The pseudorabies virus(PRV)is identified as a double-helical DNA virus responsible for causing Aujeszky's disease,which results in considerable economic impacts *** enzyme tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase 2(WARS2),a mitochondrial protein involved in protein synthesis,is recognized for its broad expression and vital role in the translation *** findings of our study showed an increase in both mRNA and protein levels of WARS2 following PRV infection in both cell cultures and animal *** WARS2 expression via RNA interference in PK-15 cells led to a reduction in PRV infection rates,whereas enhancing WARS2 expression resulted in increased infection ***,the activation of WARS2 in response to PRV was found to be reliant on the cGAS/STING/TBK1/IRF3 signaling pathway and the interferon-alpha receptor-1,highlighting its regulation via the type I interferon signaling *** analysis revealed that reducing WARS2 levels hindered PRV's ability to promote protein and lipid *** research provides novel evidence that WARS2 facilitates PRV infection through its management of protein and lipid levels,presenting new avenues for developing preventative and therapeutic measures against PRV infections.

Static Anti-windup Synthesis for a Class of linear Systems Subject to Actuator Amplitude and Rate Saturation

For a wide class of linear saturated systems, we address the anti-windup synthesis problem. By absorbing the actuator dynamics into the augmented system, we show that the original system can be simplified to a larger system with only amplitude saturation. The static anti-windup gain is therefore obtained through the proposed linear matrix inequality (LMI) based optimization procedures with regional closed-loop stabil-ity and minimized nonlinear L_2 gain. A simulation example illustrates the effectiveness of the approaches.

Study on the inclusion interaction of methylated-β-cyclodextrins with albendazole by spectrofluorimetry and its application

The inclusion interaction between three types of methylated-β-cyclodextrins （Me-β-CDs） and albendazole （ABZ） was studied by spectrofluorimetry. The result showed that Me-β-CDs reacted with ABZ to form an inclusion complex, 1： 1 stoichiometry for Me- β-CDs-ABZ complex was established and its association constant have been determined from fluorescence data by Benesi- Hildebrand＇s method （double reciprocal plots）. It was noted that 2,6-DM-β-CD exhibited stronger binding ability than other Me-β- CDs. Based on the significant enhancement of fluorescence intensity of inclusion complex, a simple and highly sensitive fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of ABZ in the presence of 2,6-DM-β-CD. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of ABZ in tablets and human urine.

Synthesis of γ-Al2O3 with High Surface Area and Large Pore Volume by Reverse Precipitation- azeotropic Distillation Method

γ-Al2O3 with high surface area and large pore volume combined with high thermal stability was synthe- sized by a reverse precipitation-azeotropic distillation method. The effects of azeotropic distillation on the characte- ristics of γ-Al2O3 were studied by means of X-ray diffraction（XRD）, Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy（TEM） and N2 adsorption-desorption. The results show that γ-Al2O3 dried by azeo- tropic distillation has excellent structure characteristics with a high surface area of 426 m2/g and a large pore volume of 2.56 cm3/g. After calcination at 1100 ℃, the surface area of γ-Al2O3 was still 92 mE/g with a large pore volume of 1.00 cma/g, indicating the potential application in catalyst and petroleum industry.

Effect of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on the growth and p53/c-Myc protein expression of implanted hepatic VX_2 tumor in rabbits by intravenous injection

AIM： To evaluate the effect of hydroxyapatite nano- particles （Nano HAP） by intravenous injection on the inhibition of implanted hepatic VX2 tumor growth in rabbits and cell p53/c-Myc protein expression. METHODS： 60 hepatic VX2 tumor-bearing rabbits was randomly divided into five groups. Nano HAP collosol 20 mglkg, 40 mg/kg, 5-FU solutions 20 mg/mL, mixed liquor of 5-FU solution 20 mg/mL and Nano HAP collosol 20 mg/kg were infused by vein, normal saline conducted as the control. The general state, weight, liver function and gross tumor volume were detected dynamically. The expression of p53 and c-Myc gene protein in tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry methods. RESULTS： The growth of implanted hepatic VX2 tumors was significantly inhibited in all therapy groups, 3 wk after the injection, the tumor control rates in Nano HAP collosol groups were 25.5% and 32.5% respectively, and the gross tumor volumes were obviously less than that of control group. （24.81 ± 5.17 and 22.73 ± 4.23 vs 33.32 ± 5.26, P 〈 0.05）. The tumor control rate of 5-FU group was 43.7% （18.74 4± 4.40 vs 33.32 ± 5.26, P 〈 0.05）, but the general state of the animals after injection aggravated; and the adverse reaction in the drug combination group obviously decreased. Due to the effect of Nano HAP, the positive expression of tumor associated the mutated p53 and c-Myc in tumor tissue was decreased obviously compared with the control group. CONCLUSION： Nano HAP has evident inhibitory action on rabbit implanted hepatic VX2 tumor in vivo, which may be the result of decreasing the expression of the mutated p53 and c-myc, and drug combination can obviously decrease the adverse reaction of 5-FU.

