在钢铁表面沉积金刚石薄膜可以提高其耐腐蚀性、生物相容性、硬度、耐磨性,延长使用寿命,由涂覆有金刚石薄膜的钢铁制成的产品在机械和医疗器械行业中存在广阔的应用前景。然而,在钢铁表面直接沉积金刚石薄膜存在铁(或钴、镍)催石墨化、应力大和易脱落的问题。针对这些问题,人们进行了30多年的探索与研究,在工艺和过渡层方面积累了很多经验。文章综述了直接在钢铁表面沉积金刚石薄膜和以过渡层在钢铁表面沉积金刚石薄膜的研究现状,并对未来的研究方向做了展望。

Background: Hemodynamics is a practical and complicated theoretical problem. The aim of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of blood pressure in the cardiovascular system changing with the mechanical parameters of blood vessels and the storage of some visceral organs. Method: The fluid network model was used for the study. The cardiovascular system was modeled as a system consisting of 20 segments of vessels. The main controlling parameters were determined first by using dimensional analysis. Then the responses of blood pressure of each segment of vessels were analyzed by changing the controlling parameters. Results: The parameters of the blood vessel of brain have the least influence on the pressures of other parts. The pressures of the system of blood vessels will decrease if some blood is stored in the liver or the abdominal vein system. Vice versa. The effects of regulation of blood on the variation of blood pressure are larger than the other controlling parameters. Conclusions: The controlling parameters of the abdominal aorta and ascending aorta affect greatly the blood pressure of each vessel.

Background: Alzheimer’s disease (AD), commonly known as senile dementia, is a neurodegenerative disease with clinical manifestations of memory impairment, personality and behavior changes. The pathogenesis of AD is complex and inconclusive in the point of view of western medicine, which is the fundamental reason for the lack of drugs that can reverse the course of the disease. People have gradually shifted from simple amyloid hypothesis to new pathogenesis theories, such as gamma oscillation, prion like transmission, and so on. As an effective means to treat AD, traditional Chinese medicine has made some research progress in recent years. This article mainly reviews the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of AD, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of AD. Methods: Through systematic literature research, comparison and analysis, the main pathogenesis, influencing factors, progress and development tendency of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of AD are presented. Results: Alzheimer’s disease is a kind of multiple neurodegenerative diseases. The pathogenesis and related targets of AD still need to be further explored. The main pathological phenomenon of AD is senile plaques formed by intracellular neurofibrillary tangles and extracellular amyloid protein aggregation. Existing possible pathogenesis includes β-amyloid cascade hypothesis, tau protein hypothesis, cholinergic hypothesis and so on. As the pathogenesis of AD has not been clarified, so far no effective therapeutic drugs or means have been found. The traditional drugs used to treat AD mainly include acetylcholinesterase inhibitor kabbalatin, galantamine, donepezil, and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist memantine. However, although these marketed drugs can slow down the course of the disease and alleviate symptoms, they cannot totally cure the disease. Background: Obsessive-compulsive, anxiety disorder, and depression are the most common negative emotions. The incidence rate is high and spread across all age groups. With the rapid development of the world economy and the increasing competition in social life, the incidence rate has also increased rapidly, more and more young suffer from these three kinds of mental illnesses. Many studies have been carried out to investigate the pathogenesis and therapeutic method. It is necessary to summarize the progress for references to further research and treatment. Method: Based on a series of literature, the studies on the pathogenesis and therapeutic method of the three kinds of illnesses are summarized and analyzed. The points and results either of West medicine (WM) or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are collected and compared to find the best tendency of study and the best therapeutic method. Results: Obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder and depression are common in recent years and severely affect people’s lives. In view of WM. These three kinds of illnesses are all related to the changes or damage of part of brain and nervous system. While TCM thinks that they are due to Qi stagnation or deficiency of heart Yin. Many methods of treatment have been presented and used clinically, but the effect is limited. Conclusion: The most promising and effective methods are those combining WM and TCM.

建筑业出现的严重信用危机成为亟待解决的问题。在建立了初始建筑企业评价指标体系,对各评价指标进行相关性分析的基础上,建立最终的评价指标体系。采用基于统计学理论和结构风险最小化准则的支持向量机(SVM)方法进行信用评价,选用径向基核函数,使用10-折交叉检验,grid搜索确定最优参数。在此基础上建立建筑企业信用评价模型,并对其预测准确性进行分析。

This study aimed to investigate the status of and changes in the vaccination willingness of patients with breast cancer to increase the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccination rate among these *** first survey included patients fromthe FifthMedical Center of the PLA GeneralHospitalwho participated in the Society of ClinicalOncology Breast Cancer CommitteeNCP-02 study conducted from September 16 to December 31,*** second survey was conducted from December 9 to December 26,2022,for those who had not received vaccines *** total,266 patients completed two questionnaires.A total of 143 patients(53.8%)changed their willingness to receive the *** them,45,who were initially unwilling to be vaccinated,changed their stance to become hesitant and 15 changed to become *** those with hesitant attitudes toward vaccines,45 changed their stance to become willing,and 28 changed to become unwilling;10 patients with willing attitudes toward vaccines changed to become *** who received surgery(odds ratio(OR),4.24;95%confidence interval(CI),1.45–12.42;P=0.01)andwho lived with older adults or children(OR,2.03;95%CI,1.13–3.62;P=0.02)were more likely to change their attitudes toward COVID-19 *** finding suggested that patients with breast cancer were cautious about receiving the COVID-19 *** methods should be used to promote vaccination and reduce vaccine hesitancy.

iTRAQ-based protein profiling and functional identification of four genes involved in rice basal resistance against Magnaporthe oryzae in two contrasting rice genotypes

Rice blast,caused by Magnaporthe oryzae,is one of the most destructive rice *** blast-resistant rice cultivars represents the most economical and environmentally friend strategy for managing the *** our previous study,an isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation(iTRAQ)-based comparative protein quantification was carried out to investigate the resistance gene Piz-t gene-mediated resistance response to infection in two contrasting rice genotypes of the Piz-t transgenic Nipponbare line(NPB-Piz-t)and its wild-type Nipponbare(NPB).Here,from the comparisons of differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)of NPB-Piz-t to the avirulent isolate KJ201(KJ201-Piz-t)and the virulent isolate RB22(RB22-Piz-t)with mock-treated NPB-Piz-t(Mock-Piz-t),NPB to the virulent isolate KJ201(KJ201-NPB)and RB22(RB22-NPB)with mock-treated NPB(Mock-NPB),1,1,and 6 common DEPs were,respectively,identified at 24,48 and 72 h post-inoculation(hpi)in the susceptible comparisons of RB22-Pizt/Mock-Piz-t,KJ201-NPB/Mock-NPB,and RB22-NPB/Mock-NPB,involving in gi|54,290,836 and gi|59,800,021 were identified in the resistance comparison KJ201-Piz-t/Mock-Piz-t at 48 and 72 hpi ***,four genes of Os01g0138900(gi|54,290,836),Os04g0659300(gi|59,800,021),Os09g0315700(gi|125,563,186)or Os04g0394200(gi|21,740,743)were knocked out or overexpressed in NPB using gene over-expression and CRISPR/Cas9 technology,and results verified that the Os01g0138900 obviously affected the rice blast ***,expression and targeted metabolomics analysis illuminated the resistance response of cysteine-containing substances as gi|59,800,021 under blast *** results provide new targets for basal resistance gene identification and open avenues for developing novel rice blast resistant materials.
