Research-based on user behavior analysis for authentication is the motivation for this *** move ahead using a behavioral approach to identify malicious users and legitimate *** this paper,we have explained how we have applied big data analytics to application-layer logs and predicted malicious users by employing a Machine Learning algorithm based on certain metrics explained later in the *** Learning would present a list of IP addresses or user identification tokens(UIT),deduced from live data which would be performing a malicious activity or are suspected of malicious activity based on their browsing *** have created an e-commerce web application and induced vulnerabilities intentionally for this *** have hosted our setup on LAMP[1]stack based on AWS cloud[2].This method has a huge potential as any organization can imply this to monitor probable attackers thus narrowing down on their efforts to safeguard their *** idea is based on the fact that the browsing pattern,as well as the access pattern of a genuine user,varies widely with that of a *** patterns would be used to sort out the incoming traffic from and list out IP addresses and UIT that are the most probable cases of hack attempts.

The advent of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) is rapidly changing the field of Radiation Oncology. IMRT has the potential to improve clinical implementation of highly conformal non-convex dose distributions. Nonetheless, a number of IMRT approaches including coplanar and noncoplanar beam techniques with 5 to 9 beams at different angles have been used in an effort to get the best dose distribution. The purpose of this study is to compare the dose to normal tissue and dose-limiting structures, conformity index, homogeneity index, number of monitor units required for the treatment of prostate cancer in 3 sets of five and seven beam IMRT plans and thus to select the best IMRT approach for patients with prostate cancer.

目的:回顾性评估3.0T动态增强MR血管成像(MRA)对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法:经病理证实的108例乳腺疾病患者(52例恶性,56例良性)作为研究对象,借助3D MRA图像计算患侧血管增加(双侧差异血管数≥2)及病变邻近血管数。结果:52例乳腺恶性病变中41例、56例良性病变中9例出现患侧血管增加,以患侧血管增加作为诊断标准,其对乳腺恶性病变诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确度分别79%、84%及84%;52例乳腺恶性病变中46例、56例良性病变中18例出现病灶邻近血管,以病灶邻近血管作为诊断标准,其对乳腺恶性病变诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确度分别为89%、68%及76%;患侧血管增加的阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为82%、81%,病灶邻近血管的阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为82%、79%。结论:3D MRA能有效评估双侧乳腺血管形成。乳腺恶性病变比良性病变更容易出现患侧血管增加及病灶邻近血管。

A vortex tube silt ejector is a curative hydraulic structure used to remove sediment deposits from canals and is recognized as one of the most efficient substitutes for physically removing canal sediment. The spatially varied flow in the channel and the rotational flow behavior in the tube make the silt removal process complex. It is even harder to accurately predict the silt removal efficiency by traditional models accurately. However, artificial intelligence(AI) and machine learning approaches have emerged as robust substitutes for studying complex processes. Therefore, this research makes use of AI approaches; support vector machine(SVM), random forest(RF), random tree(RT), and multivariate adaptive regression spline(MARS) to compute the vortex tube silt ejection efficiency using the laboratory data sets. The outcomes of the artificial intelligence(AI)-based techniques also were compared with traditional models. It was found that the RT model(root mean square error, RMSE = 2.165, Nash Sutcliffe efficiency, NSE = 0.98) outperforms the other applied approaches which had relatively more significant result errors. The sensitivity analysis of the process depicts the extraction ratio as the key parameter in the computation of vortex tube silt ejector removal efficiency. The findings of the AI-based approaches discussed in the current study might be helpful for hydraulic engineers as well as researchers in the assessment of the removal efficiency of vortex tube silt ejectors.

Background:Large-scale hunting and various anthropogenic pressures in the recent past have pushed the Asiatic caracal(Caracal caracal schmitzi),an elusive medium-sized and locally threatened felid species towards local extinction in *** widely distributed historically,it has been sparsely reported from several regions of central and northern states in India till twentieth ***,the species distribution became confined only to the states of Rajasthan,Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh,which have had reported sightings in the twenty-first *** order to highlight the potentially suitable habitats for Asiatic caracals in India,we targeted forth-filtering of the spatial model ensemble by creating and utilizing the validated and spatially thinned species presence information(n=69)and related ecological variables(aridity,NDVI,precipitation seasonality,temperature seasonality,terrain ruggedness),filtered with anthropological variable(nightlight).Results:Out of eight spatial prediction models,the two most parsimonious models,Random Forest(AUC 0.91)and MaxEnt(AUC 0.89)were weighted and *** ensemble model indicated several clustered habitats,covering 1207.83 km^(2)areas in Kachchh(Gujarat),Aravalli mountains(Rajasthan),Malwa plateau(Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh),and Bundelkhand region(Madhya Pradesh)as potentially suitable habitats for *** probabilities of pixels were further regressed with converted vegetation height data within selected highly potential habitats,i.e.,Ranthambore Kuno Landscape(RKL)(suitability~0.44+0.03(vegetation height)^(**),R^(2)=0.27).The regression model inferred a significant positive relation between vegetation height and habitat suitability,hence the lowest ordinal class out of three classes of converted vegetation height was masked out from the RKL,which yielded in an area of 567 km^(2) as potentially highly suitable habitats for caracals,which can be further proposed as survey areas and conservation priority are

