Relationship between clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability among nursing interns:Model construction

BACKGROUND Clinical belonging refers to the feeling that clinical medical staff feel recognized and accepted by others or *** level of clinical belonging of nursing interns affects students’learning motivation and confidence,which in turn affects their clinical practice *** To explore the effects of professional identity and nursing information ability on clinical belonging among nursing interns and establish a relationship model for these *** The researchers used the convenience sampling method to select 682 nursing interns from *** survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,clinical sense of belonging scale,nursing information ability self-assessment scale,and a nursing student professional identity *** mediating effect of nursing information ability between their professional identity and clinical sense of belonging was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and the path analysis in structural equation *** The total scores of clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability of nursing interns were(104.29±13.11)points,(57.89±7.16)points,and(70.29±6.20)points,*** information ability had a direct effect on the clinical sense of belonging(effect value=0.46,P<0.05).Occupational identity had a direct effect(effect value=0.52,P<0.05)and an indirect effect(effect value=0.21,P<0.05)on clinical *** Nursing administrators in nursing colleges and hospitals should take effective measures to improve the professional identity and nursing information ability of nursing interns,as well as the clinical sense of belonging among nursing interns.

Performing diverse motor skills with a universal controller has been a longstanding challenge for legged *** motion imitation-based reinforcement learning(RL)has shown remarkable performance in reproducing designed motor skills,the trained controller is only suitable for one specific type of *** synthesis has been well developed to generate a variety of different motions for character animation,but those motions only contain kinematic information and cannot be used for *** this study,we introduce a control pipeline combining motion synthesis and motion imitation-based RL for generic motor *** design an animation state machine to synthesize motion from various sources and feed the generated kinematic reference trajectory to the RL controller as part of the *** the proposed method,we show that a single policy is able to learn various motor skills ***,we notice the ability of the policy to uncover the correlations lurking behind the reference motions to improve control *** analyze this ability based on the predictability of the reference trajectory and use the quantified measurements to optimize the design of the *** demonstrate the effectiveness of our method,we deploy the trained policy on hardware and,with a single control policy,the quadruped robot can perform various learned skills,including automatic gait transitions,high kick,and forward jump.

Added Benefit of the Early-Morning-Orbit Satellite Fengyun-3E on the Global Microwave Sounding of the Three-Orbit Constellation

The three-orbit constellation can comprehensively increase the spatial coverage of polar-orbiting satellites,but the polar-orbiting satellites currently in operation are only mid-morning-orbit and afternoon-orbit ***-3E(FY-3E)was launched successfully on 5 July 2021 in *** an early-morning-orbit satellite,FY-3E can help form a complete three-orbit observation system together with the mid-morning and afternoon satellites in the current mainstream operational *** this study,we investigate the added benefit of FY-3E microwave sounding observations to the midmorning-orbit Meteorological Operational satellite-B(Met Op-B)and afternoon-orbit Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)microwave observations in the Chinese Meteorological Administration global forecast system(CMA-GFS).The results show that the additional FY-3E microwave temperature sounder-3(MWTS-3)and microwave humidity sounder-2(MWHS-2)data can increase the global coverage of microwave temperature and humidity sounding data by 14.8% and 10.6%,*** enables the CMA-GFS to achieve nearly 100% global coverage of microwave-sounding observations at each analysis ***,after effective quality control and bias correction,the global biases and standard deviations of the differences between observations and model simulations are also *** on the Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit A and the Microwave Humidity Sounder onboard Met Op-B,and the MWTS-2 and MWHS-2 onboard FY-3D,adding the microwave sounding data of FY-3E can further reduce the errors of analysis results and improve the global prediction skills of CMA-GFS,especially for the southern-hemisphere forecasts within 96 hours,all of which are significant at the 95% confidence level.

