To evaluate the clinical efficacy of concentrated growth factors(CGFs)combined with mineralized collagen(MC)in guided bone regeneration(GBR).A retrospective study involving 29 patients treated with GBR technique,which was performed either CGF and MC complexes or MC *** were inserted simultaneously and cone-beam computed tomography was taken immediately,at 3 and 6 months *** were completed by all patients so as to evaluate the main symptoms and daily activities during the first week after *** outcomes of the two groups were statistically *** implants healed *** in both groups suffered from different levels of discomfort for the reason of swelling,pain and chewing impairment on 1-2 ***,swelling of the Trial group was weaker than the Control *** compared with the Control group,pain levels in Trial group were more rapidly reduced and patients took fewer analgesics from Day ***,the reconstitution mean value of the graft was thicker at 3 and 6 months in Trial *** complex with MC were beneficial to relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the peri-implant bone regeneration and shorten the healing time.

Permeation grouting is widely applied for its low grouting pressure and minor disturbance to the stratum in grouting engineering, especially in engineering with strict requirements on ground settlement. However, permeation grouting theory lags behind compared with other engineering disciplines, and the theoretical formulas now available cannot accurately be used to guide grouting engineering design and predict the cost and effects of grouting due to many factors affecting grout permeation in stratum. In this study, permeation grouting experiment devices were independently manufactured with the characteristics of easily controlling grouting pressure, simulating sandy strata grout, and detecting grouting effect. Using a uniform design, the sand consolidation agent, as grouting material, its spread in Shenyang sandy strata was tested with these experiment devices. The quantitative relations between grouting factors （grouting pressure, strata parameters, water-sand consolidation agent ratio） and grouting effects （grout spread radius, gell strength, grout amount） are obtained with regression analysis, and the influence degree of grouting factors on grouting effects is studied.

Current knowledge distillation(KD) methods primarily focus on transferring various structured knowledge and designing corresponding optimization goals to encourage the student network to imitate the output of the teacher network. However, introducing too many additional optimization objectives may lead to unstable training, such as gradient conflicts. Moreover, these methods ignored the guidelines of relative learning difficulty between the teacher and student networks. Inspired by human cognitive science, in this paper, we redefine knowledge from a new perspective — the student and teacher networks' relative difficulty of samples, and propose a pixel-level KD paradigm for semantic segmentation named relative difficulty distillation(RDD). We propose a two-stage RDD framework: teacher-full evaluated RDD(TFE-RDD) and teacher-student evaluated RDD(TSE-RDD). RDD allows the teacher network to provide effective guidance on learning focus without additional optimization goals, thus avoiding adjusting learning weights for multiple losses. Extensive experimental evaluations using a general distillation loss function on popular datasets such as Cityscapes, Cam Vid, Pascal VOC, and ADE20k demonstrate the effectiveness of RDD against state-ofthe-art KD methods. Additionally, our research showcases that RDD can integrate with existing KD methods to improve their upper performance bound. Codes are available at https://***/sunyueue/***.

Simultaneously achieving high sensitivity and detection speed with traditional solid-state biosensors is usually limited since the target molecules must passively diffuse to the sensor surface before they can be *** techniques have been applied to shorten the diffusion time by continuously moving molecules through the biosensing ***,the binding efficiencies of the biomolecules are still limited by the inherent laminar flow inside microscale *** this study,focused traveling surface acoustic waves were directed into an acoustic microfluidic chip,which could continuously enrich the target molecules into a constriction zone for immediate detection of the immune reactions,thus significantly improving the detection sensitivity and *** demonstrate the enhancement of biosensing,we first developed an acoustic microfluidic chip integrated with a focused interdigital transducer;this transducer had the ability to capture more than 91%of passed ***,polystyrene microbeads were pre-captured with human IgG molecules at different concentrations and loaded for detection on the *** representative results,~0.63,2.62,11.78,and 19.75 seconds were needed to accumulate significant numbers of microbeads pre-captured with human IgG molecules at concentrations of 100,10,1,and 0.1 ng/mL(~0.7 pM),respectively;this process was faster than the other methods at the hour level and more sensitive than the other methods at the nanomolar *** results indicated that the proposed method could significantly improve both the sensitivity and speed,revealing the importance of selective enrichment strategies for rapid biosensing of rare molecules.

Effect of the vortical structures on the hydrodynamic performance of a pitching hydrofoil

The objective is to study the vortical structural behaviors of a transient pitching hydrofoil and their effects on the hydrodynamic performance. The pitching motion of the hydrofoil is set to pitch up with an almost constant rate from 5° to 15° and then back to 5°, with the Reynolds number 4.4×10^(5) and the frequency 2 Hz. The results show that the main coherent structures around the pitching hydrofoil include small-scale laminar separation bubble (LSB), large-scale second vortex (SV) and trailing edge vortex (TEV) which are all vortical. The relationship between the vortical structure and the lift is investigated with the finite-domain impulse theory. It indicates that the major part of the lift is contributed by the LSB, whereas the shedding and the formation of the SV and TEV cause the fluctuation of the lift. The proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method is applied to capture the most energetic modes, revealing that the LSB mode occupies a large amount of energy in the flow field. The dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) method accurately extracts the dominant frequency and modal characteristics, with the first mode corresponding to the mean flow, the second mode corresponding to the LSB structure and the third and fourth modes corresponding to the vortex shedding.

Introduction:The shengxian decoction(SXT),a Chinese herbal medication used to treat heart failure,is composed of Astragali Radix,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Cimicifuage Rhizoma,and Platycodonis *** of the excretion of the active compounds in this herbal medication is vital for investigating the underlying mechanisms behind its ***,this remains ***:Liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was performed in both positive and negative modes to assay 18 constituents of SXT from rat urinary,fecal,and biliary ***:The methodology was validated and showed good linearity(r≥0.9),precision,stability,repeatability,and *** relative standard deviations and relative errors for the precision and accuracy did not exceed 15%.The recoveries of all the compounds ranged from 77.37%to 114.82%,and the matrix effect was between 82.53%and 105.71%.The results suggested that,when combined with Platycodonis Radix,the levels of 14 constituents from the four herbs were reduced in the urine,while the levels of six constituents were reduced in the ***:The comparative excretion results indicated that Platycodonis Radix reduced the excretion of compounds in SXT,demonstrating the compatibility mechanism and holistic properties of these compounds,favoring the pharmacological effects of SXT.

In this paper,we study the partial multi-label(PML)image classification problem,where each image is annotated with a candidate label set consisting of multiple relevant labels and other noisy *** PML methods typically design a disambiguation strategy to filter out noisy labels by utilizing prior knowledge with extra assumptions,which unfortunately is unavailable in many real ***,because the objective function for disambiguation is usually elaborately designed on the whole training set,it can hardly be optimized in a deep model with stochastic gradient descent(SGD)on *** this paper,for the first time,we propose a deep model for PML to enhance the representation and discrimination *** the one hand,we propose a novel curriculum-based disambiguation strategy to progressively identify ground-truth labels by incorporating the varied difficulties of different *** the other hand,consistency regularization is introduced for model training to balance fitting identified easy labels and exploiting potential relevant *** experimental results on the commonly used benchmark datasets show that the proposed method significantlyoutperforms the SOTA methods.