A bacterial consortium was developed by continuous enrichment of microbial population isolated from sediment core of pulp and paper mill effluent in mineral salts medium（MSM） supplemented with pentachlorophenol（PCP） as sole source of carbon and energy in the *** consortia contained three bacterial *** were identified as Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter *** 16S rRNA gene sequence *** *** degraded PCP through the formation of tetrachloro-p-hydroquinone（TecH）,2-chloro-1,4-benzenediol and products of ortho ring cleavage detected by gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer（GC-MS）.Out of the three acclimated PCP degrading bacterial strains only one strain,Acinetobacter *** the presence of integron gene cassette as a marker of its stability and antibiotic *** strain possessed a 4.17 kb amplicon with 22 ORF＇*** plasmid isolated from the Acinetobacter *** subjected to shotgun cloning through restriction digestion by BamHI,HindIII and SalI,ligated to pUC19 vector and transformed into *** XLBlue1α,and finally selected on MSM containing PCP as sole source of carbon and energy with ampicillin as antibiotic *** sequence analysis of recombinant clones indicated homology with integron gene cassette and multiple antibiotic resistance genes.

In this work, we utilized underside of four different plant leaves with different scale of hierarchical surface roughness to fabricate large area self-cleaning antireflective polymer surfaces. A simple and precise two-step soft-lithography replica molding technique was deployed by using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) polymer as a replicating material. In the first step, a negative PDMS replica was fabricated by using the underside of an original leaf as a template material. In the second step, a positive PDMS replica was fabricated through a negative PDMS replica used as a template. In order to study the non-wetting and light trapping properties, as-replicated polymer surfaces were characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), contact angle goniometer, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. SEM images confirmed the successful replication of complex hierarchical structures while contact angle measurement studies established retaining high non-wetting properties in polymer replicas. Optical studies suggest near zero reflection in normal mode and less than 5% diffuse reflection when measured using integrated sphere mode. These results have been correlated and explained with the air-liquid fraction and roughness factor as measured using three-dimensional optical profilometer.

Horizontal impedance functions of inclined single piles are measured experimentally for model soil-pile systems with both the effects of local soil nonlinearity and resonant *** practical pile inclinations of 5掳 and 10掳 in addition to a vertical pile embedded in cohesionless soil and subjected to lateral harmonic pile head loadings for a wide range of frequencies are *** obtained with low-to-high amplitude of lateral loadings on model soil-pile systems encased in a laminar shear box show that the local nonlinearities have a profound impact on the horizontal impedance functions of *** impedance functions of inclined piles are found to be smaller than the vertical pile and the values decrease as the angle of pile inclination *** values of horizontal impedance functions are obtained for the ＇positive＇ and ＇negative＇ cycles of harmonic loadings,leading to asymmetric force-displacement relationships for the inclined *** of these experimental results is carried out through three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analyses,and the results from the numerical models are in good agreement with the experimental *** analyses conducted on the numerical models suggest that the consideration of local nonlinearity at the vicinity of the soil-pile interface influence the response of the soil-pile systems.

Follicular helper T （TFH） cells represent a distinct subset of CD4＋ helper T （TH） cells specialized in providing help to B cells. They are characterized by their unique transcriptional profile （Bcl6）, surface marker expression （CXCR5, PD-1, ICOS and CD4OL） and cytokine production pattern （IL-21 and IL-6）. TFH cells provide help to B cells both to form germinal centers （GCs） and to differentiate into memory B cells and plasma cells for generation of humoral responses. However, there is emerging evidence that implicates TFH cells in the development of various human pathologies, such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency and lymphoma. This review focuses on the current progress in this area including mouse and human studies. A clearer understanding of the mechanisms of TFH cell-mediated immunity and pathology may be exploited for rational development of therapeutic strategies.
