understand the disparity between the experimental and theoretical results.
