非控股大股东退出威胁与企业投融资期限错配

文章选取2007—2022年中国沪深A股上市公司为样本,系统考察非控股大股东退出威胁对企业投融资期限错配的影响及作用机理。研究发现:非控股大股东退出威胁能够通过治理机制和信息机制,从降低管理费用率、降低盈余管理程度、提高信息披露质量、增强会计信息可比性四个方面有效缓解企业投融资期限错配。异质性分析结果表明,当非控股大股东退出威胁可信度较高、有效性较强时,对企业投融资期限错配的抑制作用更明显;经济后果检验显示,随着非控股大股东退出威胁的增加以及企业投融资期限错配的减少,企业的全要素生产率和可持续发展能力均明显提升。研究结论为有效防范金融风险、优化资源配置提供了新思路。

In response to meeting the needs of cultivating applied talents in the construction of new engineering disciplines,based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),this study analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of the course Environmental Engineering Microbiology,and put forward some corresponding curriculum reform *** to the target points of professional graduation requirements,the scheme proposes revising the syllabus of Environmental Engineering Microbiology,clarifying the curriculum objectives,updating the teaching content,and reforming the teaching *** these measures,it is intended to achieve the unity of teachers way of"teaching"and students way of"learning",construct a new teaching mode,fully stimulate students subjective initiative,and enhance students innovative consciousness and practical ***,in this study,a"whole process-diversification"evaluation system is established to comprehensively evaluate students performance in theoretical knowledge learning and practical application,comprehensively evaluate students learning situation,and analyze the teaching effect in real time,so as to achieve continuous improvement,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving classroom quality.

全球气候变化背景下,造纸行业资源环境利用效率亟待提升,本研究基于2010—2019年美国、中国、日本、巴西和加拿大5个造纸大国的面板数据,采用包含非期望产出的超效率(SBM)模型测算了造纸行业的生态效率,选用Malmquist-Luenberger(ML)指数模型探索其时间变化特征。结果表明,各国家造纸行业生态效率差异大且各具不同演变特征:美国、日本、巴西、加拿大、中国造纸行业的生态效率10年均值分别为0.9327、0.8951、0.7541、0.4853、0.3462。美国造纸行业生态效率呈现波动上升的“W”型变化态势;中国造纸行业生态效率呈现逐年递增的变化态势;日本和巴西的造纸行业生态效率呈现先下降后上升变化态势;加拿大造纸行业生态效率呈现先下降后平稳变化态势。各国家造纸行业生态效率变化受到效率改进和技术进步的影响程度存在差异:美国、日本、巴西和加拿大4个国家造纸行业生态效率的ML指数受技术进步(TC)指数的影响更大,中国则受到效率改进(EC)指数的影响更大。表明资源利用和管理极大地影响着生态效率的高低,同时政策和市场带来的影响也是巨大且可持续的。最后从技术革新、资源利用管理以及污染物防控等方面提出了造纸行业的未来发展建议。

Adoptive cellular therapy is rapidly improving immunotherapy in hematologic malignancies and several solid *** clinical success has been achieved in chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cell therapy which represents a paradigm-shifting strategy for the treatment of hematological ***,many challenges such as resistance,antigen heterogeneity,poor immune cell infiltration,immunosuppressive microenvironment,metabolic obstructive microenvironment,and T cell exhaustion remain as barriers to broader application especially in solid ***,the development of new approaches such as multidimensional omics and biomaterials technologies was aided to overcome these ***,in this perspective,we focus on the most recent clinical advancements,challenges,and strategies of immune cellular therapy in solid tumor treatment represented by CAR-T cell therapy,to provide new ideas to further overcome the bottleneck of immune cell therapy and anticipate future clinical advances.

The effects of different types of ultraviolet(UV)radiation(UVR,wavelength=280-400 nm)and light intensities on cell growth,pigment composition,UV-absorbing compounds(UVACs),and chlorophyll a(Chl a)fluorescence were studied in dinoflag-ellate Prorocentrum lima cultured outdoors for 16 days and indoors for 18 *** the outdoor experiment,UVA radiation(320-400 nm)increased the growth rate of this dinoflagellate when solar light intensities were12%.Exposure to UVB radiation(280-320 nm)alleviated the negative effects of *** the indoor ex-periment,UVA and low doses of UVB enhanced growth *** of low doses of UVB to UVA exposure resulted in higher contents of Chl a and photoprotective pigments compared with UVA exposure *** results of both experiments showed that UVB is the primary signal of UVAC ***-dose UVB exposure accelerated growth rates when UVAC contents were maintained at high levels,suggesting that the latter plays a key role in UVR damage ***,the repair rate was en-hanced by UVB exposure after 16 days of *** study confirms the positive effects of UVA and UVB on the growth of ***,with the latter enhancing the photoprotective and recovery pathways of the species.

This paper investigates how institutional holding and earnings quality influence the liquidity of assets. Contrary to findings in developed markets, we document several novel results in China＇s stock market：（1） institutional holding negatively affects assets＇ liquidity, （2） earnings quality is negatively related with liquidity. Since earnings quality captures asymmetric information, low earnings quality induces high divergence in investor opinions and thus boosts market trading, and （3） interestingly, the effect of earnings quality on liquidity is greater if institutional investors＇ holding is at a high level. Overall, our findings cast doubt on the conventional wisdom that institutional investors and earnings quality improve market liquidity. The results are robust to different measures and alternative model specifications.

在5G、大数据、VR等新技术加持下,以抖音为代表的短视频平台日渐渗入人们的日常生活。安徽省凝结着优质红色文化基因,并积极推动红色文化传承与发展,其抖音平台红色文化资源宣传也呈现出多元主体、多样形式、多种传播的特点。通过对抖音安徽红色文化资源内容生产特点进行分析,然后以“安徽文旅”抖音号为例,探讨其传播效果的影响因素、并指出其存在创作形式固化、双向互动不畅、专业人才匮乏的问题,最后提出应加大科研投入、培养专业人才,专注内容深耕的针对性解决方案。借力抖音传播安徽省红色文化资源将进一步唤醒红色历史记忆,抒写红色革命故事,弘扬新时代红色文化精神,让安徽红色文化资源绽放出更绚丽的色彩。

The recent novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)outbreak,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),is seeing a rapid increase in infected patients *** host immune response to SARS-CoV-2 appears to play a critical role in disease pathogenesis and clinical ***-CoV-2 not only activates antiviral immune responses,but can also cause uncontrolled inflammatory responses characterized by marked pro-inflammatory cytokine release in patients with severe COVID-19,leading to lymphopenia,lymphocyte dysfunction,and granulocyte and monocyte *** SARS-CoV-2-induced immune abnormalities may lead to infections by microorganisms,septic shock,and severe multiple organ ***,mechanisms underlying immune abnormalities in patients with COVID-19 must be elucidated to guide clinical management of the ***,rational management of the immune responses to SARSCoV-2,which includes enhancing anti-viral immunity while inhibiting systemic inflammation,may be key to successful *** this review,we discuss the immunopathology of COVID-19,its potential mechanisms,and clinical implications to aid the development of new therapeutic strategies against COVID-19.
