In this paper, Ni-Co coatings were electrodeposited onto carbon steel substrates with the aid of ultrasonic agitation. The coatings were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray analysis （EDX）, X-ray diffraction analysis （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The effects of the ultrasonic frequency on the roughness, hardness and corrosion resistance of the Ni-Co coatings were also investigated. The results indicated that the increase of the ultrasonic frequency from 20 to 120 kHz reduced the Ni content and the grain size of Ni-Co coatings. Moreover, the phase structure of the electrodeposited coatings was influenced by the ultrasonic frequency. Under 55 kHz ultrasonic agitation, the Ni-Co coating was single fcc phase and showed the finest roughness and the strongest corrosion resistance in 5 wt.% NaCl solution at the ambient temperature. Under ultrasonic agitation with frequency of 90 kHz, the coating was a mixture of fcc and hcp structure and showed the maximal hardness of about 420 HV. Therefore, ultrasonic agitation helped decrease the roughness, and enhance hardness and corrosion resistance of Ni-Co coatings.

Sodium ion batteries （SIBs） are very promising for large-scale energy storage in virtue of its high energy density, abundant sodium resources and low environmental impact, etc. However, it is still a big chal- lenge to develop high-performance and durable cathode materials for SIBs. Among different candidate materials, Na_3V_2（PO_4）_3 has attracted great attentions due to its high theoretical capacity （117 mAh/g）, stable framework structure and excellent ionic conductivity. However, Na_3V_2（PO_4）_3 delivers inferior rate capability and cycling stability due to its poor electronic conductivity. In this work, free-standing Na_3V_2（PO_4）_3/carbon nanofiber membranes are synthesized by an electrospinning-sintering mute. The sample could deliver excellent cycling capability with specific capacity of 112 mAh/g at 1 C after 250 cycles and ultrahigh rate capability with 76.9 mAh/g even at 100 C, which is superior to many state-of- the-art SIB cathode materials. This can be attributed to the hierarchically distributed Na_3V_2（PO_4）_3 crystals in carbon nanofiber network, which possesses outstanding electronicfionic conductivity and thus leads to an ultrahigh rate capabilitY.

Therapeutic peptides contribute significantly to human health and have the potential for personalized medicine. The prediction for the therapeutic peptides is beneficial and emerging for the discovery of drugs. Although several computational approaches have emerged to discern the functions of therapeutic peptides, predicting multi-functional therapeutic peptide types is challenging. In this research, a novel approach termed TPpred-SC has been introduced. This method leverages a pretrained protein language model alongside multi-label supervised contrastive learning to predict multi-functional therapeutic *** framework incorporates sequential semantic information directly from large-scale protein sequences in TAPE. Then, TPpred-SC exploits multi-label supervised contrastive learning to enhance the representation of peptide sequences for imbalanced multi-label therapeutic peptide prediction. The experimental findings demonstrate that TPpred-SC achieves superior performance compared to existing related methods. To serve our work more efficiently, the web server of TPpred-SC can be accessed at http://***/TPpred-SC.

A boradiazaindacenes (BODIPY)-phenol conjugate,1,can act as a colorimetric and fluorometric sensor for sensitive and se-lective measurement of F-over AcO-and H2PO-4 in CH3CN. Sensor 1 gives response to F-in a 1:1 ratio via the deprotonation of the phenolic OH proton,which results in color change from pale yellow to light green and quenching of bright green fluo-rescence.

Organic pigments generlly have bright colors but poor ultraviolet(UV)*** improve the UV for UVinhibition is proposed by afacile sol-gel method inthis ***-shellstructure,witha homo resistance and extend the applications,a core-shell composite pigment with rutile Tio intensification geneous sol-gel TiO_(2) shell containing additional nanosized rutile TiO2 particles and with the pigment as the core,was established taking advantage of UV resistance of TiO2 and binding ability of *** the sol-gel TiO2 shell alone has already shown obvious ultraviolet shielding effect,as tested over different sol-gel aging times and Tio2 loadings,the UV resistance of the fluorescent pigments was further enhanced by binding the nanosized rutile TiO2 in the sol-gel shell At a sol-gel TiO2 to rutile TiO2 ratio of 2:1,the UV exposure time is extended about eight times compared with that of the original pigment and twice as that of the modifed pigment with pure sol-gel TiO2 for the same color ***,the novel core-shell composite pigment intensified with nanosized rutile Tio2 particles is proved to be effcient in improving the uV resistance of organic pigments.

In this study, the carbon fibers treated by three methods were selected as a reinforcement to investigate the influence on the properties of composite bipolar plates. The properties and microstructure of the composite bipolar plate were characterized by the four-point probe, universal test machine, contact angle tester and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum treatment methods and the fiber content were analysed. The results showed that the carbon fibers treated by Fenton reagent for 2 h exhibited the best performance, which could improve the electrical conductivity and the flexural strength for composite bipolar plate. Besides, the optimal content content of carbon fibers treated by Fenton reagent was 4%. The maximum power density of the PEMFC with the composite bipolar plates could reach 662.75 m W cmin H-air conditions. Therefore, the phenolic resin/graphite composite bipolar plate modified by doping carbon fibers was a promising candidate for bipolar plate materials for PEMFC.

To understand the influence patterns and interactions of three important environmental factors,*** water content,oxygen concentration,and ammonium addition,on methane oxidation,the soils from landfill cover layers were incubated under full factorial parameter *** addition to the methane oxidation rate,the quantities and community structures of methanotrophs were analyzed to determine the methane oxidation capacity of the *** correspondence analysis was utilized to distinguish the important impact *** content was found to be the most important factor influencing the methane oxidation rate and Type II methanotrophs,and the optimum value was 15%(w/w),which induced methane oxidation rates 10-and 6-times greater than those observed at 5%(w/w)and 20%(w/w),*** oxygen conditions were more suitable for methane oxidation than 3%*** addition of 100 mg-N·kg^(-1) drysoil of ammonium induced different effects on methane oxidation capacity when conducted at low or high water *** regard to the methanotrophs,Type II was sensitive to the changes of water content,while Type I was influenced by oxygen ***,the methanotrophic acidophile,Verrucomicrobia,was detected in soils with a pH of 4.9,which extended their known living environments.