The influences of perforating phase and bedding planes on the fracture deflection in laminated shale

The perforating phase leads to complex and diverse hydraulic fracture propagation behaviors in laminated shale formations. In this paper, a 2D high-speed imaging scheme which can capture the interaction between perforating phase and natural shale bedding planes was proposed. The phase field method was used to simulate the same conditions as in the experiment for verification and hydraulic fracture propagation mechanism under the competition of perforating phase and bedding planes was *** results indicate that the bedding planes appear to be no influence on fracture propagation while the perforating phase is perpendicular to the bedding planes, and the fracture propagates along the perforating phase without deflection. When the perforating phase algins with the bedding planes, the fracture initiation pressure reserves the lowest value, and no deflection occurs during fracture propagation. When the perforating phase is the angle 45°, 60°and 75°of bedding planes, the bedding planes begin to play a key role on the fracture deflection. The maximum deflection degree is reached at the perforating phase of75°. Numerical simulation provides evidence that the existence of shale bedding planes is not exactly equivalent to anisotropy for fracture propagation and the difference of mechanical properties between different shale layers is the fundamental reason for fracture deflection. The findings help to understand the intrinsic characteristics of shale and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of field perforation parameters.

Background:With more than two billion people infected worldwide,soil-transmitted helminths(STH)are the most widespread *** date,STH control efforts rely predominantly on recurrent mass drug administration(MDA),which does not prevent *** public health measures including novel health educational tools are required for more sustained integrated control of *** describe the development of an educational cartoon video(The Magic Glasses)targeting STH infections in Chinese schoolchildren and its pilot testing in *** applied an extensive community-based mixed methods approach involving input from the target group of 9–10 year old schoolchildren and key informants,such as teachers,doctors and parents,in order to identify potential STH infection risks in the study area and to formulate key messages for the *** development of the educational cartoon included three major steps:formative research,production,and pilot testing and ***:We found that most adults and approximately 50%of the schoolchildren were aware of roundworm(Ascaris)infection,but knowledge of transmission,prevention and treatment of STH was *** in the study area showed that unhygienic food practices,such as eating raw and unwashed fruit or playing in vegetable gardens previously fertilised with human faeces,posed major STH infection ***:It was crucial to assess the intellectual,emotional,social and cultural background of the target population prior to video production in order to integrate the key messages of the cartoon into everyday ***,our strategy for the development of the cartoon and its incorporation into a health education package proved successful,and we provide a summary of recommendations for the development of future educational videos based on our experiences in China.

Main controlling factor and mechanism of gas-in-place content of the Lower Cambrian shale from different sedimentary facies in the western Hubei area, South China

The Lower Cambrian shale gas in the western Hubei area,South China has a great resource prospect,but the gas-in-place(GIP)content in different sedimentary facies varies widely,and the relevant mechanism has been not well *** the present study,two sets of the Lower Cambrian shale samples from the Wells YD4 and YD5 in the western Hubei area,representing the deep-water shelf facies and shallowwater platform facies,respectively,were investigated on the differences of pore types,pore structure and methane adsorption capacity between them,and the main controlling factor and mechanism of their methane adsorption capacities and GIP contents were *** results show that the organic matter(OM)pores in the YD4 shale samples are dominant,while the inorganic mineral(IM)pores in the YD5 shale samples are primary,with underdeveloped OM *** pore specific surface area(SSA)and pore volume(PV)of the YD4 shale samples are mainly from micropores and mesopores,respectively,while those of the YD5 shale samples are mainly from micropores and macropores,*** methane adsorption capacity of the YD4 shale samples is significantly higher than that of the YD5 shale samples,with a maximum absolute adsorption capacity of 3.13 cm^(3)/g and 1.31 cm^(3)/g in average,*** with the shallow-water platform shale,the deep-water shelf shale has a higher TOC content,a better kerogen type and more developed OM pores,which is the main mechanism for its higher adsorption *** GIP content models based on two samples with a similar TOC content selected respectively from the Wells YD4 and YD5 further indicate that the GIP content of the deep-water shelf shale is mainly 34 m^(3)/t within a depth range of 1000—4000 m,with shale gas exploration and development potential,while the shallow-water platform shale has normally a GIP content oflittle shale gas *** the geological and geochemical conditions of shale gas formation a

本文主要介绍了核电用金属波纹管用06Cr19Ni11Ti不锈钢,由于其自身特性优势具备优良的高温力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和冷热加工性,常常作为核电用波纹管材料的首选。但在进行自熔焊接时会有大量黑色焊渣生成,极难清理,导致无损检测合格率较低。本文利用0.3mm的06Cr19Ni11Ti不锈钢薄壁带材进行焊接试验,研究了黑色焊渣的生成原因,通过在保护气体中加入还原性气体,焊后焊道表面无黑色焊渣生成。