Understanding plant water-use patterns is important for improving water-use efficiency and for sustainable vegetation restoration in arid and semi-arid regions. However, seasonal variations in water sources and their control by different sand-fixing plants in water-limited desert ecosystems remain poorly understood. In this study, stable isotopic ratios of hydrogen(δ^(2)H) and oxygen(δ^(18)O) in precipitation, soil water, groundwater, and xylem water were determined to document seasonal changes in water uptake by three representative plant species(Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litv., Amygdalus pedunculata Pall., and Salix psammophila) in the northeastern Mu Us sandy land, Northwest China. Based on the depth distribution and temporal variation of measured gravimetric soil water content(SWC), the soil water profile of the three species stands was divided into active(0.01 g g^(-1)45%) layers. Annually, P. sylvestris, A. pedunculata, and S. psammophila obtained most water from deep(59.2%±9.7%, moist layer and groundwater),intermediate(57.4%±9.8%, stable and moist layers), and shallow(54.4%±10.5%, active and stable layers) sources, respectively. Seasonally, the three plant species absorbed more than 60% of their total water uptake from the moist layer and groundwater in the early(June) dry season;then, they switched to the active and stable layers in the rainy season(July–September) for water resources(50.1%–62.5%). In the late(October–November) dry season, P. sylvestris(54.5%–66.2%) and A. pedunculata(52.9%–63.6%) mainly used water from stable and moist layers, whereas S. psammophila(52.6%–70.7%) still extracted water predominantly from active and stable layers. Effect of Low-Temperature Thermal Oxidation on the Capillary Performance of Sintered Copper Powder Wicks

ASTSDL:predicting the functionality of incomplete programming code via an AST-sequence-based deep learning model

Code recommendation systems have been widely used in helping developers implement unfamiliar programming *** existing code recommenders or code search engines can retrieve relevant code rapidly with high accuracy,however,they cannot recommend any code outside similar *** propose an approach to predict the functionality of incomplete programming code by using syntactical information,and providing a list of potential functionalities to guess what the developers want,in order to increase the diversity of *** this paper,we propose a deep learning model called ASTSDL,which uses a sequencebased representation of source code to predict *** extract syntactical information from the abstract syntax tree(AST) of the source code,apply a deep learning model to capture the syntactic and sequential information,and predict the functionality of the source code *** experimental results demonstrate that ASTSDL can effectively predict the functionality of incomplete code with an accuracy above 84% in the top-10 list,even if there is only half of the complete code.

Anthropogenic revegetation is an effective way to control soil erosion and restore degraded ecosystems in China's northwest drylands(NWD).However,excessive vegetation cover expansion has long been known to increase evapotranspiration,leading to reduced local water availability,which can in turn threaten the health and services of restored *** the optimal vegetation coverage(OVC)is critical for balancing the trade-off between plant growth and water consumption in water-stressed areas,yet quantitative assessments over the entire NWD are still *** this study,a modified Biome BioGeochemical Cycles(Biome-BGC)model was used to simulate the long-term(1961–2020)dynamics of actual evapotranspiration(ET_(a)),net primary productivity(NPP),and leaf area index(LAI)for the dominant non-native tree(*** and ***)and shrub(*** and ***)species at 246 meteorological sites over *** modified model incorporated the Richards equation to simulate transient unsaturated water flow in a multilayer soil module,and both soil and eco-physiological parameters required by the model were validated using field-observed ETadata for each *** distributions of OVC(given by the mean maximum LAI,LAI_(max))for the dominant species were determined within three hydrogeomorphic sub-areas(i.e.,the loess hilly-gully sub-area,the windy and sandy sub-area,and the desert sub-area).The modified Biome-BGC model performed well in terms of simulating ET_(a) dynamics for the four plant *** distributions of mean ET_a,NPP,and LAI_(max)generally exhibited patterns similar to mean annual precipitation(MAP).In the loess hilly-gully sub-area(MAP:210 to 710 mm),the OVC respectively ranged from 1.7 to 2.9 and 0.8 to 2.9 for *** and *** the windy and sandy sub-area(MAP:135 to 500 mm),the OVC ranged from 0.3 to 3.3,0.5 to 2.6 and 0.6 to 2.1for ***,*** and ***,*** the desert sub-
