A distributed secondary control(DSC) strategy that combines Q-learning and pinning control is originally proposed to achieve a fully optimal DSC for droop-controlled microgrids(MGs). It takes advantages of cross-fusion of the two algorithms to realize the high efficiency and self-adaptive control in MGs. It has the following advantages. Firstly, it adopts the advantages of reinforcement learning in autonomous learning control and intelligent decision-making, driving the action value of pinning control for feedback adaptive correction. Secondly, only a small part of points selected as pinned points needs to be controlled and pre-learned, hence the actual control problem is transformed into a synchronous tracking problem and the installation number of controllers is further ***, the pinning matrix can be modified to adapt to plugand-play operation under the distributed control ***, the effectiveness and versatility of the proposed strategy are demonstrated with a typical droop-controlled MG model.

针对目前加工状态监测系统存在的依赖系统事先的"教学"或"训练"过程的问题,在对刀具磨损规律分析的基础上,提出一种针对高速加工的智能化实时刀具状态监测系统.引入自学习能力使该系统初步具备了智能性,自动进行不同刀具状态的识别和磨损程度的估计,较大程度上摆脱了对系统"教学"或"训练"过程的依赖.运用离散小波分解技术对铣削过程中的三向切削力信号进行时域以及各子频段的能量和变动特征的提取,并利用分析技术进行特征筛选.基于两个嵌套的循环运行过程构建了监测系统,进行特征量的线性拟合和马氏距离计算.高速铣削试验证明了所提出的智能刀具状态监测系统的有效性.

Water quality sensor networks are promising tools for the exploration of *** key areas need to be monitored *** quality sensors are deployed randomly or uniformly,however,and understanding how to deploy sensor nodes reasonably and realize effective monitoring of key areas on the basis of monitoring the whole area is an urgent problem to be ***,energy is limited in water quality sensor *** moving sensor nodes,we should extend the life cycle of the sensor networks as much as *** this study,sensor nodes in non-key monitored areas are moved to key ***,we used the concentric circle method to determine the mobile sensor nodes and the target ***,we determined the relationship between the mobile sensor nodes and the target locations according to the energy ***,we calculated the shortest moving path according to the Floyd algorithm,which realizes the redeployment of the key monitored *** simulation results showed that,compared with the method of direct movement,the proposed method can effectively reduce the energy consumption and save the network adjustment time based on the effective coverage of key areas.

为了减少加工状态监测系统开发的时间和成本,提出自动敏感特征提取方法,自动选择合适的传感器和信号处理技术来提取出"敏感特征".针对高速铣削过程中的刀具磨损监测,采用切削力、振动、声音和声发射传感器来采集信号,并运用时域、频域和小波分析技术对信号进行处理.试验结果表明:该方法可自动地进行传感器和信号处理技术的选择,提取出的敏感特征适合于自学习监测系统应用.

BACKGROUND Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia(WM) is a type of small lymphocytic lymphoma that mainly affects the bone marrow, spleen, and lymph nodes. A subset of patients with WM demonstrates extramedullary involvement(4.4%),and the most frequent extramedullary disease site involved is the lungs(30%).CASE SUMMARY A 60-year-old male patient who experienced intermittent breath-holding for 6 mo was admitted on August 14, 2017. Chest computed tomography indicated multiple pulmonary cavities in the upper lobes of both lungs, with pulmonary consolidation, ground-glass opacities, patchy infiltrates, fibrous bands, large bullae, and enlarged lymph nodes in the mediastinum. The patient was a heavy smoker(20 cigarettes/d for 40 years). Diagnostic fiberoptic bronchoscopy revealed normal findings. Serological examination revealed a remarkable increase in serum immunoglobulin M levels(30.24 g/L;normal: 0.4-2.30 g/L). A computed tomography-guided percutaneous pulmonary biopsy was performed in the left lower lobe of the lung with pulmonary consolidation and indicated that the alveolar structure disappeared and that a large amount of amyloid-like deposition was present along with the infiltration of very few lymphocytes and plasma cells. The patient was treated with the combined treatment of dexamethasone + rituximab + lenalidomide over four courses. Serum immunoglobulin M did not normalize, and he received ibrutinib +*** This patient with WM and lung amyloidosis had a wide range of pulmonary lesions and a variety of morphological features, which was a rare case. Yet, some changes might be ascribed to heavy smoking.

Water inflow forecasting for tunnel considering nonlinear variation of permeability coefficient

To assess the water inflow which is more suitable to the actual conditions of tunnel,an empirical correlation about the permeability coefficient changing with depth is *** that the surrounding rock is heterogeneous isotropy,the formula for calculating water inflow of tunnel with the nonlinear variation of permeability coefficient is *** the contrast analysis with the existing formulas,the presented method has the similar value to them;moreover,the presented method has more simple form and easy to *** to parameter analysis,the water inflow decreases after considering the nonlinear variation of permeability *** the attenuation coefficient a>0,the water inflow increases first till reaches the maximum at a certain depth,then decreases and is close to 0 finally if deep ***,it is better to keep away from the certain depth where it is with the maximum water inflow for safe operation and economical construction,and reduce the water *** on the analysis,the radius of tunnel has less impact on the amount of water inflow,and the water inflow just increases by 6.7% when the radius of tunnel increases by 1 m.

This study proposes a deep learning-based approach for shaft resistance evaluation of cast-in-site piles on reclaimed ground,independent of theoretical hypotheses and engineering experience.A series of field tests was first performed to investigate the characteristics of the shaft resistance of cast-in-site piles on reclaimed ***,an intelligent approach based on the long short term memory deep-learning technique was proposed to calculate the shaft resistance of the cast-in-site *** proposed method allows accurate estimation of the shaft resistance of cast-in-site piles,not only under the ultimate load but also under the working *** with empirical methods confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method for the shaft resistance estimation of cast-in-site piles on reclaimed ground in offshore areas.

Development of a Porcine cDNA Microarray:Analysis of Clenbuterol Responding Genes in Pig(Sus scrofa) Internal Organs

Pig （Sus scrofa） fat accumulation can be reduced by feeding with high dosages of clenbuterol, but the molecular mechanism has not yet been explained. In our study, a porcine cDNA microarray representing 3 358 pig genes was successfully developed. This microarray is the first porcine DNA microarray in China and its false positive rate is 0.98%, which means the microarray platform is reliable. The microarray can be used to study gene expression profiles in multiple pig tissues because the present genes percentage of adipose, skeletal muscle, heart, liver, lung, kidney, and spleen were all more than 60%. This microarray was used to identify the genes responding to clenbuterol stimulation in pig internal organs, including heart, liver, lung, spleen, and kidney. Many genes were identified including enzymes involved in lipids metabolism （lipoprotein lipase up-regulated in liver, heart and lung, ATP-citrate lyase and carnitine palmitoyltransferase II precursor up-regulated in liver, succinyl-CoA up-regulated in lung, mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase down-regulated in spleen）, and signaling pathway genes （cAMP-protein kinase A signaling pathway was found up-regulated in liver, heart, lung, and kidney as reported previously, while transforming growth factor was found down-regulated in heart and lung）. However, no common gene responding to clenbuterol administration was found in all tissues. The expression levels of 14 genes were analyzed using real-time PCR with 82.1% of them induced to express similar magnitudes as in the microarray analyses. This work offers some understanding of how clenbuterol so effectively reduces pig adipose accumulation on the molecular level.
